We used this company to replace some blown out outer panes from two double glass windows and were very pleased with their work. This time we needed double panes replaced on one of our kitchen windows and in our sliding glass patio door. I got an cost estimate over the phone and paid for it during the call. They had to order the parts and when they arrived the company called us to schedule the service.A whole crew arrived. The head guy was very friendly and personable. The whole crew worked quickly and finished the entire job within an hour. Whats more, we had ordered new rollers for the door which werent needed after all. The guy told us our cost would be adjusted and so it was! Turns out they didnt charge our card until after the work was completed.Yes indeed would we use them again if the need arose. But heres a tip: its far more efficient to just give the office closest to you a call instead of using the online form. No one responded to that.

I had a great experience with Sound Glass in Bremerton this week. I was shopping for textured glass, custom cut to fit new cabinet doors. Debbie in the front office was friendly and helpful and my order was completed very quickly at a reasonable cost.

Phone staff is abrupt and very rude, every time I had called (3 total), they know they are the only glass place around and are not accommodating at all. Waited over 3 months for shower door. The guy who came to measure was almost an hour late and seemed unsure about what he was doing. He took a week to email an estimate and then another 2 weeks before he sent the measurements out for the doors to be made! The final price was over $300 more than the estimate. Took another month for the parts to arrive. Installers were professional and courteous.

Fantastic customer service and great price. Quote was accurate to final price and significantly less than a competitors quote. They were also very accommodating for pickup! On a side note, they also had very responsible covid safety procedures in place at their store.

Sound Glass Sales Inc. is wonderful! I have been using their services and buying their products for the past three years, and they are the best. I just ordered some window balances and the price was very reasonable, even less expensive than Amazon.

They dont do door glasses

Set an appointment specifically at their convenience. I took the day off. They no-showed. Called to check in and nobody recorded the appointment - totally skipped over me. Ill look elsewhere for help.

Good service

Just had a guy ram into us in his Sound Glass van in a parking lot. Our car was fine but I’m very shaken. My sister is too nice and apologized profusely even though it wasn’t her fault and let the guy go. Good thing I’m not as nice, please teach your drivers to maybe drive better?

It is on Auto Center Way, but does HOUSE GLASS...does NOT do auto glass. Thats Auto Glass Plus around the corner.

Receptionist was VERY rude and unprofessional. I was also quoted a price not once but TWICE then once my order came in it was over double the price that I was quoted.

Have had about six windows replaced here. Theyre always fast and friendly. I always get a call back when Im expecting it.

Called for a window replacement, had no offer to send someone to measure and check it out - was given a quote over the phone that was $400 more than the competitors. give these folks a pass.

Extremely rude - called for an estimate. Only to be met with an offensively, impolite and ill-mannered individual. This was a local Milgard rep who then hung up the phone on me after I ask him if he was being sarcastic or just funny.
