Ash Harris went far above and beyond in order to get my phone upgraded during the last promotion. I got off work at 6pm, was at the store by 6:15pm. The store closes at 7pm. There was one person on duty, and he was with customers, so I waited. Unfortunately, the one person on duty was not going to be able to help me before closing time as he was still helping his other customers. It was the last day of the promo! Just before 7pm, Ash entered the store - it was his DAY OFF, and he was there to pick up his friend. He saw me waiting, grabbed a tablet and proceeded to help me upgrade my phone during the very last minutes of the promo.Ash did not have to help me on his day off, but Im SO grateful that he cared enough to go out of his way. When I thanked him for helping me on his day off, he replied, Well, I love what I do so its not really work to me.Seems like it wouldve been wise to schedule more than one person on the final day of a big promotion, but thank goodness for Ash and his selflessness. He made my whole day!

It was noon on a Sunday. The manager was busy with two other customers, but took the tome to greet me as I entered the store. When my turn came she was very courteous and efficient in transferring my SIM card to a new phone my sister had given me, changing my account settings and loading the new phone data from my icloud backup.Overall the service was the best I have received in a long time. The store manager is a real.asset to Verizon. I plan to use this store for all of my future needs and to highly recommend it to my friends and neighbors.Thanks for a job very well done.

Loved the experience of shopping for my new phone at this store. No wait, happy wait-staff. Our representative, Nae, was delightful: personable, professional & knowledgeable. She was patient & courteous when I returned later on in the day with my various questions. She made me feel as though I can call her with any future problems I might encounter. This is a sales rep you need to not only appreciate, but hold onto with both hands!

Nae made our phone upgrade experience an enjoyable one. It has always been a trying experience when my wife and I upgrade our cell phones, the long wait, the rude people, this time it was different. Nae was in the store when my wife and I came in, alone and dealing with three other customers, she still managed to take care of our needs in a courteous and efficient way. When our phones arrived Nae was able to set them up with no problems, saving some extremely important information that we thought would get lost in the transfer to the new phone.Nae is now my go to phone guru. Thank you for a great experience.

I want to take a moment to give Yvonne and the staff at the Kitsap Way Verizon store a HUGE shout out!! My husband and I were looking into switching to Verizon and wondered what kind of deal we could say yes too. I cant even begin to express how wonderful the staff has been in this process!! The service Yvonne provided us with went above and beyond everything we could have imagined!! Nae was equally awesome in handling our account and helping get things rolling. I have never experienced customer service as wonderful as this anywhere!! My husband and I felt confident that we made the right decision to switch to Verizon through our buying experience!

I love my new phone! I got the galaxy note 10+ from this store, and I havent had any issues with it or the plan I chose so far.The associate, Sammee (thanks girl 🙂), was super helpful and very nice! It was a great experience shopping there, and I will definitely be going back to this store the next time I get a new phone!

Augustine Rutledge provides extraordinary customer service! My iPhone was not charging, it was “dinging,” every few seconds, and I tried every suggestion I could see on line. I left the store with three things: the upgraded auxiliary pieces that I needed, a clear explanation of what went wrong, and a smile. Thank you for your courtesy, sense of humor and kindness. Best customer service ever! Trish was SO helpful. I traded in my phone and upgraded to an iPhone 8 today! She helped me throughout the process and we hit it off really well! She answered every question I had full-heartedly and made it easy for me to understand every single thing. I definitely recommend this location! Very disappointed in how we were treated. We walked in and was told there was a 45 minute wait. No problem. Except the store associate didn’t give us any resources, ask us why we were there, and continued to talk about the local bars and beer with a customer while we were waiting instead of trying to help us. We will take our business somewhere else.Very unprofessional.

I just recently joined Verizon and now share a plan with my best friend. One of the representatives, Kaitlin really did the works! She helped with things most representatives wouldn’t even deal with. She was on the phone with customer service for over three hours trying to help us out. Super polite, and I always making sure we’re getting the most we can get out of our plan. Highly recommend giving her a raise!

I came in on Mothers Day when Trish, worked on my old phone. I decide to upgrade. She was very knowledgable and helpful. I have come in 4 other times Vicki and Trish are always helpful and every experience has been super wonderful. Always so friendly and efficient. This is my store of choice and I will always come back here. 10 stars if i was allowed to give them!

The last time I was here there was a huge thunderstorm and I was visiting with my dad, the staff was very polite and helped to make it a quick experience as I was having a full on panic attack from watching the storm outside, one came over and talked to me to keep me calm while another worked with my dad to fix a problem on his account. Would go again as long as there are no storms.

A little over a month ago I was in there looking for a apple watch, and Kaitlin went above and beyond in helping me order one and expediting it so it would be in before Christmas. She even ensured that I would get the military special that was going on when the watch arrived. Today, I recieved a text from Sammee asking how the watch was working out and if I had any questions about it. I think this Verizon store has the best customer service out of any Ive ever been to over the years, even out of all phone services.

I live in port orchard but that store is always busy and I feel rushed so I will continue to take the drive out to this location. Felt more like I was a friend than a customer. The service at Verizon was amazing! Our technician was James A., and he was a great teacher. He found the most economical plan with great coverage, and educated us about our new phones. He made the transition from my dinosaur flip phone to a new smart phone easy. We began to look forward to our trips to the Bremerton store to pick up our new phones. James always made us feel as though we were priority #1 even though he had to multitask often with other questions from other customers. He never lost his patience or his sense of humor.We will definitely go back to Verizon in Bremerton should we decide to upgrade.

As a Verizon customer of 12+ years I have plenty of experience with their reps. James is an anomaly. I have never walked out of a Verizon store with a smile, until today. I was completely speechless by the end of the transaction. The first thing James told me was that I am paying too much for my service, which he proceeded to fix. He activated my phone (handed down from my brother), transferred all of my contacts for me, and showed me how to use it. I actually had to stop and think when he asked if there was anything else that he could do for me, because I had to catch myself up. I spent nothing, had a good experience and will be saving almost thirty bucks a month.

This is not a real Verizon store. I had a terrible experience at this place. The unprofessional reps talked me into receiving two free tablets and said nothing about the steep initial fees or the ten dollar a month charge per tablet for the duration of the two year contract. They have you sign a black box and read aloud the contract agreement so that you dont really know what you are signing for. Somehow they signed all four devices under separate accounts and sent all mail (including the first bills) to my in-laws house on the other side of the country. It took several trips to the real Verizon store to get the mess straightened out. They are crooks not interested in your best interest. After this contract is up, I do not plan on going with Verizon again.

I am updating my review based on subsequent experience. After posting this review, I got a response from GoWireless customer service. I talked with the district manager, Sean. Sean made arrangements with store staff for me to return the unwanted items for a refund. He also made arrangements with Verizon to refund contract termination fees. He was very helpful. I hope the store staff will get some training, too.It took a while for the contract termination fees to be removed from the Verizon bill, but Sean confirmed to me that they have been.I am still unhappy that this situation happened in the first place, but it was resolved once I was able connect with the right person.I recommend reading all contracts with this company very carefully. It might even be helpful to bring a friend with you to help you avoid being pressured into something you dont want or need. Take time to review all the charges and fees. Resist being rushed to sign a contract until you have read it and had all your questions answered.Understand what is going to show up on your bill and how long you are committing to pay. Once you get your new bill, it will probably be too late to change your mind. Or you may have to pay hundreds of dollars in contract termination fees, restocking fees, etc.The sales staff will be nice and friendly and helpful. Thats their job. But its also their job to sell you as many add-ons and upgrades as they can. So its up to you to know what you really need and want so you dont get talked into extras that are not a benefit to you.On March 13, 2017, my father went to this business to get help with his cell phone. He is a senior citizen with dementia.Instead of getting help, he was sold $1179 worth of new phones, accessories, a tablet, and service contracts that he did not want, does not understand, and is not able to make use of. The service on his two existing phones, which were working, was canceled and the numbers transferred to the new phones. He was charged $199 to pay off his existing phone contract.My father has no memory of being sold these products. He is not sure why he went to the store, but he knows he did not want new phones. He does not know what a tablet is.My brother and I are providing care and helping manage his affairs. We did not learn about this situation until April 6, 2017. I immediately returned to the store to explain the situation, return the unwanted items, and cancel the contract.The manager on duty, Ryan, would not discuss the situation. He claimed that nothing could be done because the 15-day return period had expired. He did not provide any information about how to resolve this problem or who I could contact.He did provide a clue that this business may have experience preying on senior citizens. I told Ryan I did not believe a contract was valid if one of the parties did not have the capacity to understand it or was deceived into signing it. The manager threatened to go after my fathers Social Security payments if the contracts were not paid off in full.This is the second time my father has been sold unwanted items at this store. Last year he was sold a tablet that he did not understand or want. We caught it and returned the tablet within the 15-day period. At that time the store was put on notice that my father was a vulnerable senior citizen who did not understand the products they were trying to sell him or the contracts they wanted him to sign.Ryan acknowledged they had a record of the previous tablet incident. Instead of using that information to protect my father, the salesperson, Michael Nelson, took advantage of my father’s vulnerability.My father is a Korean War-era veteran. He has lived in Bremerton for over 50 years and is a long-time community volunteer. He does not deserve the treatment he got at this store.

Terrible service. I walked in and was not even greeted. I saw the 2 employees were working with other people but when they looked at me they could have at least said hi. I sat down waiting for an hour to be helped and finally walked out with never being spoke to. I will not be back.

When I think of Verizon I think of long lines and shotty service. I think I found the store and rep that has changed my mind. Drive and and no cars in the parking lot and when I walked it I was greeted and helped right away. Not bad at all! The Gentleman that helped me made the switch easy from my broken phone that my kid destroyed to my new phone. He was professional and kind and made me feel like I was a good friend. I didnt remember my password for my gmail and he looked and me with a smile and said we got you covered and reset it and got all of my pictures of my kids on to my new phone. Thank you Michael for helping me out and you rock!!! I will be telling people about your store.

Just lost my phone over the weekend and called Verizon expecting to have insurance to replace it because when this store sold me the phone he asked if I wanted insurance and I said Yes. Turns out I didnt have insurance on the phone because he didnt do his job although he asked me. So now I have to buy a brand new phone. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
