I started coming to this location for my trims because its close to my work. I keep coming back because the service is awesome! Most recently, I wanted caramel highlights and Lori did a fabulous job. I showed her a few pictures and she replicated the exact color I wanted. She was professional, meticulous, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I couldnt be happier with the results! Andrea was a pro as well and did 3-4 basic trims for other customers during my visit. You cant beat this service and price. Walk-ins are common and they can get booked up quickly, so do yourself a favor and make an appointment if you need services beyond a trim. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Had an appointment for a cut and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Could see it would be long as the stylist had a person in his chair with wet hair and hadn’t started anything yet. Asked why they didn’t call to let me know @delay as I had to drive close to 45 minutes. They were very rude. Ironically, this is the THIRD time this has happened to me- I was trying to use a certificate given because of a similar incident. My bad for expecting a different outcome. I left, to drive back- Friday nite, big event, no haircut- do NOT count on appointments being honored. Won’t try again.

My highlights were perfect and the service was even more perfect. Both Lori and Ty were the masterminds behind how great it turned out and they are both amazing people as well. My hair is very long and thick so it took longer than expected, but they both stayed after hours to make sure everything looked good. That is the kind of service anyone would want. An awesome place all around!

I saw Lori for a haircut and blowdry. I brought pictures to give her an idea of what I was after because it had been so long since I had a haircut due to CORVID. I also explained some of my current issues I was having with my health which was affecting my hair. She listened intently, understood, and the result is that I got a beautiful cut that is easy to manage. Exactly like the pictures and exactly what I was wanting. She also suggested a few things I could do to get my hair health back on track to supplement what I was doing for my body. Thanks so much, Lori! Ill definitely be back!

Lori Czereda did an amazing cut on my hair! She really listened well to what I did not like about how my hair looked and how I wanted my hair cut. She cut long layers that were not chunky and perfect face framing in the front. She tamed my wild hair into a long hair style with versatility. Lori did a wonderful job on my daughter’s hair. We did Bayalage for the first time which is a pricy and time consuming process. She did an amazing job and we were very pleased with the outcome. I’m now a return customer getting my hair done here too! We will definitely come back!

Worked me in at last minute. The hairstylist, Lori stayed an hour and a half after closing. She colored and cut my special needs sister’s hair. Then took a photo and sent it to me to use as a Christmas card.

I took both of my boys to get their hair cut, and the lady who cut my youngest did it in less than 5 minutes. I looked over and she butchered it. I mean seriously butchered it. I wish I could attach a picture to this because you would see I’m not exaggerating at all. Someone asked me if he cut his own hair. I know these places are cheap, so you can’t expect top quality, but for $15 I’d at least expect a semi good trim.

Words cannot express... Its something that’s said when we are overwhelmed with emotion be it happy or sad and usually if we take a moment to process the words will come. Saturday August 8, 2020 I found myself in this position. I decided to make some changes with my hair. It had been literally years since I invested any thought about it. I was quite nervous to be honest. I had never been to this establishment before but there was availability at the exact time I needed it. I knew I wanted highlights and just a trim to shape things up. Well little did I know I was about to meet a miracle worker! Her name is Sherold. Sherold and I laughed together and reminisced about old TV shows. She made suggestions and for about the first two or three I immediately said “I don’t think so”. She was so graceful, patient and informative that I said “Yes, let’s do it”. Three and a half hours later I had highlights, low lights, silky smooth hair (mine is usually coarse and curly). I had an education on how to care for my hair and how to maintain the absolutely beautiful style she gave me. If you’re considering something new and you’re not sure where to go or who to book with, change your life for the better and go see Sherold at Fantastic Sams in Brentwood off Franklin road. I promise you won’t be disappointed. It’s the first time in years I felt like I got way more than I paid for. I’ll be back to see her soon!

Went with my Fiance and we both got in and out very quickly. Staff was very nice, and the value was much better than any of the other places I have been to. Will definitely go again, and would recommend to anyone else I know. Planning on going back soon! lol

Sabrina went out of her way to help me. I had made an appointment with Mike, but he left before I arrived I was 20 minutes early for my appt. So he just stood me up, after setting the time of the appt with me. I had gone to Fantastic Sam’s by Berry Farms and I was very disappointed with how the color turned out and the grey was not completely covered after being charged $95 when they told me on the phone it would be $70! I did not have a cut or style, just root color and shampoo and blow out. Will not go back there again. Anyway, Sabrina did an excellent job of recoloring my hair covering the grey and toning down my red roots. I’d like to speak with the regional manager about Mike and the overcharge. Thank you, Sabrina.

Typically quick to get in and good haircut with anyone I have used over the years. New management, I met the new owner, seemed very nice. I go because of Elsie, and take my two boys regularly and they do a good job for all three of us.
