The man in the printing area really helped me out today and got my business cards done right away!

I just had the best experience here. I only popped in to return some equipment to AT&T but Phylecia helped me and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so sweet, efficient and friendly. How nice to encounter someone with such a great attitude! The store was large and clean too. Anyway, never thought Id review a Fedex store but there you go!

Went to mail a gift for my Mom’s birthday tonight. Knowing I was walking in 8 minutes prior to close I let the gentleman know that I would hurry. He emphasized that they were closing in 5 minutes. I snagged a card very quickly and got up to the register. I still had about 4 minutes prior to closing but left my phone in the car which I need to get my mom’s address off of. I explained it was right outside and I’d run. He rolled his eyes and sighed with frustration. I told him to forget it and that I’d come back tomorrow, as I could see it was clearly an issue. He asked if I was sure, that he would still help me. I told him I was certain and left. I’m mostly frustrated because I was consistently kind, letting him know that I would rush and he consistently acted as if he was annoyed I was in the store during open business hours. If they would like to quit serving customers at 7:50pm, simply close at that time. I will not be back to this store.

I love this store. I am in here about once a week, usually to ship, and have been using their services for over 15 years. Everyone is patient, helpful, and takes good care of my packages every time I come in. This week, I needed a custom print order and Anthony has been fabulous. Now I know I can rely on them for printing, too.

Best Kinko’s location in the area! They treat my daughter and I like family. We moved here from NYC 6 years ago and the staff has been awesome on EVERY visit. ( Especially Ms. Debbie) Keep hiring the most talented people!

I have been coming here for almost 20 years now (since it was Kinkos). It continues to get better. Especially as the Fedex manager that took over here continues to develop it into a better more useful place of business every time I visit.

If you’re shipping to China, use another carrier!!! My son who is in China, was set to receive a Christmas package on December 4. It’s now December 23 and he still hasn’t received the package. Why? Because it’s held up at Customs in China. Why? My only guess is that the employee at this location didn’t attach the the many clearance forms I signed to the outside of the package. We submitted new clearance forms and still no package. $150 for nothing!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Thank you Fed Ex for ruining my son’s Christmas!!!

I had my wedding invitations printed at this location and they did a great job and everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful!

We were discriminated against at this location. We were waiting for 20 mins for the employee to even talk to us. We were then asked to wait more. The employee repeatedly helped others over us. I guess we don’t deserve to have shipping services.

I hate coming here. It may look nice but I have had bad dealings with the staff everytime. They are rude! Go to the UPS literally five seconds down the road. They are great.

The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. Debbie was quite patient with me and my several indecisive moments.Thank you Debbie!

Literally the worst. I was there for over an hour having trouble with their wifi, the photo station and the computer. No help offered. Then I stood at the counter for 10 mins while they talked to eachother and played on their cell phones. And I told them I would pay them to set up a file for me but they insisted I do it since I had my laptop with me...even though it took over 30 mins thanks to their wifi.

Great service! I just got a bunch of brochures printed and folded in a rush and they took care of everything for me. :-)

I usually use the FedEx on West End, but drove to Brentwood specifically because I was shipping two large boxes and had my 9 month old in tow. Thought the Brentwood store may be a little nicer and not as busy as my normal downtown location. Be aware this location will require you to buy one of their boxes, or ship your item in a very sturdy 2-ply box because they said they cannot be liable for any boxes that collapse or fall and they will not let you waive this. They required me to buy a 27 dollar wardrobe box to return a carseat to the manufacturer (in the same box they shipped it to me via FedEx). The clerk was very put out by having to place my box in a second box despite me spending 30 dollars on a new box - huffing and puffing and making a big deal out of the process - asking me several times if I really wanted to ship it, it would be very expensive. When I called the carseat manufacturer, they had never heard of such a thing but refunded the money I spent on the box. When I called the store to speak the manager, he explained the policy. However, he just apologized for the employee and said he was just rude and was what they called a short term employee and would be leaving soon. I was just a little put off by the whole experience at this location.
