Great experience at TankWorx Armory. They were knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful.

Staff was non welcoming and acting as if they walked on water and were doing a favor asking for anything. Additionally the young guy helping me knew absolutely nothing about anything and kept saying I don’t know I’ll have to ask about any gun offered.... but if in the market for some cool hipster tactical gear this is definitely the place for that.

I FFld a very expensive gun from another state and when my paper work came through the day before Thanksgiving I was doing the best I could to get there before closing time because they were going to be closed for the next few days so I called and let them know I would probably be there right at closing time and the owner said no problem we will wait for you so you can pick up your gun. I really appreciated that! The owner is a great guy and very laid back.

Nice small shop so they run out of stock fast so have to get there early.

Came in for a transfer of a Sig fire control unit(not a pistol) and the guy started the paperwork as a pistol even when I told him it was supposed to be an other for frames/recievers. Now I have to disclose personal information that was not required to be disclosed because the guy checked the wrong box in addition to a 10+ day waiting period. The clerks are not knowledgeable about firearm types or ATF regulations.

Excellent, well-presented, and welcoming shop owned by a knowledgable, veteran couple whove delivered us a space Id only expect to discover in a much larger city. Youll find a number of rifles on the walls youve only seen online before.Personally Ive picked up a pistol and had a minor repair done upon rifle here. I can say that I felt that on both occasions I was given a more than fair price while being helped by folks that genuinely cared about both me and the hobby.

Great at making recommendations for accessories, Abigail and Kai are top notch people.This is where I go for everything. I like the prices and service, the fact they can do in house gunsmithing is great!Several of my friends shop here also.If you need training they can refer you to the right people!

I had been living down the street from this place for a year and didnt know it. Really nice people, welcoming atmosphere, cool products and prices were competitive. Doesnt have the typical uncomfortable vibe that a lot of guns shops have. I will be back.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. No excuse for how these people treated us when we were nothing but kind to them and extremely understanding. We will be happily taking our buisness elsewhere.

I had called ahead to make sure they would have what I was looking for in stock, I get there and they play stupid acting like we never spoke on the phone, waste of time and fuel driving there right after calling. If I treated my customers like that I would expect a bad review aswell

Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional. I had applied for their snap finance program and easily got approved. I went in and wanted to start ordering items with my approved amount. They told me they didnt know how to use the system, we just got it I mean I understand a new system and all but they told me to comeback Tuesday as they try to shhhh me out of the store because they where closing in 20 mins. Tuesday came and I went in and they told me to make a list of what I wanted and they will have the owner look into it. Called a week later for a update since I did not get any information on my order request I sent via email and the guy on the phone said I dont know about your parts very rudely and didnt know what snap was. He put me on hold and said call back Tuesday (again) Snap is closed during the weekend, I called Wednesday and they said snap is closed for the weekend? What about Thursday and Friday? They gave me the same story they dont know how the system works. First of all how can you post a sign saying you offer financing but dont know how the system works? You should wait to post that until you have understanding of what you are offering. I waited another week then called and they said they got my email (conformation would have been nice) But still having trouble with the system. I had to call the finance company myself to figure out what was going on, if it was something with my account that was the issue. Nope they apparently are no longer a merchant for them. This information would have been nice to know instead of blowing smoke up my butt saying we dont know how to use the system. I will never go back and do business with them. They are dishonest and have horrible customer service, they seem to not care at all about their customer or trying to help them. Im all for helping out local shops, but after this Ill just stick to getting my stuff online which was WAY cheaper then the price tag they were offering. Still waiting to see if they got their system fixed but I doubt Ill ever hear back from them SNAP pretty much gave me the conformation that they arent.

I had a recent FFL transaction for a Springfield XD Mod 2. Friendly and professional staff with reaonable fees. This is not a convenience store, so expect wait times to fill out forms for background checks.

Very helpful in store and if you purchase through them, but very high prices compared to just about everywhere else. Absolutely horrible if you try to do an FFL transfer through them. First one I did, it had been nearly a month since I signed paperwork, so I finally called the sheriffs office and they said they had approved it 2 weeks prior and didnt know why I didnt have my gun yet.Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried another transfer through them. Followed their transfer info on their website, and gave them courtesy calls and everything. Here it is over a week later and theyve not replied to 2 email attempts requesting their FFL info so my gun can be shipped to them. Terrible service. Wont be going back.

Very bad customer service. They are charging fees they are not allowed to per Silencer Shop. I went in to use the Silencershop kiosk to get my finger prints updated. The Silencershop site (and verified by Silencershop customer service) states that if you are not shipping a product to the store, that store can then charge you up to $40. I was shipping items there from Silencershop, however they still charged me $40. I protested, and was told, thats just how it is. So since I was in a time crunch, I did it. Their systems went down, no problem they cant take a card, I asked to just pay the $40 when I had to come back and get my items, they refused, and had me walk to the bank to get money out. After I returned to pay, I had to demand a receipt, which the fraudulently marked as $40 for FFL fee, which was not the case.They then reached out to Silencershop and refused to process my stuff.Buyer beware! There are plenty of shops out there, avoid this one. The are not honest!

Purchased an AR Pistol from TankWorx about 2 months ago, when i took it home the safety selector became stuck in the fire position, (metal shavings from the factory jammed around the safety detent) brought it back to them the next day and in less than 5 minutes they resolved the issue.Very friendly staff, vast selection of firearms, great selection of optics and other accessories. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I have purchased multiple firearms from TWA and have used their FFL services for a couple of firearms without a hitch. The shop is nice with a helpful, courteous, and friendly staff. It can get busy at times, which is only a problem if youre impatient.

A really cool shop with really helpful people. They have a wide variety of weapons and an equally fine selection of parts and accessories. Things such as free coffee and good attitudes set this business apart.

Nice local gun store!The owner of the business is a pretty stand up guy and most of the staff are either prior or current service members. The store is well put together and offers a variety of manufactures but will cater mostly to the current gen of EDC and tactical firearm enthusiasts. The staff is friendly but I can see where some reviewers say theres a component of regulars being talked up, but is that really a bad thing? Ive never had service denied or put on hold because of that. Ive had armorer service provided for my Glock and Ive completed a number of transfers through the shop, all without any problems. If your in the neighborhood Id say come and give the shop a visit.

This is where I do all of my business have been a long time customer for a year before they opened a storefront.I have been to every gun store in Kitsap county this is a great place to go as they really care about customers and the community not just themselves.Quality takes time.

Walked i there to buy some thing quick and simple stood on line for a good 4 mins waiting patiently for my turn in line then came in some folks right behind me. The dude behind the counter went straight to helping them not even asking me if i needed help or even lookin at me. Im not gonna say it but yea i know why . Last time ill ever do business there

Ya I gotta say very disappointed, I brought in a 357 revolver to get new springs fairly simple one would think after almost 2 months later and still no parts I thought well may as well have it cerokoted a nother month later it came back wrong color way off,🤨 still no parts for repair over 3 months now I think Ill just leave it there and eat the loss

Ordered a couple lowers through brownells, had them shipped to Tankworx Armory for FFL purposes. It was slightly busy when i walked in to complete my purchase, but the staff got to me as quickly as they could. While i waited for my background check to go through, my dad and I engaged in casual conversation with them, also overhearing them interact with other customers, it was very apparentthe staff was incredibly friendly and also very knowledgable. One of the guys even gave my 5 year old boy something to eat, he even asked my permission before giving my boy food. I know alot of this seems like common courtesy stuff, but having dealt with other similar businesses in the area....i wont name names.....and in a world where common courtesy and morals, and values take a back seat......they guys really nail it on the head. I will be recommending these folks to everyone.

I recently had a handgun transferred to tank worx from an online sale. During the time I went in to preform the paper work with a friend, one of their regulars came into the shop. He proceeded to pull out and place his loaded concealed carry handgun on the counter, he then went behind the counter to play with the guns for sale on the back wall, were he started racking and dry firing them while aiming them around the shop. The whole time leaving his loaded handgun unattended on the counter. After he got bored he walked back to his gun and when told he couldnt leave it there loaded, he proceeded to rack the slide chambering a round jokingly saying it wasnt before but now it is. he then made several laps around the store holding a condition 1 handgun in his hand the whole time and flagging multiple people. I have never seen such blatant disregard for firearms safety in a gun shop and at no time did any of the 3 staff members present even attempt to correct his behavior. The handgun I transferred there will be my last and I would recommend you go to another local shop where at least you dont run the risk of being shot.
