They were more than helpful, and did everything they could to get my truck back on the road as soon as possible. They were more professional and genuine then the big shops I also got a quote from, and also estimated and delivered a shorter timeline. I picked my vehicle up and it was very clean and detailed. The work all looked very good and the paint matched very well.Mason was the employee that helped me and was very accommodating and helpful. Very happy I chose this shop to do the work.

Stopped in for some help, and a quote for repair after learning the hard way that my car was not compatible with my car dolly. These folks were incredibly helpful, professional, and quick. While Mason gathered info, and put together my quote, one of their techs resolved my bumper dragging on the ground issue. When they brought my car back around I was amazed at how well they were able to put it back together! It will definitely keep me in business until we can coordinate the permanent repair! I wish I had gotten the name of the tech that worked on my car, as well as the young lady at the front desk that greeted me...they clearly contributed to a great experience! I wish I could rate zero stars, but unfortunately, I cannot. I took my car to be fixed here, the issue was the mount that had held up my wiper was broken off, I took it here to be repaired, welded back on. The price I agreed on; $355, was the price I was charged, I agreed to that price because in my opinion it is a reasonable price for their type of job being done, if it is done correctly. I was under the impression that it would be welded on and reinforced, because there was missing metal (which I was told verbally, my mistake was not getting it in writing). All that was done was the original piece, which was agreed was missing metal, was welded back on. After the repair was done, I saw the repair and was not happy with it, it didnt look like a satisfactory job for the price. So, I spoke to the owner, he insisted that it was a quality job and that it would hold, he said (and I have a witness to back me up) that he would redo the weld if it broke, he also instructed me to paint the weld so it wouldnt rust, which was good advice, so I did that and I went on my way. It is now four months later, (I have only used my wipers a few times since it has been fixed because it hasnt rained much) and the weld is starting to break. I went back to the shop and spoke to the owner again, he said it was my fault because I did not have a certain piece in there holding it on (which I have no memory of him saying, but he might have said), and he told me to get the part and call him back when I wanted to schedule a time to get it fixed, so I got the part (even after I installed it though, I tested it and still saw the exact same issue, the weld flexing and cracking, it didnt make a difference), but he said he would fix it up, no estimate (verbal or written), no quote, no mention of cost in any way, shape or form. So, when I scheduled a time to come back, I filled out some paperwork, read through it, and again, no mention of cost anywhere, as I was signing, however, he told me there would be a charge of $60 per hour, and at first I felt embarrassed to say no so I agreed to let him gouge me for more money, then once I returned from the restroom, I had politely told him I changed my mind and that I cant really afford it (which I cant), I didnt say anything else to avoid making a scene. I no longer want my vehicle serviced by this establishment, and I DO NOT recommend this place under any circumstances, even if your insurance is paying for it. If for some reason, you still feel compelled to go here, get EVERYTHING THEY SAY/AGREE TO IN WRITING, I REPEAT, EVERYTHING.

Never been there, but I called and was pleased with the phone call and his honesty. I will use this autobody shop when time allows me.

My wife had a black bear run into the drivers side of our van, it nailed the drivers side door, the sliding door, the rear quarter panel, went under the tire and wiped out the rear bumper cover. My insurance company had me send photos and they wrote me a check based on their estimate. (Im sure we all know how that works out) I made an appointment and dropped it off at alternative auto body for repair. Ive never been to a body shop before but I do work as an auto mechanic so I have a pretty good idea how it works when dealing with an insurance company. It always takes time because they want to drag their feet, send out their own adjuster, try to source their own parts, etc etc etc. So it took some time to get it back. 10 days to be exact. But they communicated with the insurance company, got everything done, and charged me nothing more than my deductible.

They still have my car but they were very friendly

WARNING THIS PLACE STOLE MY VAPE OUT OF MY CAR AS WELL! I saw another comment below saying the same happened to another guy. I went in and confronted them and they acted like it never happened. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

I went here as a delivery driver dropping off parts. I went in a side door instead of the back door and the owner thought that enough justification to disrespect and talk down to me like a child. In my experience, telling you I was never told to use an entrance and apologizing is not giving you lip. I would never bring my personal or company vehicle here, and if you dont want to give money to a disrespectful, unprofessional, discourteous business owner. You wont come here either.
