If I could I would give this place 10 stars. Lisa and Stephanie did an awesome job writing us up (our car) and answering all of our questions. The care came back two days earlier than I expected. The work was perfect in our eyes. Color was spot on exact. The door opens and closes without difficulty. The quarter panel was as new. I would also like to mention the techs that did the actual work on the car. They also have a great waiting area and everyone abided by the 6 foot rule and all were masked up. Thank you, thank you Caliber Collision techs. Thank you.
My Ford F-150 got into a pretty decent fender bender which resulted in my bull bar going into my grille. Mark was very professional and him and his team even helped reinstall the aftermarket parts such as a aftermarket grille and new bull bar with a light bar to replace the one I had on the front end of the truck which wasn’t required so I thought that was very awesome of them. They even completely detailed the inside and out of the vehicle upon us picking it up! Very professional people. This place definitely gets a 10/10 from me.
This place is awesome!! From making sure the rental was available for me to keeping me informed of everything that was going on with my car. My car parts were having a hard time getting in due to the craziness in the economy, but Mark made sure my rental was extended and what options I had to get my car back and running. When I picked up my car it looked brand new once again. Love this place!! Thank you guys so much!!!!
Caliber was great! They returned my vehicle to look brand new again in a shorter than expected timely manner. They kept me updated and when I picked up the car, it was really clean and they also left a thank you card with all their signatures and a towel. Caliber was amazing and got my car back to me several days earlier than initially expected. Jen was super helpful and helped me set up a rental car. They even did something extra and helped me put my gear shift button in which was totally unexpected.The ONLY reason I’m giving a 4 star is because there was dirt all over my dash board and center console when I picked up. They made the car smell very nice though.
Brought my car in after someone hit th re front right by forcing themself in front of me. I have brought multiple cars in to get repaired from an 89 S10 to an 06 Impala. A well as work done from insurance or other repairs out of pocket. I have always gotten professional service and all repairs looked as good if not better then the vehicle did before the accident. Excellent work and highly recommended.

-This auto body shop was going to be 10 out of 10 until...the final day for delivery.-As I was almost ready to depart the auto shop I went to grab the driver’s seat belt and it came completely off the column /frame due to the fact it was not attached/bolted at all. Had it been slightly attached and had any potential accident this could have resulted in extreme injuries or perhaps death. Did they fix this? Yes but if you can’t properly do a QC correctly before returning the customers vehicle then it becomes a moot point if it all falls apart at the end.-They kept saying that this was a rush job in order to get the vehicle back to us as fast as possible.-First and foremost NEVER tell a customer that as it may indicate certain short cuts may have been done.-They had the vehicle for 2 weeks and while I understand part of that time may have been waiting for proper parts to arrive I would have rather them had the car longer to finish the process from start to finish correctly.-One of the interior panels was not placed back in correctly.-The exterior cleaning/detailing was a B- at best and the interior cleaning/detailing was completely missing all together F--I will say the staff was extremely friendly and it’s sad that I have to review this as such as I was enjoying the experience all the way until the end.-This all being said I will discourage anyone to using their service due to the seat belt issue alone as SAFETY SHOULD NEVER BE A RUSH JOB !

My vehicle was parked at my home and was hit and ran. There was damage to the whole driver front corner to the wheel, along with scratches across my head light cover. Caliber Collision did my estimate and repairs. Very friendly, helpful and informative. They really know the stresses of putting your car in the shop. They were very calm and explained the processes and it helped me to be confident and less stressed. My car went in Monday morning, was ready for pick up Wednesday afternoon, and was prettier than when i took it in. Thank you!

They are my go-to repair shop. I been a customer for over 20yrs. They have even transported my car to another location, at their expense, to save me time. They coordinate all repairs, keep me informed of progress, and give me outstanding customer service. They could charge more, but they understand we all have bills to pay.
My insurance was going to pay them $900 plus my $500 deductible but they honestly said the price was lower and only got about $700 from them. The quality of the job is good too. Only advice is check your bumper bottom before giving them your car
Hit a deer with my Infiniti Q50, front end damage, everything was replaced perfectly and looks brand new. Hopefully I wont need their service again but if I do they will be first on the list.

Caliber did an excellent job repairing my passenger door after it was backed into by another driver. Not only did they have great customer service, the repair looks impeccable. They got it done a lot faster than expected as well. Staci kept great communication throughout the whole process and they set me up with my rental car (where I got to pick up and drop off at the collision center) I also appreciated the car wash. I will absolutely be recommending caliber to anyone needing auto body work!
Great body shop, would highly reccomend. After clipping a deer we had to get a new bumper and they fixed the slight dent in the quarter panel. Looks as good as new now and i could not be happier. The prices are also very reasonable!

He was very professional and extremely helpful! He worked with my school schedule and gave me lots of information on how the process worked so I wasn’t out of the loop. I received text updates on what was going on with my car and when they were working on it. The paint work done my kenny & Wyatt looked outstanding. I also got my car back before it was even supposed to be finished because they worked hard. Outstanding service and will always bring my car back here to be fixed.

Not only did they fix the damage from the accident, they went above and beyond and fixed some minor cosmetic damage I had caused on my door, washed the outside and cleaned up the inside.
Progressive had sent me here because they say that caliber is in there network but as we all know insurance companies are crooks and are not looking for the customers best interest, but for the insurance companies best interest, at any rate theres all these obviously fake reviews stating that this company is state of the art and is on top as far as communication which is a lie Ive called 5 times today to get update on my truck and guess what everytime I get the same response she is busy and will call u right back but no call back so which leads me to believe they are nothing but scabs for the insurance companies

An airborne trampoline attacked the front drivers side of my white Honda Fit and left a big dent, many scratches of green,and a broken and dangling drivers mirror before it flew off into the woods.I took it into Caliber within 48 hours and they had lt back to me in 4 working days. Brought my car here because I heard they do great work ! But that didn’t happen for me . I had to get my rear bumper worked on 3 different times. After the 3rd time of the bumper not looking like it should, I give up on brining it backed to get fixed . Not happy with the outcome of the work done.
To understand this review you need to know the back story. My vehicle was hit by a tow truck that was to take it to the dealer after a computer issue made it not drivable. The car was parked when the tow truck when to back up to it and the lift damaged the lower bumper, the AC condenser and other items. This happened in mid-February. After months of trying to find out what was going on with the towing company’s insurance, we finally got payment to get the mechanical and body repairs completed. The issue was that the check did not cover everything, including the rental car. After a lot of calls and standing my ground, I finally got the payments so I could get my car from the dealer in early July. I talked with Abra about the issues the entire time. I did receive the payment for the body work and took it in to Abra on the day I picked up my car from the dealer, which was a Friday. They reviewed everything, placed the parts on order and would let me know when we could get it in. On Monday, I received a call and a text to let me know that my car had an appointment for Tuesday morning. I took the car in Monday night so it would be there for them in the morning. I received texts to keep me updated on the status and one to let me know that it would be ready on Friday. Things seem to be going better and I got an update that it would be ready on Thursday. Toward the end of the day on Tuesday, I got a new text saying that it should be done on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I received the text telling me what time to expect it to be done and one when it was done (it was earlier than expected). After all the stuff I was going through with this accident, Abra stood by me. When I finally was able to get my car to them, they made sure I taken car of and that I got my car back as soon as possible. Staci and the entire staff at Abra did their best and went above and beyond to make sure my car and I were taken care of. The car was returned cleaned both inside and out. I would highly recommend them take care of your vehicle when you need their services.

Progressive sent me to Caliber after getting rear ended. I had a tight time frame for repairs since I was moving two weeks after they received the car. Lisas communication and understanding of my situation was great.I received the car and everything seemed fine at first. I moved cross country and noticed the wind noise coming in through the door seals was incredibly loud. I took my car to a Caliber in Chicago and they informed me the frame was not reset properly in Washington. Caliber in Illinois had to conduct a warranty repair for the few incorrect repairs from Caliber in Bremerton.I was very happy with the service initially in Bremerton but not pleased about having to file a warranty repair.

I brought my car in to be repaired after backing into someone. We had asked for a quote to also fix an unrelated dent. The quote was never emailed to us although the quote for the insurance covered dent was. When I asked after they had the car for a whole day they quoted 12 man hours to fix a dent on a part of the car they were already sanding and painting. When I expressed a sense of disbelief the woman I was talking to immediately got angry and said she wouldnt be able to guarantee the other repairs. We picked up the car and went to Maaco who quoted us 6.5 man hours for the same dent without us even needing to leave the car with them. I do not recommend using Abra.

Abra did a beautiful job of repair our car ($6000) worth of damage. Looks great. You would never know it had been damaged. Kept us apprised on the status of repair, worked with the other guys insurance company so we had no problems or glitches. Hopefully, we wont have to use them, but if so, we will always go to Abra.

Abra was very pleasant to work with. At no time did feel that the problems with my van would not be taken care of. They took care to insure that all problems were noted and would be fixed. The vehicle was done early. They made sure that all work was performed to my satisfaction.
Abras customer service is top notch. Took almost two months to complete a front end repair, which was excessively long. To Abras credit, they arranged for a rental on their dime to offset the long scheduling delay due to how busy the shop was. I was concerned when they had to remove and replace the engine and getting it all back in without any issue... There have been a few issues... parts not installed correctly and now the van is at the Honda dealer who is fixing Abras fix Despite the hiccups, Abra is really working very hard to resolve some of the problems we had with the repair of our Van. A difficult repair,,, Harry and Staci have bent over backwards to make it right. Will I, would I, go back? Based on customer service and commitment to make it all correct... Yes. Based on doing it all right the first time... Not sure...

Abra was very accomadating when a gas tanker truck did extensive damage to my car just 2 weeks before I was supposed to move across the country. They put a rush on my car to get me on the road. But they only get 3 stars because a door unlock sensor that was replaced by them didn’t work, the driver side parking light was still out (they claimed it was a manufactured issue, although it always worked before the accident?) and they replaced the shattered driver side window with a tinted one (none of the other windows are tinted). I kindly ask them if they could at least take care of the parking light and sensor. They politely told me, golly, no? Seems they already had the insurance check for over $10,000 damage and of course they knew I needed to leave town in two days, so why deal with me anymore. I’m glad I had a car to drive across the country, but I’m not sure I would recommend this company to the average person.

Take longer than what they said. They also lie that these parts going to be replaced, but after a week they said the insurance will not replace it. Dont tell us that then, they just want your money. The customer service is not that great, there will be a girl who is the person who order parts. She has attitude and rude. I just try to ignore her. Try some where else like Maaco, Uptown, or Alternative Auto Body is better. Hope this helps for the others who are deciding on where to go.

Their corporate office or whoever sends out their messages through texts has cost me more money that I needed to spend! Things were going fine. Their text message and voice mail i was receiving were synced until i received the last two messages.Mind you, when they asked me how I wanted to be notified, i requested text message because I work 2 jobs and both jobs I am unable to take phone calls. I also try and squeeze in sleep wherever I can and still never get 8 hrs, but thats beside the point. Point is, I dont have time for false information.So, 2nd to last msg told me vehicle is nearly done and vehicle can be picked up from such a time to whatever it was. Last message i received after I got off worked stated they were not done. so I waited for an updated message. 1st day came and went, so I figured they still had some work done. I called Friday around 4:30 to find out the status of my vehicle and they told me it had been done a couple of days ago. I said that was not the last message I received. I was told they were to being done. They told me i can oick my vehicle before 5 that night. I wasnt gonna make it, u was still at work and they are closed on weekends. I was in a rental and had to pay out of pocket because of this issue. I tend to fight it. Lawyer is aware of this problem and showed him the text message of their message.Lady behind the desk told me that she was aware of the messages sent out by their corporate office has been a problem when I spoke on the phone. When I picked up my vehicle, i apologized for being rude, but the messaging issue has been a known problem, she reiterated that it was not a problem. I dont jnow if she said that because her boss was there, but it is a problem when you say one thing and something else says another and it cost your customers more money.In addition, i received my vehicle back and their was a small tear on the side of my leather seat. Ive been through this enough before, because I cant prove to them it wasnt there before and nothing will be done about it cuz I have had ut where they said damage was there before. All i can do is give everyone else a heads up of what could potentially happen if they bring their vehicle to this place.Oh, and on top of that I was over charged by them according to my lawyer. Now, it could be Allstate wasnt communicating with Abra, but i was charged 300.00 for a deductible that was already paid.
Im posting this because others need to know about Abras poor customer service and what could be considered to be basic theft of valuable parts by some...Here is the situation: A friend of mine recently drove his BMW car to Abra for an estimate. They did a tear down, but he he ended up buying a different car and was debating on what to do with this car. My understanding is that he paid them for the estimate. Then offered to sell me the car, and I was going to fix it in my shop. I rented a trailer to tow it home and when we went to pick up the car, they did not return all parts for the car they had removed. The main missing piece was the damaged bumper which contained with it the below items.1.One fog light.2. Three working parking sensors3. Both grills4. Lower air dam attached to bottom of bumper5. Both brake channel ducts6. One headlight cleaner door7. The swing arm for headlight cleaner door8. Two springs for both headlight cleaner doors.The used part replacements will cost around $500 to $700. If to buy them new, it would be likely over $1100 from BMW. Not only did they lose these parts, but when we went to pick it up the battery was completely dead -- they had left the park lights on! When we jump started it to load it on a trailer the CCC unit was no longer functioning. The iDrive CCC (iDrive, Navigation, stereo, CD unit) just restarts over and over. This is $1500 to repair at dealer, and it did not have this problem when he dropped it off.I have been waiting to see if Abra would make this right before buying the car from my friend. The car has been sitting in my shop for about 3 weeks, and they will not call my friend back and to remedy the situation. I guess they think this issue will just go away by ignoring him! Very unprofessional! I will never take any of my vehicles there after seeing his experience. I am not impressed. Beware!!!

This review contains two encounters, The second encounter is the declared star rating.I have had two dealings with this place in the last year. My first repair with them took almost 5 months **but the time was entirely justified** as they were working on a very rare car with very rare and out of production parts. Greg helped me with this vehicle and he went far above and beyond to make sure there was proper communication and that I was kept in the loop on everything. The vehicle was so hard for them to work on they they allowed me to help them track parts here in the US rather than waiting months for them to come from Germany. I give this specific encounter 4.5/5 stars; the only thing I did not like was when the shop tried to lay blame on an employee that was fired for making a mistake. The shop is a single unit and the fault fall upon the entire shop. At least how a customer views it.After this repair I spent an additional $2,000 and change fixing things overlooked; NOTE: The shop is very competent and these are additional repairs I took into my own hands despite the shops ability and offer to take the vehicle back in and repair it. (Did not want to wait 4 more months)This next encounter was drastically different.I checked my vehicle in with Harry this time. As we were doing the initial inspection he asked me to show him around the damage. It was clear that I was impacted by another driver on the passenger rear but that is not all that changed during the crash. When pointing out other Befores and Afters of the crash and what was different or damaged, I was met with condescending remarks and responses from Harry, he challenged the viability of what I was showing him rather than just marking it down and letting us move on. At one point he skirted the very edge of accusing me of trying to fabricate the damages, but never actually made that accusation. (After I went $2000 out of pocket to complete the last repair I had up there as to Just get it done ad over with)After that 2nd vehicle was checked in I signed up for text updates about my vehicle. These texts ( An additional cost upon your cell contract) were not updates about my vehicle at all. They were half assed motivational messages that started with Your car. For instance: Your Car is looking good, have fun today and leave the work to us I got that one the morning after dropping it off before the insurance even was given a quote. No work had been done on my car. The day after I got a text that said, Hi XXXX, We are nearing completion, if we encounter any delays, well call you. Again, the quote had not been provided to insurance, the repair had not started. My car is still untouched. Some update huh? I stopped receiving the updates after calling to complain about them and get an update from Harry. Harry was to call me back per the receptionist, and never did. 5 days later I received no update or call back from Harry or any update texts. I called my insurance, cancelled the claim (and learned they were about to pick up the vehicle for salvage with out my approval), I then went to the shop and removed my vehicle from their care.The customer experience provided under Harry has burnt the bridge between Abra and I permanently. Been a month since I got my car back from Abra. The only thing I can say Im satisfied with is the paint work, which is fairly decent.I bought an STi, and 4 days later I was ran into by an work van (such is life). Took it here and was told that Id be notified whether the fender would be mended with Bondo, or replaced entirely. I told them if the insurance didnt cover an OEM replacement fender to call me before starting work so I could decide if I wanted to pay out of pocket for it, and they agreed. Never got that call. My fender was smothered in Bondo. Then it was given to an alignment shop who thought it would be okay to take my car on an 8-mile drive and use 1/3rd of a tank of gas (who doesnt like a joy ride, right?). When I picked it up, the bumper didnt sit flush anymore. Took it to a reputable Subaru shop, and they said it was due to shoddy body shop work and that Id need to replace the fender if I wanted my bumper to fit properly again. Go figure, huh?Stay away if you love your car. If you dont mind mediocre work, need your car back quickly, and dont mind condescending attitudes, this is a decent shop for you.Edit: One year later, Im still frustratingly dissatisfied with this place. That paint work I thought was decent? After looking at it for a week or so, I noticed the over spray and paint contamination. Literally no redeeming qualities to their work or service.I cant describe how much I disdain this shop for tarnishing my otherwise perfect car.
I dont know about all the other reviews, but j just picked up my moms 2016 Mitsubishi outander from repair (she hit a deer) and the car was repaired back to new. Very happy, even had a scratch on the door (not cause of the accident) that they pointed out and they fixed that free of charge. Very happy, also 2 months ago i was rear ended in my hyundai and progressive had me take it here and they matched the paint very well. The front office is very clean compaired to uptown body. I would refer friends and family to go here very professional and they keep you up todate on the repairs as they progress. They even call your rental car company for a pickup
