I took my car in to Uptowns for a Geico insurance claim to repair $1,700.00 in auto body damage. They had it for 6 days and now it looks brand new again! Cant even tell it was ever damaged. They even DETAILED the inside of my car and fixed a scratch for free! Wow!They really went above and beyond for me. 5 stars, well deserved.

I have visited Uptown Auto Body three times now, and every time it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. Every one who works there is polite, helpful, and courteous. Ive even had scratches on my car buffed and polished for free (special thanks to Erik for that)!! When I was charged, it was a fair price for good work. I am very happy with my experiences here and have been recommending Uptown to my family and friends.

I just picked up my car a few hours ago and could only wish I could give Uptown Auto Body 6 stars. The staff were generous, courteous and patient as they explained the repairs. The car looked better than before the collision. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend them to anyone/everyone.

I hit a deer about a year ago and had the repair done at uptown. They were kind, knowledgeable (of course), and took the time to answer any and every question with a smile. You can’t put a price on the kind of service these people provide. I recently brought my vehicle back when I noticed some VERY small issues with the paint in on area of the car. They took it in, no problem. Two days later, the car is flawless. These guys do an awesome job. Mistakes happen, what’s important is how we correct them, and these guys went above and beyond to do it in such a timely manner. I highly reccomend them!

I brought my BMW M3 to two shops prior to Uptown Auto Body for some work. The first shop, who specializes in European automobile, said they wont touch the M3 model because of the complexity and the second shop said they could do it, but their quote was very expensive. I then took my vehicle to Uptown. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Their attention to detail was amazing, the paint from the work done and the rest of the car matches perfectly. Their price was cheap compared to the work done, I wouldve paid even more with how the final product looked. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and wish I wouldve started with Uptown Auto Body. Highly recommend.

Mike and the team I worked with at Uptown Auto Body were quick, efficient very professional. They work well with the insurance company complete repairs and it was all transparent to me from the very beginning.

I received quotes from 4 local shops. Taylor was easy to speak with and we reviewed and scheduled the work for the following week. I also had 4 mud flaps installed, we had a little misunderstanding and they thought the hardware was missing, so an extra hole was drilled on each side, but the flaps seem to cover them and Ill be putting silicone and paint protectors on to tidy things up.I would have to recommend this shop to anyone needing service.

Not the same Uptown Auto Body; these guys only do/accept insurance claims...

I had brought a pair of mirrors in on a Monday morning to get them painted to match my vehicle. Was quoted a fair price and left them to be done. The lady at the desk, who was very polite (my only real positive experience here), told me that they would be done in a day or two. By Thursday, I hadnt heard anything, so I called to see how they were doing and to see when theyd be done. The person I spoke to on the phone then told me that they hadnt even started yet, and that their paint guy would probably get to them sometime next week or so. Wow, okay. I then went to go pick up the mirrors so I could get them done elsewhere. They clearly didnt value the business I intended to give to them. I get it- its only a pair of mirrors, right? Maybe so, but if they werent even going to be done at the date they told me, a phone call would have been the appropriate thing to do in the least. Its a shame too, as I have a lot of other little fixes and things Id like for a local body shop to take care of, but one bad experience is all it took to make me look elsewhere.

They did a decent job on the actual repairs, but my car came back with other problems. Destroyed lugnuts (I wouldnt have cared so much if they werent $150 Rays) when they couldnt find the keyed socket (was in my glove box and they never called asking), primer paint over spray on my truck and bent up license plate. They also called saying they put the wrong lugnuts on and needed my car back. When I looked at my wheels the fifth lug was missing. They did a good job on my fiancés Jeep, but I dont know what happened with my car.

I got involved in a crash last year and took my car there. Someone hit the rear of my car and it got bad. Suuuper nice staff. They explained stuff to me really well and patiently. Have nothing to complain about them :)

Took a week and a half to get my car back, but they did a great job and were all really nice. Great customer service and they did a good job keeping in contact with me.

I wanna say yall are horrible with customer service!! My moms car was finished on the 19th of this month and yall didnt tell her until today its the 21st. An than she was gonna get a extra chage from enterprise cause of yalls mistake! Horrible just horrible!!

As a victim of Hit and Run, I turned in my convertible to Uptown for body work. The work was done rather quickly (less than 24 hours). However they skipped repairing side door as promised. For their excuse, Eric, the owner insisted that door can not be damaged from rear ended collision such as mine although I had police report and insurance adjuster stated otherwise. Later I noticed two name plates were missing from bumper/trunk.They removed them and never replaced. Eric refused to reinstall them when I told him. He said I was there to pick up the vehicle and accepted. This kind of unethical business practice is totally unacceptable. I felt sorry that I ever dealt with this shop.

Busy shop, great staff, and did the job right!

Staff is friendly, but our vehicle is still having the same problems even after bringing it back in.

Been in here twice and the first time they took less than 2 days to order new parts and repair my car. Second time was when I bumped into something knocking off my bumper and stopped by and did it need replaced? Nope! Put it back on at the spot and I walked out in 5 minutes free of charge.
