I made an appointment at their pharmacy for a Covid vaccine but, apparently, since I’m not a member, I had to wait for someone to escort me through the store to the pharmacy, as if I were a criminal or something. I’m definitely NOT ever going to become a member of a place that treats people like that. I have had a Sam’s membership for over 8 years now and they have better prices on the things I buy the most anyway. STEER AWAY.

Went to this Costco today and found it to be very clean, very well stocked and the employees helpful and concerned about providing excellent customer service!I was struck by how amazingly clean and shiny the floors were.I noted several different employees assuring the customers satisfaction. Good for them! Good for us!I usually go to Costco, Nashville. I mention this as I notice a distinct difference in the two stores atmosphere. Not what you think!While staff was excellent, the customers were cold, unfriendly and self absorbed. At the Nashville store, your fellow customers are friendly, polite and eager to pass the time of day. They are concerned they are not in your way and excuse themselves if they are. They often pass you with a smile or a nod. They are considerate.For this reason alone I will choose to frequent Costco, Nashville.

I usually love Costco and all the products they hold, esp the healthy options...but I was surprised at the cauliflower linguini they had. I bought them hoping they will be good but before opening I was seeing there were white mold patches and it scared me. Checked the dates and that was fine but the product wasnt... I think its a producer problem...this product does not have much shelf life. I was pretty disgusted and didnt bother to return it back. Customers pls be careful.

Go during the week if you can! This location is ALWAYS busy and worse on the weekends. We love Costco and they have pretty good deals with bulk pricing on a lot of products. We love their restaurant food and when its busy, ordering at the self service kiosks will save you some time.

I’ve gone to this Costco with my mom since it opened. Quinn was rude without reason to my mother, and made her pay for all of my items and hers. For how much they pay employees here they should train them in basic customer service and to be nice to people. We were polite and friendly and this was uncalled for.

Costco SELLS USED ITEMS AS NEW !!! Today we bought a new Desktop Dell 5880 from Costco warehorse. We brought it home, turned it on - and it was used (there was a password and mail) Its awful. Yes, Costco SELLS USED ITEMS AS NEW. We went straight to the store and returned the desktop. We decided to go and look at the packages with desktops again and we saw that not only this Desktop was used, but also others (we saw on the package) Double check tapes and packages. BE CAREFUL !

We were a member when it first opened and was also a member of a competitor. We decided to drop one and went with the other. We decided it was time to check out Costco again and instantly joined with an Executive membership. We were amazed at how much bigger and how much nicer it was. It was Fathers day and we spent most of the afternoon there. We found some great deals and took advantage of the gas prices. ⛽ We are very happy with our decision! Definitely a 5 star rating.

I shop at Costco regularly in Orlando. This was my first time shopping at this Costco in Nashville. I wasn’t disappointed. While the layout was slightly different, I found exactly what I needed. The store is clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. A great experience.

Extremely rude Female staff at the counter. We have been going there for 3 years now but now its a time to discontinue the membership.People at the check out and costumer service were always great. Staff and their service at the register sure getting worse day by day!!

Used to think Costco was a great store. They are unfortunately scared WOKE! I knew they were on the “black list “ and give millions to Marxist organizations. But the masks on anyone under 2 has made me cancel my membership.

One of the biggest Costcos I’ve been to. Also, very busy but the cashiers were on top of it. We didn’t have to wait more than 2 people in line on a Sunday afternoon.

This is the busiest Costco gas station in the country! But you cant beat the gas prices around here. I plan ahead to gas up because it often takes time. And I never shop inside because...well, I dont need bulk foods. 🤷🏾‍♂️

HSC, aka Costco Liquor Store is a non-membership conveniently placed must stop for all your libations. Very friendly and offer great advice on Bourbon, Whiskey and Tequila.

When I tell you this store has the WORST customer service they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. First off my father had COVID and he has a restaurant, I went to restock things for him and after he verbally said I have permission to use his card they still wanted to make an issue. I even had my father’s COVID test to prove it. Then my father goes and makes me a card so they do not give me any more issues. I went to go buy things for the restaurant and they denied me tax exempt when the store name was on my account and on the CARD literally! Also my dad who has the same last name gave me the credit card to buy these stuff on there they wouldn’t let me use it when I’ve asked multiple times and they said it’s okay as long as I had my membership card. The manager (white lady with brown hair) was so disrespectful and rude. She had an attitude the whole time I was speaking and did not care to help resolve my issue. Every time I go to Costco they give me a problem, DO NOT SHOP HERE. I’m not the only person I know who have had problems at this Costco. Their managers, employees and how the way they treat people is horrible.

Costco. It was a busy Sunday but aside from the line for gas we were able to get in, get what we needed, and get out without any issues.

This is a great Costco and is much easier to get to from the interstate than the Nashville location. The produce and meat are always fresh. They occasionally have things you dont need but end up buying because the price is too good. My only complaint is that this place gets super busy and will get packed really quickly.

Say what you will about the big box club stores but Costco is worse than Sams to me because so many people are convinced of the alternate viewpoint.As such, both Nashville area locations are always packed. I can get in and out of Sams without getting stuck behind a crowd or even standing in line. At least the Cool SpringsCostco has self-checkout. Otherwise I cant tell the difference other than Costco has the coffee I like.

I am not coming back to Costco. The staff was rude and especially one woman. I came through self check out with my family’s membership card and my dad’s picture was on the back of the one I had grabbed. And the woman called over another woman, I’m assuming the manager, and she degradingly and sarcastically stated that they can’t accept that one cus it didn’t have my picture. And I stated again I am his daughter and I haven’t had an issue before. She rolled her eyes and insisted I couldn’t pay for my groceries. I have been shopping here for years and I have never been this humiliated by an employee anywhere like this.

Terrible customer service, nobody likes to help, the manager is very aggressive and bossy never coming back to this Costco again.

I have been shopping here for more than three years. The service is always great. However, the grocery price recently goes up a lot. Normal fruits like apples, cherries, blackberries, white peaches, water melons, etc. are more expensive than those sold in local Walmart and Kroger stores. The beef price also increases by ~30%. I guess it’s not Brentwood Costco’s fault, it should be Costco’s fault. Hope the grocery price will go back to normal warehouse level soon.

Huge place for everything in lot... if you have big family this is the right place to shop for a whole lot.. they have groceries, furniture, clothing, electronics, gas, plants, pets products, soda, paper towels, frozen section, diary and meat and there $5 rotisserie chicken... and outside the checkout there pizza place...Now its like a tiny vacation coming n shopping in costco..Must go place to check out amazing deals.

First time owning a card, loved it all. Fair prices, fresh quality meats, good selections of produce & staples. Even the gas was at a good price..

I no longer go to Costco because they discriminate against me for not wearing a mask. When will the discrimination stop? They had 3 different employees harass me in their store for pulling my mask down to breathe. I now go to Sam’s Wholesale where I’ve never been harassed. They are great!

They have a huge automated car wash. They also have one of the largest gas stations Ive ever seen at a Costco.

Nice Costco. But during weekend are clary busy and it is impossible to find parking, shop. The line to cashier was sometimes all the way back end of the store. If all possible we always like to go during weekday when much less people and easy to shop. They require to wear mask to cover both mouth and nose, not just cover chin, have a lot of cleaning supply for customers to use while shop

I didnt go any actual store I just bought gas. Their gas area was large enough for me to get in and out with my 40 foot RV. some are not which is really annoying. Something to keep in mind when youre designing your stores.

VERY stressful, chaotic, and completely packed with people so set on getting their things that they have no regard for personal space. I will never come on a weekend again. This was my first time inside a Costco in 25 years and I wasnt prepared for this. They did have some good prices. I was disappointed in the lack of selection in some areas such as TP. The worst for me was showing up without a membership because its my first time and EVERYONE acting like were doing something wrong. If you just want to sign up you have to go in the exit, push against an almightly exiting crowd, and get haranged by people telling you youre going the wrong way even though the employees just told you to go that way. Thoughtless design. Were going to give it a few more chances. Hopefully going on a Tuesday will be better.

This Costco is well located and the only one on the Franklin area. Products are well organized and prices are good. This location has a variety of Asian food you dont see in others. The gas station is smaller so depending on the time you might spend quite some time trying to fill your cars tank.

Tire Center Review:Blew out my back tires on the highway and they were able to squeeze me in before close and I cant even begin to explain how much I appreciate these guys! They were super friendly, honest, fast, and helpful! I bought the Costco membership simply for the auto benefits tonight but look forward to coming here more because it was an overall great experience!

1st time ive ever been in Costco. Went to the one in brentwood because the one in Murfreesboro will not be open till next month I believe. This place is so much nicer then Sams club.

Great options and super friendly customer service

Costco overall is fine for food and general shopping. I am reviewing the tire shop, which I reluctantly used for a substantial new tire purchase. I bought the tires online at Costco with a decent savings over local discount tire chains. But the attention to detail on the install was atrocious. The tire pressure across all four tires was all over the place and way too high. The rims had grease all over them and marks from the mounting machine. The tires were and are still covered in a greasy white lube that was presumably used for helping the tires onto the rims. I’ve had a soapy residue before but nothing like this. It won’t come off with any cleaners. And why should I have to do this in the first place? Not worth the savings over local tire guys. Never again. And they don’t pick up the phone when you call to ask for help.

No place like Costco. It is the best. Never ever a problem taking anything back. A remarkable store.

I also told the self-checkout person that I wanted only food to be scanned first, and he seemed happy to help me.I appreciate Costcos part in the mitigating of COVID-19 by being strict with masks (they apparently destroy your card in front of you and maybe blacklist you if you repeatedly dont want to wear a mask), wiping down carts and gas pumps. But I kind of wish that I had more control in the so-called self-checkout. I like to see how much I spend on food, so I scan my food-only items first and see the total before proceeding with the non-food items. But then again I will try to speak up about that next time and have the self-checkout associate scan my food first, have me see my total for that, then proceed with the rest of my items.Outside of the pandemic, great deals on bulk items and that, but I appreciate their system and the strategies behind it more than their competitor down the street. They literally have a sign posted on why they check your receipts, have cars in the fuel line go one direction instead of a jumble, and not to mention the best price on an automated car wash in town? Wax, undercarriage wash and the whole nine yards…the only thing missing is a curbside pickup option, as this is the nearest Costco from my house (30 minutes away). But theres no back room to store customers picked groceries, and that is the main reason why they lack that blessing.

I give this store 4 stars only because Costco has not caught up to the technology used by their rival Sams Club (No curbside pickup. No scan and go app) so the lines are often ridiculously long, especially before major events (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Super Bowl). The products, produce and meats are great but they REALLY need to get with the times.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. My husband and I are completely compliant with the mask rules everywhere. But enforcing children at the age of 2 to wear it AND the attitude because they don’t automatically have one on? That’s a no for me. They also do not enforce the number of people in the store, nor the social distancing. Bodies were literally on top of each other. Worth the drive to go to the other location in Nashville. Workers are far more helpful, polite and they are much better about the number of people allowed in.

I canceled my amazon prime membership becasue I save so much more money here utilizing the Costco Executive Credit Card. Really like the variety and health conscious food/health items. Liquor store is legit. Sometimes I just grab a 1.50 hotdog combo and just browse around the store. Its crazy how many new products youll find if youre not specifically shopping off a list.

This Costco is always packed. My recommendation is to avoid visiting here on a Friday, or on the weekend.The store is nicely laid out and there are always pleasant staff and team members available to.assist and answer questions.As an added bonus, when I visited last week, I got a steal on premium fuel. Seriously, the car wash and savings on gas is enough for me to justify the cost of an annual membership.

The people working the kiosk are very nice - my 3 star rating has to do with computers/system being down, lack of staff manning the kiosk, and length of time it takes to simply upgrade a phone. Be prepared to wait at least an hour or 2 or more depending on all the above issues. My recommendation is to call in advance and again dont anticipate the process being a quick one. Be ready to wait!!! I had to leave yesterday for 2 hours then finally had to leave (live 35 minutes away) then back today (computer down, someone at lunch...) been waiting for an hour and still someone ahead of me. Be prepared to be patient.

As far as the products at Costco, I love them, however Im giving this negative review because I value my freedom as an individual more than great products. Costcos requiring facemasks when the numbers of covid have declined doesnt follow the science! This is now tyranny, and Im not going to be renewing my Costco membership unless they end the mask requirement immediately!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Absolute horrendous service by all except one person. We were harassed by many for not wearing the mask “correctly” and not having my 3 year old son wear one.Then we just received a letter of them terminating our membership (trust me we weren’t going back anyways) due to not complying to their mask policy.If you want to experience nazis in real life then please shop here otherwise save youself the anxiety and don’t.

This place has awful customer service, they genuinely dont care about their customers here everyone was so hard to talk to.

Whatever you do....dont upgrade your cell phone here. The money you save will be lost with your time. The process is sloppy and complicated. It wouldnt be that hard for them to streamline their process and help guests in the order in which they arrived which in this case was not the major time waster. Just go to your cell provider or Best Buy.

SHAME ON YOU FOR THE WAY YOU ARE TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS. There are people with medical conditions who cannot wear masks. Your company should be ashamed of itself and how you are treating your CUSTOMERS. Medial exemptions are REAL and the CDC does NOT make LAWS they make GUIDELINES. Love everything here. They have seasonal Asian snack options. They are surprise me every time I when in to shop.

Recommend using self serve lane if only a few items. It progresses much faster than others and someone at each register still helps.
