Worst ecco store Ive been too. Theres an older lady who always seems to be working the register when I visited.First time I went in to pick up my online order I asked if I could try on the same shoe in a different size. And she replied Why? It looks fine. Not sure why I had to explain myself. They dont feel comfortable, I replied. That was already odd.Second time I wanted to return the shoe as I could tell it was going to give me a blister. I only wore it to my car from the store and one day at work, indoor building. I tried to return and she would not accept them with the little bit of dirt on the bottom of them. They were white on the bottom, if they were black this wouldnt be an issue.I literally went to the ecco in Orange and they were so welcoming and accepted the return without issues. Super frustrating. The other employees may be great, but this ladys customer service skills were horrible. Never coming back. Id rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Orange.

Clean footwear store, friendly staff, small but good selection

They greeted us which was nice. But didn’t offer to help us right away. Kinda weird. The lady seemed hesitant to ask us if we needed help. I had a better experience in the Ecco store in Brighton, London.

Great selection of Shoes! If you are looking to buy extra comfy shoes for yourself or for your family, go see Rosie! She is the manager for this location. Very nice and informative! Definitely will be returning to this location soon.

They gave a pretty good selection of shoes, a bit pricey but the main thing I liked about it is I have wide feet and they actually stock wide width shoes. Seems like most stores dont. Nice and helpful staff. They also carry golf shoes!
