I prefer to shop online but since my electronic needs would have been roughly 2k I decided to go into the store to bless someone with commission. I looked online to determine exactly what I wanted however upon entering the store I wasnt greeted. When I went into the TV section there were several agents available that looked at me and kept waiting on someone to help, I moved over to computers and received the same treatment. I have a few hunches as to why I received this treatment and decided to leave. I went to two others and purchased the pc at the location on Charlotte Pike. Needless to say I ordered all other items from a different brand and online.

Not able to give 0 stars. I signed up for a credit card which they used the wrong contact information, so checking and paying my balance was impossible (took several calls [non productive] and chat discussions to almost rectify). When I used the rewards certificate (the only reason I signed up for the credit card) to purchase an external hard drive the order was cancelled two days after it was supposed to arrive (no reason given) and they did not refund the rewards certificate. I have been chatting with best buy customer service representatives every couple of days about how I will be reimbursed. This is a tremendous pain for me--and they still wont refund the amount owed... I very much wish I had never walked into the store.

This store used to be nice, clean, friendly, professional, but all that has changed. I watched them build this store, been shopping there from day 1. Something changed in the past 5 years or so. Now days, seriously being mismanaged by someone who has no idea how to train young people to be respectful to older men, polite, kind or appreciative. Its not full ghetto here yet but close enough to make me want to drive to Spring Hill or even Alabama. Sketchy store, zero good vibes, I wouldnt drop a dime in the place, and dont even want to go in there anymore. It feels really trashy in that store, no thanks. Addressing the customer as brother, guy, dude, etc., is just pathetic and dumb, grow up and be an adult and a professional, or quit and go work construction, they might make a man out of you, maybe. You treat your customers like dirt, and expect them to be nice and shop there, so shallow and wrong. I hope corporate shuts you down and everyone loses their job. Sad, very very sad place.

I actually had a friend to come in from Germany that needed a computer so I ran up to bed Best buy since its not really that far away from Pulaski and whenever I got there I was pretty impressed about the staff they was all over the place running to one person to another trying to help you and trying to get things done I have to say Best buy has probably about the best staff Ive ever seen in my life and I didnt even go in there to buy my friend did instead Best buy keep it up yall really do a fantastic job

Bought a treadmill online and they hired a 3rd party contractor to assemble who broke it during installation. Scheduled a replacement for the following week. 3rd party shows up again, 3 hours late outside of time window, doesnt take old one or assemble new one. Now have 1 broken treadmill and 1 in box taking up most of a room and they wont come back out for 11 more days.

He was friendly and while I was purchasing a Microsoft product and he was the Apple product specialist, he still knew the answers. He was not pushy and made my shopping experience AMAZING! The customer service really was not the greatest. Then I get home and the cable does not work and maybe its because of my phone I dont know but I had to return it and I havent been back since.

Just had a really, truly terrible experience here. I walked up to 4 individuals at the Magnolia area at 2:45pm on the 29th of April to ask about headphones/options that could handle both gaming with a wire and wireless audio. One of the four was taking a phone call, while the other three just stared at me wide-eyed, incapable of asking if I needed assistance.When I requested if I could receive some help/assistance they just kept staring at me wide-eyed, until one of the four walked away and I stepped closer to the desk. I’m not sure if being a brown person, and walking in wearing my mask over my nose (which none of the team members were doing) made them uncomfortable, but even when asking for help they basically said nothing or tried to point me toward products that *could* be used. I wear a backpack when I go out for convenience (phone, wallet, keys, etc. stays all in one place) so that might’ve made them feel nervous, but they barely even tried to be cordial. They acted like my request was beneath them and their time, and barely offered any assistance (they pointed me to one product and basically said I’m screwed). I shouldn’t have to ask for help whatsoever, and when I did I basically just received thinly-veiled rudeness. I’ve been going to this Best Buy for 9 years, and honestly I’m being given a reason to never, ever, come back again.Fortunately, there was an extremely kind team member who greeted me prior to my exit. Even with his clear training of basic etiquette and retail decency, it’s a definite 1 star, since evidently at Magnolia they had not gotten the memo. So congrats Best Buy and Magnolia, y’all done goofed.

I purchased a pair of Geek Squad Certified headphones that came full of ear wax. Lets just say that the will to make me feel better about the situation, especially after my 2nd pair of these because the first ones were defective, was lacking. The guy was overall very nice but the Customer Service Manager person that came to help after did not even acknowledge me, and just walked away after he supposedly helped without a single word to me. Then heard a question I made to the first rep as he was walking away and instead of returning to answer the question, proceeded to just give the answer to the guy in front of me over his headset.Clearly the person assisting me needed some more training as he gave me several answers that did not explain what my options were properly, and instead made me think I was getting some credits refunded that I actually wasnt along with other things that were not handled properly. Needless to say, I decided to just return the item. I will most likely be closing out my Best Buy credit card.

I recently bought a new radio head from this Best Buy location and had to return to the store that night due to the fact that after I had soldered the pieces together I find out they sold me the wrong wiring harness. While there it took a manager over 10 minutes just to come to the customer service desk. After the clerk explained my problem the manager took my piece and left without saying a word to me. After about 5 more minutes I finally asked the clerk if it would benefit the manager to know the year and model of my car in order to get the right piece which she then proceeded to share over the radio. The manager returned to the service desk with the same exact piece in hand telling me it was the new correct one and the only one the computer said would fit my car. I then googled in my own phone the make model and year of my car plus the words wiring harness. Sure enough Best Buy comes up right away with the part I need front and center so I show the manager who puts the part number in the computer and finds it available in the store.Being extremely frustrated at this point doing everything but walk and get the part myself, including the fact that I am going to have to restrip and solder the new piece together. I asked for a discount and was met by another Manager who was quick to have an attitude with me toward my upsetness saying that the first manager had no intention of being disrespectful. So I told her intentions mean nothing if thats how Im treated. She huffed gave me 10% off and immediately walked away.After redoing all the work I hook up the new radio head go to insert it into my dash and it does not fit, its too big. At this point I am now very upset because I asked the same employee who sold me the wrong part if it would fit directly into my car. To which he replied with the right dash harness it would. I go to Best buy again in the morning and the original employee is there again. After checking the computer he tells me its because my car requires a dashboard modification. I asked why he didnt inform me of this when I asked multiple times if it was the right size for my car. He didnt have an answer for me so I asked since I was there if they could just quickly modify my dashboard since I had already done all the work. He tells me their instillation bay is closed, this was noon on a Wednesday.So back home again I went to literally saw and sand down my dashboard to get my new radio head into my vehicle.All in all the staff at this location showed zero initiative to help me and an overall could care less attitude.

Took a while to get some help but I went to the 2 guys at the front by the door and one helped me get the first item I needed which led me to meeting Nate or Nathan, I believe his name was who was absolutely AWESOME!!! He made sure I was well taken care of, explained all the specs of several other technical items I didnt know they had on display but are on my purchase list next month, he really helped me make a well informed decision as to which phone I wanted to get next and we had great conversation about the products. He was extremely personable and highly knowledgeable! Then at the checkout counter, they were also super friendly and very nice. Great experience!!

Decent selection and prices but the only reason I would buy from a big box store would be service and expert advice. They didnt provide either.I waited in line a brief while. I was asked what I wanted by an attendant outside the store. They told me where I needed to go in the store. My wife and I looked and lingered hoping someone might come and help. First in security/home automation, then in car stereo. No one asked to help. A couple of people made eye contact but no one helped. We then went to cell phones, again. No one offered assistanceI am on my computer now. Ive done my research and will be spending a little over 4K on lighting and control systems, wireless security cameras and door bell, an Apple 11 and a new Pioneer head unit ($500) for my old truck.Im sorry I wasted the time driving and shopping there.

I never write reviews, but this Best Buy is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I went in looking for a thunderbolt 3 cable and I wanted help to find where they were. The only nice employee in the store was helping another customer and he radioed to a few other associates for them to help help me (I could see the two employees who he was mentioning on the radio). They both looked at each other and pointed to the other as if neither one of them wanted to help me. One of those individuals is a so called “Supervisor” and was being extremely rude and hostile as he was lecturing me on how they don’t make Thunderbolt 3 cables longer than 0.8 meters. I ended up finding what I needed on my own and went to the checkout to only be told my total and nothing else. Absolutely no “How’s it going?” Or “Thanks, have a nice day.” He literally just said my total and put my items in a bag. I’ll be shopping anywhere else besides Worst Buy from here on out.

I had an appointment with their tech team to look at my iPhone. Apple had sent me there for service. They were very patient and extremely helpful. They could not diagnose the problem immediately, so they kept on trying until they had a suggested solution. When I decided not to get it fixed they were not trying to pressure me or guilt me into spending money. Customer service likes that makes me want to come back to a place, and it’s very hard to find in today’s environment.

Best Buy is such a scam! I bought wireless headphones for a Christmas gift on Dec 23. They did not work with my TV and their return policy has always been 30 days. I go to return it within the 30 days and I’m told their holiday return policy (anything purchased between October and December) has a return date by Jan. 16. How does that make sense during the holiday period I’m given half the return window during the busiest shopping period of the year? Ofocurse it’s not printed on the receipt but in the tiniest font in the terms and policies on the website that no one reads so they can scam you. I will no longer buy anything from Best Buy and the associates are zero help at all. Biggest joke of all times.

There is also an option to email the store manager-did that 3 days ago and have not gotten a response. True to form the online chat feature on bestbuy.com is experiencing technical issues and is unusable.

Great. Have ordered a few times with curbside pickup. Love it. You place your order, then when arrive, park in one of the spots designated for pickup, and let them know youre here. (On the confirmation email) shortly, someone will arrive with your item(s) and load it for you.

Service can be hit or miss, but I prefer this Best Buy over others in the area. In fact, it is much better than the Best Buy that just opened in Murfreesboro. I was searching 2 n 1 convertible laptops and Brentwood had a superior selection compared to other locations. Just wish service was a little more attentive.
