Went in there and the sign said 40-50% off. Except I feel the prices were raised in order to mark it down. My daughter is mixed, and was watching her the whole store. Like duck sake, shes 5. Leave her the duck alone. Was also watching my husband, (who is colored). But didnt watch me at all, (Im white) Do not like this store employee, but not many places in town carry what we need for their hair. Do not like this store. Couldnt even turn his tablet down or off when we were in there. Even when checking out. Like RUDE!

Great place to go if your in a pinch. They dont offer as much as Sally beauty but if you cant make it to Silverdale to go to Sally, then this is the place! Pleasant guy that rang me up, I assume he is the owner! Good guy none the less!

I have to say, I was skeptical after reading the reviews. I went anyway because driving to Tacoma just was not for me. The owner was fine! So, there is a language barrier but thats not personal. Hes a good guy, he understands everything you say, has the products you need, what he doesnt carry, he will order. Thats service! His prices are fair considering he is one of the only places in Bremerton for black hair care. Ive been going back, and will continue to give him my business.

The man that works in this store never offers to help. He follows me around the store and always finds something right next to me to organize while I shop. Never saying one word but watching me closely. Im gonna record this man and his racially discriminatory behavior. Then Im going to sue them! These people are RACIST! This is NOT the appropriate business for owners who do not respect brown people. They need to take a customer service skills course for their business! Like the other guy that commented earlier.. the man is sometimes on the phone like he cant be bothered. I have definitely seen that AND its clear that the people who write the positive posts were asked to do so. Positive comments and desperately obvious ratings will never discredit the mistreatment and terrible service experience that most of us have received!

I’ve been going there and it’s the only store til Tacoma since I was 12 I’m 24 now & he always respectful & tells me if they have the hair I like in or goes to the back and finds the darkest shade he can find

Ive been coming here for about 6 years ONLY cause its the only place in this town to get real hair wefts to make my own extensions out of on a budget.So first off, if youre reading these reviews before you go in for your first time just know that you will get absolutely ZERO help from the man who works there so do ALL research about what your going in for wayyyy before. (You can learn loads about hair pieces off YouTube just saying) The man that works there either knows absolutely nothing about anything he is selling or just frankly doesnt give a flying ****. (Which over the years is what Ive gathered.) His attitude and body language used to irritate me but honestly Ive just gotten over it. I only bug him when I cant find something and to be honest its kinda funny how much his reaction resembles a teenager whos mom just asked him to clean his room.Yeah he should be helpful and nice to his customers but lets be honest and realize thats never going to happen and its the only place in Bremerton and he knows it.So my advice is just make your trip easier on yourself buy researching a head of time and spend as little time in there as possible.Good luck! If I could give it ZERO stars I would, because this man needs to be turned in to the BBB! Hes obnoxiously rude and has no respect for ppl of color! He NEVER engages in a friendly manner (No customer service) he just stands there glaring at you, watching your EVERY move as if youre going to steal something! Hes not worth my business and I will gladly travel to Tacoma before I spend one thin dime at his store! The man that works here is very kind and as helpful as he can be.He has an accent but he is clear to hear what he is saying in perfect English.I have been buying hair from this shop for two years and have no complaints, they sell hair from synthetic to virgin. They have a normal natural range of colors and usually up to 18.I also make dreads and buy the kanekalon they sell and Im happy with the range of rainbow Colors.(To the person whomever said these wonderful peoples shop is a joke.Please just go to a shop in Tacoma or Seattle where they ignore you or make you feel like a thief for just looking around in the first place.)

I love shopping here for wigs and hair extentions. The gentleman who works here is very helpful. I wish they carried fusion and itip extentions. My opinion of why he is not friendly is maybe due to the fact that this shop is not in a good location and he doesnt want to be robbed. I always greet him and yell hi so he hears me and he lets me shop without following me around.

The man is extremely unhelpful and rude. Will stare you down like youre going to steal. Instead of handing me new packs from the back he threw them all on the ground for me to pick up. Does not know anything about products or simply does not care...Makes faces and sighs heavily when asked a question. Doesnt say hello back or engage in small talk...He hates his job, that much is clear.

This place is a total joke! I dont normally do reviews but I felt I had to let others know. The guy at the store couldnt even get off his phone for 5 seconds to answer a question. When he finally did he could barely speak English and couldnt understand what I was saying. The products they have look old. Like from the 70s and 80s old. Dont waste your time.

He was so rude, it said the store was opened but then I approached the door and knocked he stared at me, rolled his eyes and the motioned for me to go away. Mind you they open @ 9 and it was 10 when I went.

I dont care how bad I need hair care products, I will never spend money with them again. They are overpriced and rude. This man followed me around the store. Sadly, being a POC, this wasnt a surprise. But then to ignore me when I made an inquiry about a product... seriously? Mrs. Herns has a supply store not too far out. Go there. You wont regret it.

The previous reviewer is inaccurate. This store is ran by a very kind and courteous man who speaks English well but with a thick accent. Blaming your inability to understand accents on his ability to use the language is racist. Furthermore, the prices and products are AMAZING! If the clerk was temporarily busy its because hes the ONLY person running the store. Stop acting so entitled, people. Ive been working as a cashier for the holidays and people are spoiled, rude, impatient, and lazy much of the time. Its really sad.

I asked basic question and the owner didnt know anything about wigs. He also either watches you like a hawk and follows you or he stands in the back watching TV and ingores you.

Good place for some essentials.

The man that I dealt with was very rude and unhelpful. Not sure if it was due to the lack of business on a Friday evening because I was the only one in the store. I was in a great mood after a good dinner at the buffet with my daughter, I greeted him and he just scowled at me. Literally SCOWLED at me and went to the back lol. Initially I went in there for a variety of things and hair that would have easily totaled over $300 but since he couldnt even pretend to be interested in my business as a customer, I changed my mind and brought $20 worth of merchandise. Never said more than 2 words during the entire transaction. even when I asked if they had Braiding hair in 1b/27, he stomped over to me and pointed at the shelves and stomped back off lol it was the most bizarre experience ever, Id rather just have him follow me around the store like a criminal than this.. only positive to the visit is he had the black castor oil gel I had been looking for and the braiding cuffs to do my daughters hair. First and LAST visit

I went with my mom because im only 13 and i love wigs and makeup the man who owns it is so mean he flowed as around the store i am very white it is not only people of color he is rued to it is all people even kids you can not return any thing in the store he made my mom cry and made me close to crying DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY!
