I visited the Brea mall fossil location in Brea CA, Christine was the associate that helped me, she was very helpful, and knowledable about their products. She also fitted the watch I bought to my size. She also helped me with information about returning a old fossil watch that have for repairs. Fossil is very lucky to have her as a employee.

I went with my daughter, who was going to buy me a watch for my birthday. I was super excited about this. Unfortunately Christine could not help us because my mask was not over my nose. I explained that I can not wear it that way because I have a medical issue. She explained that because of store policy she could not help us and clearly didn’t care about my health and safety. We left without spending a dime. It makes me very angry and sad that store “policy” is more important that the customer who is in fact, an actual human being. I think the store should review the California Civil Code 51, by which my personal rights were violated.I am still getting a watch, we are ordering it online, but the Brea store and Christine will not get the credit for this purchase.

This place is awesome! They answered all my questions about dive watches, recommended a few, and were super nice the entire time. I went twice and both times they had different employees but they all had the same positive attitude. I will definitely be going back for more watches later.

I came in requesting help for a defective smartwatch. I ended up speaking with the manager and he was very helpful. My watch had a known defect so I was offered to pay the difference for an upgrade. The model I wanted wasnt in stock so he took my info to notify me when it became available.I got the call and on my return I ended up with an equally friendly but different manager. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was reassured that everything was addressed in the new version, but they will have my back if something goes wrong again.Both times I left satisfied, and they truly care for their customers and products at this store. Shouts-out go to both Michael and Christine for being awesome.

I sent my mom in here to help me buy a Christmas present.They were so patient with her having to text me and waiting for my reply. Even when I wasnt sure about which engraving and I took a few hours to reply, they were still helpful when she came back.Id definitely recommend going here. The staff was super friendly!

After purchasing a fossil sport smartwatch online, it had an issue with the charging ring. I told the employee my problem and he understood noting it was a known issue. He then gave me a brand new watch without any receipt or proof of purchase and helped me with sizing of a new watch band as well. He was kind and helpful the whole time, even cracking a few jokes. Great to have such a helpful staff present.

They have a great policy on battery replacement on watches purchased there. I love the purses/totes and their poiced well for the high quality. They have a nice selection of rose gold jewelry. Very feminine.

Unsatisfied customers!!!Very poor service given. Vanessa the manager that helped us was very aggressive and had lots of tension Through out the process. she didn’t seem happy about doing her daily task. I bought a band for my watch she wasn’t even willing to clean the watch before she puts it on. Won’t be back in this location anymore.
