Sherry is awesome and friendly. She is very attentive to each persons needs, and always offers help anyway she can. Her attitude is positive and outstanding. Prices are increasing but the ladies at the desk make the environment worth staying in around other competitors.

Just moved a bunch of stuff here and Maddy made the process super easy and explained everything fully. Met me at the door and showed me a couple different storage units so I could pick the most suitable one. Very thorough and professional while still keeping that personable feeling of good people. So far so good here. Property is very clean and well kept. Good place to check out. Ask for Maddy she is a great asset to the company and helped me out today.

I called other storage places in my area and they did not answer their phone so when StorQuest promptly answered my call and gave me the information I was searching for, I immediately saw them as desiring of my business. They also have a fantastic manager who cares about the customer and answered all of our questions, took us on a tour and got us signed up. The unit was clean and the grounds are professionally managed. Very happy with our experience and hope it continues while we store our items.

Sheri was very helpful and explained everything about the location and its security. The unit is the perfect size for my familys needs. While the price is a bit more than I thought it would be, I do like the cleanliness and extra steps that are taken to protect my property.

I appreciated Sheris consideration of my personal situation when working with her to acquire the storage and then again when vacating. I had a storage unit for over a year with Storquest. The high security was a big factor for me in choosing this location, and the customer service was always excellent from day one. A tad higher priced than other places but I paid for the value in cleanliness, service and security. If I needed to I would rent from them again without question. Thank you!

This storage facility is EXCELLENT. It is clean, fairly priced, the people are fabulous to work with and it is directly across from a police station. You cannot do better.

Basically the site itself is excellent. However, I have some issues regarding the way you do business. 1.) I explained to the clerk that I wanted a medium unit to rent. I was encouraged to take the larger unit which was twice the space I needed; and I had to pay full price for over a year because no smaller units became available. That isnt feasible. When closing out I explained that I would move around the 13th of the month. The clerk indicated that I could pay up to the 15th and be refunded if I stayed a shorter period of time. Well, when I moved out early she indicated it was against Storquest policy to refund for unused days.

My most recent experience started out over the phone. Wanted to downsize to a smaller unit, and was provided with the size I was looking for as close to my previous unit as possible. Came in the day I was able to move and met with the staff. They were extremely courteous and helpful. Showed me the unit, completed the paperwork and was moving units within 20 minutes. Thanks for all of your help again!!!

Ive been renting a unit here for about 3 months and Im happy I chose it. They had a great promo and the facility is quite clean. Access hours can be a bit limited if youre not on autopay but Ive never had an issue with the hours thus far or the facility being ever being crowded, even on weekends. Payments can be made online through the portal which is super straight forward. Moving carts are provided at each entrance and they have most of what you might need in a pinch for sale in the office. The facility itself is quite secure, gated (and coded) entry and having BPD across the street is good peace of mind that your belongings will be safe here.

First time getting a storage unit.. wasn’t sure on what size to get. There was a young gentleman there I think of the name Chris? Christian? He was so happy to help, made sure we got the perfect size! He also reassured my husband and I that our items are safe, which was my biggest worry! Definitely recommend!

This is a great location. Everyone is very kind and helpful. It’s also in a very safe area. I felt comfortable heading there by myself after the office had closed to load and unload my unit. If I ever need a unit again I’d definitely come back.

I went into the office the other day just to ask a few questions and first impressions to me go a long way. The facility looks brand new and the office smelt nice and was very organized. I was greeted right away, almost at the door. It isnt too often that you have an employee shake your hand and make you feel so welcome. Her name was Amber and she did such a great job. Her presentation and personality really went above and beyond my expectations. She answered all my questions thoroughly and i will definitely be back to rent there.

We felt very comfortable with the choice we made and fully understood the contract we signed. Her customer service was beyond 5 stars, she truly wanted to make sure we understood everything. She also keeps the facility spotless.

Weve rented storage units over the past 25 years and for sure, StorQuest in Brentwood is the most impressive. Secure, clean, and amazing how well kept it is (even though 2 years old, still the signs of moving things in/out by customers will wear on walls - nope, this place still looks brand new).The person who assisted us, Anthony, was not only knowledgeable (especially about reviewing all the contract items), he was a great communicator, thorough and detail oriented, along with being super friendly. This type of employee is what employers dream of having as their first line customer service with customers!

Well I was in a very serious problematic situation where I was stuck in the facility and thank you Gail who worked over time to assist me to get out of locked after hours . Although I was there not as a person who rents a unit, but someone who was simply helping out a friend a guest, when they had to leave my car key needed to be locksmithed anyways thank god I was there with the locksmith she provided him with a temp code due to him being a professional. I was able to leave a all was well. Thanks 4 your help due to the very unusual circumstances.

What a great place. I found exactly the storage unit I was looking for with ease. The people here are TOP NOTCH when it comes to customer service! The rental experience of the unit went well it was until I checked out. I have paid for the whole month. I was with the understanding that if I checked out early before the month I would get some money back that did not happen. I checked out six days early and I spoke to Anthony which is the manager there he said there was no reimbursing that it was a lost of six days. Needless to say I am not happy with that response
