Found JP Imports online after shopping around for the repair I needed, which was a new door actuator. Firestone was trying to charge me an extremely high amount so found JP and after discussing what I was looking for, he gave me a fair price and timeline on repairs.Brought it in to him the following Tuesday around 8am and it was ready to go by 4pm same day. Fair price and very professional. Will use again.

I took my Lexus to this body shop this week. One of my friends was a long term client and recommended the place. I needed a 100,000 mile check up and thought I may need new brake pads. JP Imports was SO friendly and professional...they checked my car and promptly let me know I didn’t need new brake pads just yet, and fixed a back wiper blade motor that had been broken for years at a VERY reasonable price. I’ve never had an auto body not try to create a laundry list of items needing fixing, especially when I left my appointment open to their interpretation.I very much appreciate the wonderful, honest service and will definitely be back!

He likes to put things off and never gets things finished on time. Don’t trust him with the safety of your cars. He’s like a ticking time bomb waiting to go off.

This guy is unbelievable rude and utterly unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere. He told me that I had to drop the car off and leave it all day and he would get to it. I merely asked when would the end of the day be, as I had to drive out of town after work for military duty and he lost his temper. Started going off about how busy he was, and said if you come see my shop, youll see how busy I am. He then hung up on me. I even called back as I rrally needed the service done before the long trip, and again he goes off. Starts talking about not being able to promise it coukd be done by 10 or 11. I told him merely wanted to know if it would be done around 430. He again hung up.Literally shocked that he has still has a business.

Let me start by saying that I do not usually write reviews. However, Naj and his team did a WONDERFUL job replacing brakes, rotors and strut arms for less than half of the price the dealership quoted. That deserves a review, and its important for others to know about his shop & services. From this point forward, all of the service for my BMW will be done by JP Imports. I only wish Id known about them years ago. I cant imagine how much more money would be in my pocket vs. the dealership.

FANTASTIC BUSINESS WITH FANTASTIC SERVICE. I Would give Jp Import Auto Service LLC six stars if I could. My driver side headlight was out. Firestone said they would replace it for SIXTY FIVE dollars. Knowing that was ridiculous, I went and bought the bulb to replace it myself. Upon further inspection, I realized it wasnt just the bulb that needed to be replaced, but the connector wiring as well, which had gotten all burnt out. I called JP Import and spoke with Naj on the phone. You could tell he was a little busy, but he said to swing by if I could so he could get a better idea of the problem and see if he would need to order parts for me, etc.I pulled in and the parking lot was pretty full (I understand why now!) and it took a moment for me to figure out where to pull around to get to the garage, but right away, Randall the mechanic came out to see what he could help with. He and Naj checked my headlight bulbs and diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds. I was prepared to come back another day, knowing I wouldnt be able to wait the few hours I expected it to take with an infant in the car. No, you just wait right there. Well have you out of here in no time! Randall said. I literally stood right there next to my car while they replaced the connector and inserted the new headlight I had previously purchased. Naj even came over and started cleaning my headlights simply because he saw how foggy they were (they look brand new now and my car is 12 years old). Im not exaggerating when I say they had the problem diagnosed and completely fixed in under ten minutes.When I asked how much I owed them, they shook their heads and said nothing and to have a great day. At first I thought I had heard them wrong. Firestone wanted $65 dollars just to replace a $12 headlight. I cant imagine what they would have charged to fix the connector too! Yet these men just did it all for free.These gentlemen were kind, funny, quick and honest. Previously, going to a mechanic has always given me anxiety. I always leave feeling like (or at least wondering if) I had been ripped off. Never before have I left feeling like I owed THEM more!Dont be deterred if they arent able to give you a time estimate over the phone without seeing your car first. So often Ive had other mechanics say their work will only take an hour or two when in the end it takes more like four or five. Its clear to me now that Naj just wants to make sure he gives a true time estimate - and I appreciate that.They are busy for a reason! I highly recommend you try out Jp Import Auto Service LLC.I rarely ever write reviews, but I am so, so happy to write this one. It is well deserved. My SL500 was making a noise that three major shops could not figure out. Very hard to describe, but it was definitely frustrating not being able to identify the problem. A quick trip to JPs and they stated it was due to my having two piece rims. The rims were starting to separate, which could have ended pretty badly.Price was great, cheaper than the other stops, and his professionalism was top notch. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Did oil change incorrectly. Over filled car. Incredibly rude. Seriously questioning Najs Mechanical Knowledge. This man is clearly a con artist and these positive reviews are either fake or these people are delusional. This man does not deserve to stay in business. This person WILL destroy your vehicle. Where do I begin?? Naj, if you are reading this you are the kindest most wonderful human being I have met in a VERY long time. I am always hesitant to go to auto shops since I am a younger woman, I always get taken advantage of. Naj is so different. I took him my 2007 Mercedes C230 for my check engine light, when I had been tirelessly searching for someone to fix it since I couldnt afford the dealership costs, when all it was doing was making matters worse. He spent 2 hrs working on it for FREE. And explained everything to me. What it needed, why I needed it, the price, why it costs that much. This place is QUALITY and a REAL import garage. Not to mention the customer service is out - of - this - world. Coming here was a truly refreshing experience. JP imports has a customer for life. And a friend for life. Thank you for your kindness. I am SO happy I finally found a good place to take my car. I cant tell you what a relief it is. Every time I stop by everyone is so funny and nice it always brightens up my day. JP Imports was recommended to me by a shop not confident in working on mercedes vehicles. I was also mislead by these google reviews, which paint a picture of a knowledgable and kind mechanic which I have found to not be the case at all. I took my car to Naj for a simple oil change and to examine the front right tire for a bad wheel bearing.Naj is completely rude and insulting. He showed absolutely ZERO concern for my questions or input on what issues I was experiencing. To be quite honest, Im not entirely sure how this man is able to sustain himself or his business financially considering how he treats his customers. I was rudely dismissed and just chalked it off thinking that maybe he was just eccentric and I should give him a chance.A day went by and I followed up with Naj on the state of my car and what needed to be done. He informed me that the car was ready and to come pick it up. He stated that my wheel bearings were fine and that the oil change was done. I asked if he was sure that there was no issue, this made him irate and he proceeded to insult me again. At this point I thought I should just rush to pick up my car fearing the worst.Once I arrived I inquired again about the car and Naj was again very rude to me. I ended up paying and leaving with my vehicle never to return or refer anyone to this nightmare mechanic. I decided that I did not trust the work that was done and took my vehicle to the dealership which proceeded to find a bad wheel bearing and a failing orbital bearing in my transfer case. A problem that can be detrimental to the transmission of my car. Gladly I ignored Najs expertise and got a second opinion. It was not just road noise as he assured me. Upon further inspection the car was over filled with about 1 quart of oil and anyone who knows a little about cars knows this is worse than running the car with NO oil. I have since requested a dispute on my credit card and am now seeking to remove the charge seeing as I have to have the oil changed AGAIN.This guy is a total waste of time. He is incredibly rude and dismissive. He cusses at you and treats you with complete disrespect. Do not be fooled by these google reviews they are an absolute FARCE. This man isnt capable of doing an oil change correctly let alone ANYTHING else.You have been warned.

Like everyone else has written on here, I cant say enough about JP Import and Naj. Compared to a dealer, it is easier to get an appointment, work is done in half the time, and at a significantly lower cost. Couldnt recommend more!

This place is the last of a dying breed, honest and know exactly what they are talking about. Head and shoulders over every auto repair shop in Nashville, forget Pep Boys and Firestone where it is all about the $$, go somewhere honest where they actually care about the customer.

J Ps is a great place to take an import vehicle. I was refered to Naj a few years ago and taken 3 different cars to him to repair. Each time he was significantly less than the dealer. In some instances he recommended that repairs be postponed that were recommended by dealer given there was no immediate need to do them - and he was right. One time the local BMW dealership was going to charge several hundred dollars to re-program to get lights on dashboard to go out. Naj hooked up to computer for 1 hour to reprogram, fixed everything and didnt charge me a nickel.My cars have performed flawlessly under his care.

Ever see the Soup NAZI on Seinfeld. This is the car version. He’s got 2 moods, bad and worse. Had to take a car back 5 times. Put us on the road with a car leaking oil and then said BMWs use a lot of oil on long trips ? So if you want a rude incompetent mechanic he’s your guy.

I called Naj (referred by a friend) to ask a question and he told me he was too busy to answer it because he was in the middle of something. I said I would just go elsewhere and he started cussing me out and called me a mother f*#%er. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never go to this shop.
