I called Value Glass when I was beginning my move from a rental home. My dog had broken a window and obviously needed to have the panel replaced. Joy and Charles were wonderful to work with. Great communication, fast and efficient work - done the right way. The window looks perfect and you cant tell it was replaced. 10/10 experience! Oh and the cost was very reasonable.

I could not get ahold of anyone on the phone so I drove there. It was a weekday during regular hours as I was working out of town. The plus here is they are responsive to reviews so I bumped the review up to 4 stars.To the person responding to reviews: Just because a review occurs on a weekend, it does not mean the attempt to purchase goods happened then.

I would have rated 5 stars based on past experiences. They are no longer responding to customers so I cant really accurately rate them.

I stopped in just to get an estimate and they were able to squeeze me in same day for 2 rock chip repairs. About $50 to fix 2 spots and they didnt take long at all! Im extremely satisfied with their work. Ill be going back to them for any other glass related issues!

Great customer service. I called to get a quote on my 2013 Ford F150 3 ft crack on my windshield. I was asked if I cared whether the Ford emblem was required. I got a new windshield cheaper and well done job from ValueGlass. And I was in and out in one hour. I could not be more happier. Very professional. Inside ValueGlass is well presentable and inviting. Highly recommend! I had a busted out window from a car prowl and unfortunately the glass was not readily available and had to be found at a salvage. Not a safe place to do business

I had a large crack on my 98 Ford Rangers windshield. It was getting larger. It only cost me $190 to replace the whole windshield with a brand-new unit. Quite affordable. I dropped the truck off at their location, walked down the road to McClouds for a burger, walked back and it was done. Pretty good, guys. And I love your modified old-school VW Beetle.
