Very convenient and good help from the staff. I like small stores as opposed to Lowes iand Home Depot. I Found it odd that there were several posts about employees not wearing masks.? Do the research masks dont keep viral droplets from getting through your mask. The evidence is there if you look for it. Dont be a sheep.Thank you Ace hardware!

Whenever possible I try to shop at the B&C, however looks like I’m never going back. During the middle of a pandemic where 200K people are co reacting COVID per day not one member of the staff was wearing a mask. Not only does this put their staff at risk it also puts all of their customers at risk as well. Unfortunately I walked in and then out and went to Home Depot where I could feel just a little bit safer because they are taking the impact of this virus seriously. Hopefully B&C gets it before it’s too late for a customer or their staff.

Service was good and they had the product i was looking for. However, i was disappointed that staff chose not to wear masks. the State wide mandate may have been removed but the virus still exists. we all should do our part to protect each others health. Back to online shopping i guess.

Problems I had during this visit.1) no mask sign anywhere2) there were 3 employees at the counter. None of them were wearing a mask.3) all of them were too busy chatting with a customer that I had to stand there for a while to get anyone’s attention.4) one sentence the employee said to me was “need a bag?” Then nothing else even after I said “thank you.”

Sometimes the employees are not wearing masks. No good.

This place is awesome. Always had plenty of staff willing and able to help. Friendly greeting at the door, how can we help. You just dont get that quality service at the big box stores, where Im always bothering an employee when I ask for help. Here, help is literally just around the corner in the next aisle. I look forward to my continued patronage at this location!

Great store with very very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always find what I need AND MORE. Went today for a toilet valve, walked out with another 25 bucks in miscellaneous washers for my woodshop. This Ace and the Ace on Nolensville road are equally excellent.

Thought I loved this store. Had been in there several times but I WONT go back. Was looking for something particular for my husband and thought it was the perfect place to try. Young gentleman attempted to help but older smaller man was just flat out rude and dismissive. Dont recall being treated that poorly in a retail location in a long time. Be aware and by all means avoid the cranky little old man who hates his job!!

I normally wouldnt write a review, but this deserves the praise. After work one day I walked into this small town Ace, only to be greeted by two young gentlemen, most likely working there for the summer. Both very nice and willing to help with questions I had. Unfortunately my card was swiped twice during the transaction. The next day I caught the extra transaction, called the store and asked for a manager. Luckily, the manager Brad was the one who answered the phone. Let me tell you folks, without hesitation or skipping a beat he immediately apologized and refunded the card. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days and you can guarantee I will be returning to this store without hesitation.

This is a small town hardware store in the middle of a small suburban city. They can usually answer questions and find products faster than a big box hardware store, and you can get in and out fast .
