If you try to return a part you will be charged to send it back and pay a restocking fee and the representative will be out of the office every single time you call. Ryan is conveniently always out of office and never returns phone calls.

Come on J&A please do quality control of your products. I have been your customer a long time. I always like your product I think it very good Quality. Recently I expand and purchase 3 more chair. When I unbox it and I found out the label not correctly place. I mean not even minor it major misplace. So I ask you please do quality control before ship it out. If you don’t care then it a different story. I wish I can upload picture on here. But I don’t know how.

Love that the spas use pipeless jets. They’re pretty strong and not too loud. Really important to keep a clean environment.

I have the LenoxSE pedicure throne. Beautiful pedicure spa. The glass bowl is just gorgeous and definitely grabs attention. The pipeless jets are really easy to clean. Planning to get more for my other salon.

Excellent pedicure chairs!!! They look as good live as they do on the website. Ive been using the Cleo Pipeless Pedicure Spa Chair for a long time in my salon, and so far i havent had any problems with it.

I attended the Chicago ABS show and ordered the Cleo GX. I just loved the design of the glass bowl. It’s also so easy to clean.

Really appreciate the customer service. Really friendly staff, answered my questions and had my parts shipped out the same day.

So many problems with Toepia GX chairs!I bought 6 Toepia GX chairs, just right after 1 year of using1. I have to replace all motherboards because the massage balls stay default at upper back. For those who don’t want massage on, they are very uncomfortable and hurt when customers sit on chairs about 20 minutes or longer. They are so expensive for parts.2. Parts broke often.3. Customers service is poor sometimes.4. A&J changed policy 24 hours notice for anything wrong. We are buyers, 15% restocking fee that we should we consider before doing business with A&J.I never want to do any business with anymore and don’t recommend friends or anybody I know about this company.**** There are so many brands any good policies out***.

I came over to see some pedicure chair options after visiting a few competitors and they had a nice assortment of pedicure chairs at a good price.

J&A chairs are all UL listed. Just got the chairs the other day. Plumbers had no problem installing them. They’re all hooked up, passed inspection and ready to go!

My clients really enjoy the shiatsu-massage chairs. It’s not too strong, but not too weak either.

I’ve been eyeing the Toepiagx for some time now. Have been attending the Las Vegas IBS show for the past few years to test them out. Really digging the overall design. It’s different from what’s currently available. Got a chance to try the massage, which was great. Finally ordered them and glad I waited because they’re everything I expected. Better yet, if the techs love them, then I love them.

I was torn between Cleo GX and Toepia GX. I ordered the Toepia GX because of the adjustable footrests and technician remote. Great features that are helpful for my technicians.
