BUYER BEWARE! If I could give no stars I would. I dont normally post stuff like this but I have no other choice. Most if it went well. We purchased several high end appliances from Siano. The refrigerator had to be replaced due to the first one freezing our food. No problem, things happen, right?! After several attempts to fix it, it was to be replaced this past Feb 2021. The same gentleman who installed the first one came to uninstall it and install the new one. He left our home about 2:45pm. My husband and I left to run some errands and returned around 7 pm to find our basement with water pouring into it from upstairs! The installer did not hook up the water line correctly (which had NO problem with the first fridge). Our basement, which we just finished installing drywall, paint, floors, etc was soaked! I immediately called the insurance company and restoration company and they came out that evening. Not only was there damage to the basement, but our main level where the fridge was installed. The hardwood floors under the kitchen cabinets, in the kitchen and laundry room. Huge mess! I notified Siano immediately the next morning and they are refusing to take responsibility for it. So now we must hire an attorney. The service was good until something goes wrong, and this mistake is costing us thousands of dollars. Things happen and people make mistakes, just take responsibility for it. That is what makes a good company.

I bought a new fridge from Siano Appliance Distributor last month when the one at my condo broke. The customer service was fantastic. The sales woman Keri was efficient, professional, and so nice. She explained all of my options and helped me pick an affordable and reliable new fridge that I got in no time! I highly recommend Siano Appliances. Thank you for all of your help and my new fridge!

Easiest appliance shopping experience ever! Within 2 hours, Keri met all our needs from the first phone call to loading the exact Bosch dishwasher we were looking for into our van. This was our second time purchasing appliances from Siano Cool Springs and I highly recommend.

They have terrible customer service. They dont show up AT ALL. They dont return your calls. A big waste of time. This is my first review EVER thats how bad the situation was for us.

Avoid Siano. Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a refrigerator and was told delivery within 10 days to two weeks. And if for some reason it was back order, they would let me know immediately. And of course they charged my credit card immediately. After two weeks I learn it was on back order the whole time with no near term availability. They dont communicate and they dont follow up. You can surely do better elsewhere.

I first visited Siano on Wednesday Jan. 9th looking for a washer and dryer. Saw a lovely LG set that was fair value. I went to several other businesses shopping around and comparing prices. They were relatively the same but Siano was still just a few dollars cheaper. Travis the rep who had assisted me on Wednesday and answered all my questions and even informed me of things I didnt know, such as dryers dont come with electrical lines because building codes are different at each location and the product needs an electrical line that is suitable for your building, and also if you use your existing lines (electrical for dryer and water for washer) and something happens at the connection sites their insurance wont cover the repairs or damages because you used pre-existing parts. Which is sad because who wants to buy new when you have good parts already but at the same time its good to know that if something did happen then I wouldnt be able to file an insurance claim unless I had their new parts so whats a few dollars more there compared to potentially thousands later. I returned to them on Thursday Jan 10th and purchased the washer and dryer because Travis never once tried to sell me anything or upsell me once I explained my needs. Then the ladies in the office were just as pleasant and welcoming and we had a few talks about business practices and what customers and consumers look for in an establishment and they made me feel like a member of their team. Travis even helped me out with the final prices because they didnt have the units I wanted in stock except the floor models so he reduced the price for the inconvenience and also made the delivery for today instead of a few days later. I mean he didnt have to do that but he offered and that to me is going above and beyond the call of his job. So I will definitely tell people who are looking for appliance needs to check out Siano. And as for the few low graded reviews... Siano the establishment isnt responsible for their partnered customer service employees, yes thats a shame you had a bad experience with their customer service but I can tell you now that a customer service center isnt a reflection of the product or the establishment from which you bought the product so you cant blame Siano for that one and should have dealt with the company that covered customer care for Siano. And to the other about the delayed delivery and not being informed, well that just falls under bad work skills for the person you had dealt with and isnt a reflection of the company as a whole either. My 5 star review isnt based off of one person, but everyone I spoke with including the delivery team who asked me questions before they set out so they knew what to bring and expect upon delivery. To me that says this place is well managed and they understand the importance of getting people what they need and not just what the company wants, which everyone knows is our money.

I paid a lot of money for a new stove and downdraft. The drowndraft was broken when it arrived. Siano said no problem they would fix it. I asked for a replacement. They refused. I had to wait at home for the repairman on two separate afternoons. I asked for partial reimbursement. Siano refused. I would never use these people again. They do not stand behind their very expensive products, said it is not their issue. Told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Go anywhere else, unless you have money to burn.
