I have been a customer of this location for almost a year. I have come to know each employee quite well. The owners Marcus, and Jose have created a comfortable relaxed environment. The products that they offer are not only at the lowest prices I have seen from a retail location on most if not all of their products.Most notably the Tea that they brew for the store is served on a chilled tap line. The tea is both balanced and potent. This is a great place for any and all nicotine disposables, Glass pieces, and a wide variety of high quality Tea. They brew the tea right there in the store so you know that each and every cup is as fresh as it can be.The whole team Marcus, Jose, Dillon, Mckayla, and Kayla are friendly and knowledgeable. They stand behind every product they sell and offer each sale with friendly, honest, and reliable service. Do yourself a favor and stop in today to see what theyre all about.

Mostly China glass which is par for the course these days with most head shops. They are a far drive for me but I happened to be making the trek to visit a dispensary right next door.The staff was friendly enough but I stated I was visiting the MMJ clinic next door, and was not offered the 10% discount on their banner for patients.So I paid full price (a fair price) for my item and get it home. What do I find? An empty box. They sold me a display box. I called the shop and a very flippant rep told me “oh sometimes we forget to put the product in the box when we sell it.” So I had no choice but to drive 40 minutes to get the item that should have been in the box to begin with.When I get to the store, I mentioned that I never got the 10% discount that I was supposed to get, and asked if they could refund me the $8 difference since I should have received it PLUS I just drove an hour for their mistake.His reply? “Oh sorry I can’t do that. I can give you 10% off anything else in the store though.” Thanks for nothing Twist! Rather than make a stink over $8 and my time I shook my head, took my item and left.Nice people but inept and terrible customer service skills. Won’t be buying from here again. MMJ patients be warned.

Hands down my favorite smoke shop in the Tampa/Brandon area. Great selection, reasonable prices.

I would like to comment that I usually never leave reviews. But I felt a need to say something about the customer service at the store. This is the second time that I have been in this store and the same gentleman (guy with the long hair that is smoking a vape in front of customers, even though there is a sign that states masks required) has the same attitude. It seems as if I was bothering him by asking questions. He seems annoyed to help the customers. This was confirmation that this is not the store for me. I will take my business elsewhere. Tip to management: Please train your employees to treat customers with a little more decorum and respect.

Recently visited this store with my roommate to purchase a torch, after looking for a few minutes, we found one we thought looked nice, when I got closer to see the price I was yelled at by an associate “SIR, you cant touch that”. A few issues with this. 1) I’m a female. So being misgendered in a store full of people by an employee was extremely embarrassing. 2) I wasn’t touching anything 3) there was more professional ways to get my attention that wouldn’t of embarrassed and disrespected me.After I was yelled at I didn’t really care what my roommate bought. When we got home, I realized he paid 50$ for a torch that online would of been 30$. Not only that but the torch doesn’t even work!!! Not only that they wanted 50$ for carb caps.. Unfortunately after the misgendering, neither one of feel comfortable going back into the store so we just took that L. I went down here he street to Angry Elephant. Much reasonably priced, the employee even checked my torch to make sure it worked and when he realized it didn’t, went and got one that did!Train your employees to respect customers.

People here are great. Never had a complaint with the guys Ive talked to here.I cant remember the dude from Ohios name, but he kept telling me to get clover app and points. I did and paid 100 for 1k of green kratom. That tells you they appreciate their customers. I wont go anywhere else after finding these guys.

The staff here is super helpful. They seem to know what theyre talking about when it comes to vapes; they are always willing to help my mom with any problems she has with hers (even before she bought one from them) and were good at helping her pick out a new one. I get my CBD products there. The selection of tinctures isnt that good, mostly unflavored or brands I cant find any good info on, but they carry a good selection and quality of gummies. Theyre all CBD isolate, so theres no THC at all in any of the products, but the downside is theres no broad spectrum or full spectrum products (which work considerably better than isolate). The prices are unbeatable though, so its a trade off Im willing to make.

Good juice selection. The two juices I tried were good, and they have a good variety of coils. The pricing of juices is above average and the pricing of coils is high. They offer a 10% discount on your first purchase which is nice. The customer service is a bit lacking - they seem very concerned with profit and less concerned with customer satisfaction. If I was in the area and didnt feel like driving I might stop here for something small, but for the majority of purchases I would shop elsewhere.

They are really serious about price gouging... the dude told me that kilos where 100$ usually but now they are 150$. This is price gouging at your finest!!!

This place is set up crazy nice. The kratom/kava bar inside is laid back and the products are top quality. I stopped using kratom a little while ago for my own reasons but I have nothing against it. If youre into that scene, check this place out sometime.

I really think this place is awesome. They have kratom on tap and Stan is super helpful everytime I come in. He knows who I am even though Ive only been in three times and helps me adjust what Im buying to how it worked for me.

This location pales in comparison to the Dale Mabry Hwy location. The man behind the counter seemed less than helpful to assist me with locating coils for my MICO. He did not bother checking for several coil types I requested.He genuinely did not seem interested in helping me nor answering any questions I had. Instead, his cellphone and returning to whatever was in the back seemed more important. As a result, I left without making a purchase and took my business to AJS Vapor farther up 60.Its a safe bet to say I wouldnt recommend this particular store to friends & family. Youre much better off shopping at their Dale Mabry location if youre in the area.

This place has to be the best vape shop in a ten mile radius. I have ran around for three months before I found this place a block away from my house. Sam is a cool dude knows his stuff and the quality of customer service and e-liquid is above average. Keep up the good work man, awsome shop.

I was very disappointed after visiting this location. I normally go to the Bruce B Downs location. Here in Brandon I found the guy working there to be bothered by me being there as if it was too much trouble and I was taking time from him chatting with his friends. Also when I asked for a taste of a juice he said I could smell it but not try it because they didnt do samples anymore. I have no problems at Bruce B Downs sampling flavors as much as I want. I wont be going back to Brandon anytime soon.

Wow what a place. I just bought an rba (from some where else) and I knew I was gonna need a new glass tank. I super new to vaping and I just knew what I had and what dimensions I needed for the tank. The guy working was so nice. He or I wasnt sure the tank I got was gonna fit. He was super honest and even hooked me up with the glass so I wouldnt be out anything if it didnt fit. Well it did and I successfully built my first rba. This would not have been possible with out twist vape. Thank you so much I cant wait to come back and actually use your store. Thank you so much.

I’ve lived in the area for more than 5 years, found this spot not more than 4 months ago.. was searching for product that would help me reduce my anxiety and stress.Started drinking the Green kratom and it helped but the main reason I kept coming back was for the amazing stress relieving conversation and customer service from Tarrin. He is so genuine and makes you feel like family instantly ..he’s truly such a huge asset to the store, without him it’s just another vape shop.

I usually have an awesome time here with my friends and girlfriend. I typically spend an hour here but today a blonde girl was working and she was so rude to us. I had simple questions and she acted like it was such a chore to even answer them. I bought my juice and she seemed very annoyed that I asked for a bag. IF I come here again, and if I happen to see her again I will walk back out because she was so rude.

The kratom drinks taste horrible or at least mine was made horrible tasted like straight kratom and the “smoothie” wasn’t even a smoothie it was more like a rock that had to thaw out before I could even try it. And the kratom the sell in capsules is by far the worst I’ve tryed gives me the worst headache and Really nauseous I feel no kratom effects from it. Won’t be going back.

Absolutely love this place. They have a great variety of vape juices and devices as well as the best kratom weve had in the Tampa area. The kratom is served on tap: red, green, and white as well as extra strength versions of all three. Kava is available as well. The kratom is completely liquid, there is no remains floating around or at the bottom of your cup. There are also a couple dozen syrups to make your kratom delicious. The environment is great and set up with a lounge area and two different bars that really welcome nice conversation, or if you need to use some wifi and just relax. Out of all the things, both myself and my girlfriend come for the employees. They are INCREDIBLY helpful and more importantly: kind. so much so that my girlfriend and I have become regulars. Whether youre new to vaping or a veteran, I highly recommend this place.#LGBTfriendly

Nice chill vape lounge. Great coffee. Me and my buddy were purely moon mountain fans until we found this place. Everyone is chill and helpful (including the regulars) especially the owner, he has knowledge on just about all the juices he carries and was more than happy to help me choose a flavor and answer my questions. All in all a great place to come hang out or pick up some coffee and juice. Its my new home away from home. Tarrin has introduced me to my new favorite juice brand dreamery, really hope twists starts carrying it!! I felt obligated to write a review on this place because I went To what I thought was a vapor shop coffee house and realized it was something completely different. Apparently this place is a hangout for people using that Kratom stuff that the FDA has currently warned Americans against as a harmful addictive substance. I waited to get some vape juice while the bartender was making this foul smelling brew that was advertised to me as completely harmless and I immediately took offensive because my nephew is hooked on this stuff. He tried to get sober and was given this Kratom which he now does everyday just to feel normal. These people are hurting other people for profit under the cover of being a vapor lounge which disgusts me. It was dirty inside and left me with a bad vibe just being in there. All so wanted was some some and O look at their vape selection, not for someone to try and pedal me so called “legal drugs.” Don’t support these people preying on the weak.

But when I came in on multiple occasions there was a blonde girl here who was rude rushed me did not wanna help.. picked up her phone that was ringing and put it on speaker and ignored me. I haven’t been vaping long so I always have questions and she just brushed me off.. one time she was talking about the guys she has been with An things she was doing on the side like I needed to know that? Excellent juice and hardware selection. Twist has their own juice line which is exceptional!!! Sam (working owner) knows the flavor profiles of all the juices and is knowledgeable about his hardware inventory, which they change as new atomizers and mods come out!!!. I live in Lakeland/Mulberry area but Twist is our Vape store, Sam has other stores so if he does have our fav juice or nic level he will get it from one of his other store...I call the awesome customer service!!! They have a rewards program too.
