I use the pharmacy at this location and it’s always a positive experience. The pharmacy staff is overwhelmed during the week, however their customer service and demeanour is always understanding. Professional, friendly, and patient. The cashiers are doing their best as well considering rude/abusive customers that stroll through sometimes. Be prepared to wait and have patience. This location will do their best to help you.

Covid testing appointment through the drive-thru went well. Fast, private and professional.

I called to ask about a covid test and was immediately put on a hold that lasted about 10 min. Then someone answered, said thank you for calling Walgreens, please hold before I could even open my mouth, and promptly puts me back on hold. After about a minute and a half of waiting, the phone goes from hold music to actual ringing, and after about 3-5 min of THAT, someone hangs the phone up without a word. I get that places get busy, but A, why bother picking up the phone only to put someone who was already on hold BACK on hold, and B, this is just horrible customer service. I mean, what the actual hell?

Always spend more time and money than I intend, but that means they are good.. right?

I got an item I didnt wanan because they dont listen to their customers and they when I try to return within the same half hour with receipt they wouldnt let me and wouldnt give me my money back

Pharmacy tech had no idea about what she was talking about in regards to covid 19 testing for hawaii travel. Stated incorrect facts. Walgreens cannot guarantee your testing results in the time they state on their online website and do not inform of this until after I had taken the covid -19 test. Tried contacting walgreens online about the issue since the test that I payed for was useless do to the fact that results were needed within 72 hrs of taking test and their online website said results in less than 72 hrs. They informed results would be ready in 3 -5 days at end of test. Test was useless to me with this result timeline. Walgreens did nothing about it. Still was charged for test. Customer service was awful tried to blame everyone but themselves. When it was their website that said results in less than 72 hrs. That is the reason I made an appt and got test there. Then update me with 5 days for results. Test was literally useless and still said they had to process test and charge me. Will never give walgreens another dollar.

Dont do this, this is a scam! And the people here are super rude!

I have shopped here quite a few years ..it is near where I reside..cordial to seniors and good healthy store..has what I need cause I am a senior at a senior living apt.nearby and also has a pharmacy that is easy to find.Thanks walgreens workers..

The clerk at the pharmacy was outstanding, at the Walgreens on Wheaton Way. She went out of her way to help me with the online app to help me pay for my prescriptions

Good service

I was in a hurry yesterday so I stopped in at Walgreens on Sylvan. I only needed two items. I was able to find both the items I needed and the checkout experience was also quick and friendly. I am really unhappy with the overall experience when I saw the total at the register. My can of shaving cream had a yellow sale tag in front of it which I maybe shouldve thoroughly read but like I said I was in a hurry. Couldnt believe that it was still $5.59 and this coupled with my toothpaste the bill was almost $13. Both items would have been considerable cheaper anywhere else even 7-11. The bill shouldve been about $8. I dont like feeling like I got ripped off so I think Ill just avoid Walgreens from now on

I am a single father and this place is VERY sexist. I went into the store several days ago to buy my 14 year old daughter some juice and chips. While I was there I decided to grab myself 1 beer. The lady at the counter said my daughter had to have ID for me to purchase a beer!!?? I asked to talk to the manager (Stephany) and she stated that she would allow me to buy the beer this time but my daughter would have to not come in the store the next time!!?? I declined to purchase the items and left. The very next day I sent a female friend and my daughter into the store to purchase the EXACT items and there was absolutely no problems whatsoever. This is uncalled for and Im tired of being treated like a second class citizen just because Im a man with children. Im a good person and your a horrible bitter woman. You need to control yourself Stephany and train your employees better. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will not be shopping there anymore, nor will any of my family and friends.Your company will lose out more money then they even pay you.Trust me on this. Shame on you!

The entire staff at the Bremerton Walgreens is fantastic. From the friendly greeting on arrival to the helpful and knowledgable staff in the pharmacy...they deserve 10:stars for excellece! I wont shop anywhere else.

The service here was awesome! Clean store, good advice from pharmacy, and a great experience when the cashier pointed out how I could save some money.

Its open a little later than most other stores and has a wide selection of bath and beauty products along with decent prices.
