My 991.1 GT3 was suffering from the dreaded finger follower issue on the F series engine and Porsche of Nashville took great care of me. Dillon and Chandler in service are always great to work with. They kept me informed on the repair and replacement of my engine with the new G series. I hope to never have to deal with that again but if I do I know that I can count on them to take care of me in service.

Britney called and said my parts were in. She sit up appointment to come in today and have completed. Tyler was my service advisor and was my first time coming to dealer. Between the both of them, my experience was fantastic. Nick was the mechanic, after completing repair he looked over car to see if anything else was needed. He fixed a few things and recommended some repairs in the future. I’m 74 and never have I been to a dealership who was this friendly and on time to complete my repairs. I was not rushed or high pressured to come back for future repairs. Truly a great place.

I was passing through Nashville this weekend with the Crown Rally in my 992 Turbo S. I noticed the car getting too hot and the AC not working. They had my car in at 8am the next day and figured out I put a rock through the condenser. Pebbles, oil from condenser and other debris were restricting airflow. I was able to leave your dealership and catch up with my rally. Amazing service for an out of towner. Thank you guys!
This was a 70,000 mile checkup. However, have been having issues with the Google map for sometime. Now told may need an entire new computer system. Have not resolved the issue yet.
Dillon was Professional and Courteous through the entire process. By no fault of his, the parts that my car needed were taking very long to deliver from Porsche, he kept me posted on everything. I was provided a loaner for the entire time we waited for the parts to arrive. Good experience, I would work with them again.

I am on a 7000 mile road trip. I scheduled a 20,000 mile service for my 2016 911 GTS with Porsche of Nashville. Scheduling had a small hick-up but it was easily resolved before I arrived. I arrive early, they took the car in promptly, and completed the service in two hours while I waited. The basic service (oil change, top of fluids, cabin air filter, inspection) was approximately $895.00. They deducted 10% from that amount for a PCA discount.Any services at a Porsche dealer are pretty outrageously priced. But, in Southern California it is customary for the service rep to go through the the inspection form with the customer and to receive a carwash with an oil change or any service.I was surprised when the car was returned to me unwashed and the invoice did not include the standard inspection form.
Porsche recall item, scheduled service go or 9:00 am, started promptly, finished in about 40 min.

Chandler was extremely communicative during the entire process. Although they did not have a loaner car at the start of the service, Chandler was able to provide a vehicle within a reasonable amount of time. He clearly communicated the work being done, the timeframe, and when he believed the work would be concluded. The team did a fabulous job overall. I could not be happier with the work that was completed.
I had an appointment. Was told it would be around hour and a half and I was waiting. Asked about car after waiting aroung 1 hour and 45 minutes and was told the car was not ready. Waited another 1/2 hour and was told the car was done unless I wanted a car wash. And I did want a car wash and he said this would take another 20 or 25 minutes was that ok? Then I can hear a mechanic saying he has all ready taken my car down and started working on another car. Can he finish that first. It really is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for basically an oil change. And had I been given an estimate of 3 hours I would have dropped the car and not waited. It was very fustrating.
