Love the new store look, products and great prices! The fruits and vegetables department is a stunning site. They still have a great meat and freezer dept.Wild bird food and dog food. Im able to get everything I need in one visit.Its good to see familiar faces at the checkout; Some have been bagging groceries for 35+yrs. Feels good to be shopping at the commissary again.

I love this commissary. You just can’t beat the prices, especially on the meats! Also great that they carry the Hispanic seasonings I use. The fresh produce selection is way better than Walmart and less expensive than Safeway. Plus, the people that work there are always super nice, and it’s always clean.

Customer service is impeccable the meat department on point.

Iv been shopping here with me forever. The people are nice and helpful.

Good little grocery store on the navy base

Not very big commissary but definitely a nice quiet place to grab some groceries. The selection is a little less because its a smaller building but it makes up in that its quiet and not crowded easy to get through the lines because theres no lines most days.

This place needs an update. I usually go to Bangor but it is closed today. Why is it that the checkers and the baggers always seem like they have a little bit of an attitude towards me? I always tip. Dollars. I always am very nice and cordial.

Cheap food prices (cheaper than Safeway) and great fresh sandwiches made at the deli!

Sometimes the prices are equal to that of other stores in the area, but sometimes you can also score a solid deal on an item or two. Nothing too special pops out, other than the lack of tax. However, there is a surcharge applied to transactions which seems to be around 5%.

Today is 12/14/2020. Masks are required. There are no hand baskets available anymore. Carts are still available outside. Wipes for the carts are available inside. There is directional shopping guided by arrows on the floor. This commissary is closed on Tuesdays.

The line wasnt long for me and the staff treated with enthusiasm.

Nice commissary. Great selection of produce and meat. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Convenient location. There is plenty of parking. This is a little smaller than Bangors commissary but it is rarely crowded. Much more relaxed shopping.

My favorite place. Lucky I married a Navy retiree, so Im eligible to shop here! Good products, good prices, fair variety, tasty produce, terrific carry-out people. I feel at home here. :-)

Even though the shelves were bare in places, I got everything I need plus more. Been shopping at this commissary for over 40 years. Love my people there.

A small commissary but well stocked and well managed. Customer service is pretty good overall. Hours of operation are also decent.

Good selection and excellent service

Usually shelves are stocked, but it looked like they were out of everything including chicken. I also notice an item was past the expiration date but was still in the deli/sausage section. Employees were nice though

Military Commissary. Really good deals on meat but produce section could use some help. Otherwise they have a decent selection of other normal grocery products for a small store.

The commissary is worth the trip! Great prices and no charge for bags. Cant beat it.

Nice commissary with good sushi selection. Prices are good and bulk/ case items are worth the trip. Meats are always reasonable and produce specials are weekly. Parking is a premium.

I forgot how cheap the Commissarys prices are.

Has all the foods you need and at a pretty good price. But the reason why I say its okay is because they try to miss lead you and thing some of the prices are lower than they are and once you get to the cash register the price is a lot higher than you thought so you decide to have the staff put it back for you

Although this commissary is small you can get some good sales in it. Selection of items isnt as big, but still great sales.

Been coming here since I was a kid. Always good and love that there is no sales tax cause military base.

Cheaper than all the grocery stores out in town. Great privilege for active duty military and retired military personnel and their dependents.

Smaller than others in the area, however the staff is very friendly and helpful. Produce staff went out of their way to assist my wife, quick to check backroom for her.

Both commissaries in the Kitsap area are rinky dink in size compared to those who have been to larger bases such as San Diego and Norfolk. They are definitely cheaper to shop at than the places out in town though so you almost have to shop there for the basic essentials. One large drawback is they are closed one day of the week for restocking. At least they stagger the days they are closed so they aren’t both closed on the same day.

Stocked but still limited. The bakery/deli is this stores life blood. With out that, itll be a quick in and out grocery store.

I always go shopping on base especially because of the deals it pays to have military benefits and especially since I grew up here and the baggers have known me since either was a little girl. Family friendly and always so nice and helpful I love the commissary

Great sushi with wide variety of selection ! They got poke bowls, Teriyaki Chicken Bowls and Orange Chicken Bowls as well. They are located inside the bremerton commissary !

Produce and meat are not so great, but decent prices on dry goods. You just have to remember to take the 5% surcharge into consideration.

Great little commissary to go to but the produce department lacks most of the time in the fresh herbs and the meats tend to be a little more expensive. More of a convenience store.
