If you are looking for a one stop shop for western wear, Boot Barn is the place. When You walk through the door you are greeted by their courteous staff and the smell of nice leather boots. The staff was kind and very helpful, any time I felt lost or had a question they were happy to help. They have an excellent foot wear selection ranging from boots to slippers and everything in between. Everything is organized and displayed nicely. Clothes and jackets to belts, wallets and hats. Boot Barn has a little of everything you are looking for.

Staff was very friendly and even looked for boots for me at other stores. They had some beautiful boots, large selection and some really cute clothes. If you are looking for cowboy boots this is the place to go!

I ordered boots and had them sent to store, after the sales person had spent a good 20 minutes answering questions and making suggestions while I tried on different pairs. When they arrived I was called to let me know I could come get them. When I got there I tried on the boots I ordered and really didnt like the look. I ended up finding a completely different pair which they let me exchange for without making me feel bad in any way. Thank you BootBarn for helping me and educating me on what would be most comfortable for me.

Recently came in here looking for a pair of jeans for my hubby and the staff was friendly, helping me be able to use a gift card that I had been carrying around for 2 years, at first it proved to be challenging but the girls were not willing to give up trying and it worked, YAY... Huge shout out to the both of them.... They are very well stocked with lots to choose from.

Staff was attentive but not annoying. I was asked by every employee if I needed help. When I said I was OK and just looking they respected that and let me check things out at my leisure. There are so many boots its incredible. There is also quite a bit of quality work and western wear. I was not expecting to see what I did when I walked in through the front doors. I was impressed. Having a choice of so many boots to try on to see how they feel is very cool.

Went in to pick a good pair of working boot for fathers day. Brenda one of the workers their helped me look for about a good 15 minutes showing me one pair after another till I finally found the right ones . if your looking to purchase a pair of boots I recommend boot barn at brentwood they really know how to treat their customers.

I felt super bad for the gal behind the food and beverage counter. She was the only one there, taking orders and making food, at one point she had no choice but to stop taking hot food orders. They definitely need more staff.

Best store in Brentwood!! Tons of cute clothes and great boots plus they constantly have sales. I saved $45 today off a pair of Ariat boots and my husband got 2 free pairs of workboots, also Ariats.
