Disclaimer: I have been using this shop for years but will never do business here again. I dropped my Shindawa weed eater off a month ago and it is still not completed. They even let me borrow a weed eater half way through which was nice but still doesn’t help mine get fixed. I was told two weeks. After two weeks I was told 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I was told the part was there and just waiting on repair. I called today (a month later) and they told me the part wasn’t there. So I’ve been lied to about timing of repair and now I have been lied to about the part being in the shop. I will never do business here again because no solution was offered. This is really unfortunate since I’ve been such a long time customer. They just didn’t seem to care and offered no more solutions for me.

We’ve been using Brentwood Lawnmower Shop for years.Today I came by with a question about a borrowed chain-saw. Even though it turned out to be a brand they don’t carry, they offered friendly, professional insight and got me on the right path.This store is a great long-time Brentwood institution.

Initially bought 50 inch Timecutter from Home Depot. The cut was great, but it squealed, vibrated bad and not ride straight. Went to Brentwood Lawn Mower, and got the MyRide for only $300 more. ( 300$ less than HD ). White glove delivery and demo, free first oil change, and generous advice on lawn care. RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I have been a customer of Brentwood Lawnmore since 2013. I always received fair and satisfactory service. Last year, Dickens Supply bought Brentwood Lawnmore. The customer service bottomed. They cut staff toleave poor Daryl to do the work of three people. You walk in the store and you have to wait quite a while because Daryl has no one to help him take phone calls. I was charged $45 for a service that should have been under warranty and was caused by their failure to return a simple phoine call...long story. Bottom line, all Dickens supply appears to be concerned about is the bottom line. I can get much better service and pricing from a big box store. Daryl is a nice guy but can only do so much.The problem appears to be in the attitude of owners,. Buyer Beware!

This is place is a gem! They are super friendly and helpful! Convenient location too! I have a Stihl chainsaw I bought there years ago, whenever I go for parts or service they take care of it.

Bought a mower here after checking out many other local places. Super friendly service. I would buy power equipment here again. Everything Ive seen breathes honesty and very competitive prices. Mine was gassed up for free and came largely assembled. Very happy. :)I kind of wish they were on more of a main road. I bet they would get much more business if on a main road.

Very friendly and professional staff.I brought in some tires to be mounted on my lawn tractor rims and they got the job done in the time they promised. Would definitely recommend.

Weve dealt with several repair centers in the last few years as the Stihl brand chainsaws and other gas powered tools we own have lost more and more dealers in our area or the ones they had were awful. Brentwood Lawn Mower Repair is like a breath of fresh air compared to anyone we have used before. They take time to explain everything you need to know about your repair and offer suggestions on how to properly operate and maintain your equipment. I dont see how they you could do any better..

Here are the facts, you decide if you want to do business with them. I took two chainsaws to them last fall.They tuned up both, replaced the carburetor on one of them at significant cost. A month or so ago when I needed a saw, one stared and ran fine, the other with the new carburetor would not run under load. I took it back to them, they said old gas, adjusted the carb and returned it. Same problem. When I took it back again they told me they could smell the old gas and it had damaged the rubber in the carb. I explained the gas in the saw was only a week old, there was a long silence. When I asked why gas would damage one saw but not the other the answer was luck of the draw, I guess. They wanted to replace the carb again, charging me full price. I picked up my saw, unrepaired. I will not do business with these guys ever again.

Bought an old Z150 years ago and have had to do maintenance/repairs on it as youd expect for its age. BLS is ALWAYS super helpful and knowledgable. This last time I had forgotten to get my model # and needed to replace a pulley for the deck. Couldnt get ahold of my wife to read me the number. They guessed correct and set me up. Seriously. Prices are extremely reasonable, but the staff is what makes this place so awesome.

The guys here are very knowledgeable and always helpful.
