Quality of their clothing - it is above average; this is the only thing theyve got going for themPrice point - unnecessarily high; I presume because they know most of their customers are forking out private school tuition so why not get a piece of the action? They neednt worry about their prices being a deterrent when their clients are forced to purchase from them.Service - this is mediocre on their very best day. We had to wait so long on orders we placed that we no longer needed any short sleeves for the year, which didnt matter anyway because half of the items were sent in adult sizes. We alerted them to the error, and the 2nd order was filled the exact same way. By this time, the size we ordered and never received would have been too small anyway. We had no choice but to buy the same items at Old Navy and have them embroidered. They were beautiful so we decide to go the same route again this year.
I placed an order with the Texas store and explained to them I wanted to do curbside pickup. Bruce repeated the confirmation of my order and told me I will receive an email when the order was ready. I never received the email. I called the Texas store again and was spoken to very rudely by someone name Jerry, who said the order was picked up by me with my signature at the store. I called the local store, spoke with Lori. She listened to my problem, apologized for the confusion and immediately located my order and guaranteed me I could pickup the order via curbside the same day. Lori was a lifesaver because school was starting less than a week. Lori thank you for your kindness and sweet spirit.

I phoned the Brentwood Location this morning, in a last ditch attempt to schedule an in store fitting for my daughter, who was just accepted to a local parochial school. I received no return phone call to my voicemail, so followed up this morning. The woman was rude and presumptuous. She stated, she couldnt help my timelienss in ordering a uniform for my child. Unbeknownst to her, we were accepted yesterday( Monday) School begins on Thursday- She was not only unwilling to assist, or to help in anyway- my only option to move up in queue was to overnight my order. I did, in fact, overnight my order, only to find out they have only two of my items in stock. I live 15 minutes from the location, and was unable to pick the order up myself. The customer service and professionalism from what I am assuming is a franchise owners employee was unacceptable and demeaning. IF I had another option, I would have gone that route. I WOULD NEVER recommend to any parent to shop here-
Bit pricey....but good supply.
