Nice. The coffee is a very well done roast, not too heavy, varying density of foam on the milk, no puck of chocolate syrup at the bottom of the cup. All signs point to some who is consciences of quality coffee drinks and presentation. The bananas foster macaroon was excellent as well. Limited seating and friendly atmosphere, nice.

The London Fog is so lovely and mobile ordering is an awesome plus!

This review is a two in 1 - for Cafe Corbin & McGavin’s Bakery! I just wanted to give a big 👍to the “extra” that McGavin’s does!We got two Almond Ring Danishes & I wholeheartedly appreciate the extra thoughtfulness of a folded baking sheet under the doilies to further ensure no grease bleed through….it was a very appreciated discovery!Then we (my husband & I) enjoyed the following Bacon Cheddar muffins at Cafe Corvo & the larger wax-ish paper makes for easier removal & a more “pleasant” display!!!We without reservation highly recommend both establishments, customer service is fantastic - both offer a punch card and both remember us!!! 😁❤️🥐☕️🥐❤️😁

We recently discovered this place just this year and absolutely love it! The coffee is amazing, the art display there is interesting, and a lady who is always baristaing remembers my order and always makes it delicious! Truly an awesome find!

Cool cafe spot with excellent coffee! My partner and I are visiting and went out searching for breakfast this morning. Cafe Corvo had plenty of seating, an extensive menu, and a generally great vibe. It was nice to watch the regulars come in - overall it was a great experience.

Sweet little gem on Callow thats helped to bring some new life to the area. The coffee is great, art is beautiful, and the music is always on point.

I. Love. This. Place.The coffee was the best Ive had in Kitsap County. The decor was fun and corky, but a little sparce. I imagine they will flesh it out a bit over time. Try the rosemary and sea salt bagels! And their special drink, the Corvo. SO GOOD! The couple who owns this place was so sweet and down to earth. Im going to be here a lot.

I love this spot. The atmosphere is inviting. They had couches, tables to study or hold meetings. The shop is awesome. And the coffee!! The coffee is amazing. Im definitely coming back and enjoying a triple vanilla breve. MmmmmExplore your community, enjoy a cup at Cafe Corvo.

I completely love this place! There is always friendly staff. My favorite is the Mexicana. Its a must try! And I adore the art work that they have displayed on their walls. People reconnect in places like this.

The Mocha Mexicana is awesome! Its sweet with a nice kick to it. The pastries are also very tasty. Pastries from Dudes doughnuts are on Wednesday and Friday, McGavins bakery pastries are on Thursday, and Saturday, and danishes and muffins on Tuesday

Amazing little spot! So happy to see a cafe like this in Bremerton! Had their “Corvo” for my first visit- a breve with orange chocolate and cinnamon; and it was absolutely delectable! The display of local artists on the walls is also such a lovely idea in the community. I need to take more walks, so I’ll definitely frequent this cafe! 💙

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered an iced americano (that came black), a hot breve, and a hot cappuccino. They all taste like bitter, overly sweetened, powdered eapresso mixed with water. They’re absolutely disgusting; my Keurig at home brews coffee 100000x better than here. Do not go.

So so happy they have opened, we were really in need of a great coffee place in Kitsap! I live a bit far away but find myself making reasons to go by there pretty often these days. The owners are so welcoming and friendly and clearly put time and thought into everything and definitely know what they’re doing. I’ve tried a variety of the drinks and they’ve all been amazing. They always have a treat for my puppy Busy and give her lots of attention and tolerance! Very thankful for Corvo!!!!

I biked down to grab a drink with a buddy and was greeted with a very friendly baristo and beautiful local artwork on the walls. They installed the only permanent bike rack on Callow (not that my clunker needs a lock) I will certainly return to try more specialty drinks.

Searched coffee shops in Bremerton while on a trip and ended up in this gem. Friendly owners and delicious coffee! Had a vanilla soy iced latte and my husband had a hot Mexican mocha, both perfect! Always love to patronize locally owned rather than over-priced big wigs. Will come back!

Miranda and Randall are very warm and welcoming just like their space!! Accessible and ethically sourced local coffee roasted by Blossom mixed with their signature syrup blend made for a delicious drink that will keep me coming back for more. Easily going to be the best spot in town for local and community gatherings! 10/10 recommend going ASAP!

Stopped by on a Saturday morning and had to try out. Walked in and was immediately hit by the strong, alluring smell of coffee - a good first wake me up! We ordered a lavender scone (get them while their fresh!) and two of their signature Corvos to sip on. The scone was delicious! The bits of lavender were strong, but not over powering. The pastry itself was soft in the middle and the bits of sugar on the top made for a nice sweet crunch.The Corvos were lovely. Super rich and smooth with cinnamon and hints of orange - I highly recommend if you want something small to sip on and wake up with! Makes me excited to try another drink.The owners were very warm and friendly and asked for feedback on their drinks. Verdict: excellent! Thank you for the nice, weekend wake me up! My husband and I will be back.

This is the coffee shop I have always hoped would come to Bremerton!! They have the best selection of coffee beans in the area as well as my personal favorite drink, a cortado! Definitely the best coffee in Kitsap.
