They seem to never answer there phone at this location. I tried calling different times during business hours different days and it just rings and rings. Rechecked the number and its correct. Poor service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this location in September because I lost a diamond in my wedding ring. My husband had purchased the coverage, and I had sent out the ring before at other Zales locations for the same issue, never a problem with my warranty. At this location, they told me I did not have the diamond protection plan and it would cost me $250 to fix. For 25 minutes I argued that the plan had been purchased, other locations never had a problem finding it or using it. They then tried to sell me the plan for around $400, which I obviously refused knowing full well I had the coverage already. About another 10 minutes later, the sales woman miraculously finds my plan on their system. She offers to have it expedited free of charge for the inconvenience. Great. Fast forward another 2 weeks after getting the ring back, another diamond falls out. I take it back, they send it off, all seems hunky dory. Five and a half weeks go by and I hear nothing. I try calling the store upwards of five times a day, nobody ever answers the phone. I call the generic zales customer support line, they say the ring should have arrived 3 WEEKS AGO! They try calling the store, surprise surprise, no answer. I go to the store just to see if they have it and low and behold THEY DO! I bring up the fact that it had been sitting for 3 weeks and I never received so much as a phone call. They then state someone called the day it came in. I had to pull up my call log to prove that nobody bothered calling. They state that maybe they misdialed, ok, were human, we make mistakes, but one phone call to the wrong number and the ring sits for 3 weeks?! No second attempt? Its absolutely unacceptable. Im stuck with Zales because thats who my protection is through, but if you have the option, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Once you buy the product and they have your money, they couldnt care less about the product they sold you, or you for that matter unless youre buying something else and giving them more money. Save yourself the headache. Dont shop here.

I placed an order at a Zales store located in a mall at Tampa Florida. It has been over 8 weeks. I was told due to the holidays there are many orders that are behind. I cant ever get a hold of a representative at the store when I call and I had an issue with customer service finding my order. This is the last time I will ever do service with Zales again.

I want to thank Alice for all her help. I go into Zales every 6 months to get my rings inspected. Out of all the zales I have been to throughout Florida Alice was the first representative who took the time and educated me on my rings and not just try to sell me another ring. She even showed me distinctive markings so I would always know which ring is mine. I really appreciate her time and efforts.Thank you Alice!
Maybe update your hours? It’s ridiculous to drive all the way there and find a sign posted that it closes an hour before the website lists.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Not just at the store level, no, the incompetence extends all the way to their customer service line. Im glad for those that may not have experienced this, luck you. I will NEVER purchase anything from zales again and will make sure to let everyone I can know as well.

This is more about the online shopping and getting it shipped to that store.I ordered a bracelet on December 13th. (Said it would be there before Christmas). Never received an email saying that it arrived at the store, it kept saying “shipped”. I kept calling and calling with no luck. Finally on December 24th I got through and was told by the representative that it has been delivered and at the store since December 17th. I just never received an email. I called the store and they told me that my piece of jewelry was not there. I still ended up going to the store and they checked again saying that it was still in transit. Again, I called customer support. Mind you i was on the phone for 40 mins until someone finally answered. Explained my situation and again she told me that it is at the store. Told her I was just physically at the store and nothing. She insisted on calling them to figure out what was going on. She then informed me that an empty box was delivered to the store and that my jewelry might have been stolen. (But the fact that I was told by a store worker that nothing was received) Told her I wanted a refund she said they can’t give me one until they’re done investigating. So here I am, over a week later, no bracelet, no refund, no answers on what happened. Will be calling them until they either a) give me what I ordered or b) give me my money back.You’re better of shopping in store, but definitely not online since your items get stolen.
