Highly recommend this friendly, personable, helpful, family business. I needed the quarter panel window on our Pilot replaced. Linda and Pedro made in happen on Saturday morning, despite being quite busy. Watching them interact with various customers, you could readily tell they aimed to please all of their customers.

I came into Bridgeport Auto this past Saturday ( 03/14) to get my windshield replaced. The person who before did an awful job and pedro and his crew were able to get me in immediately and was done within just a few hours. I also needed new side molding and he went and got it for me, too! Highly recommended. Very affordable!!!

Great customer service on the phone and the guys who installed the windshield was just as nice and not to forget to mention there prices are very,very reasonable... I work for a car service and I needed to find another company to repair or swap out damaged windshields..I called several companies getting quotes besides being very expensive they also wouldnt be able to do the work for a week remember I work for an car service with that car being parked with a damaged windshield means lost revenue!!! I called Bridgeport Auto Glass and they had the windshield installed the next day and there price was $125 cheaper than the other companies I called...So if you have any issues with your windshield its definitely worth giving them a call

This family owned business is efficient, affordable, and above all else a pleasure to talk to while waiting for your vehicle to get serviced. My wifes car window was smashed and not only did they have the window on hand, they wait was not bad at all. As an added plus they window came tinted like the rest of the windows are. I send my full recommendation to anyone who may need to fix their car window.

They replaced side window on my truck and that night when I wanted to unlock the door from outside it was jammed I called the next day they said to slammed the door several times that it was probably pieces of glass so I gave it try no luck went down to the shop a couple of days later and they started spraying wd 40 on the key cylinder the guy spent about 15 minutes just killing time he didnt want to take the door panel apart to check I told him something was not right and he responded nothing I can do I have to go to lunch and walked away.I decided to take the door panel off the next day and discover the glass track was not set properly it was jammed against the cylinder rod so fixed the problem myself.Very sad how a glass shop doesnt stand behind there work

Had an 8am appt .arrived around 8:05 .was told I have to wait at least 1 hour because they decided to do a truck glass .Mind you there is at least 4 guys there .will never be going here and highly recommend you spend your money somewhere else

This place is terrible, I went here to save 30$ and regret it. Whoever installed my mirror on the windshield made an error because it cracked right where the mirror is attached only a few months later. My windshield now has 7 splits in it stemming from the mirror attachment. When I called and told them, you can see it was not from something hitting the windshield and 100% an error on their part, they told me there is no warranty. I told them my pregnant wife drives this car; it is a safety hazard on their behalf. They didnt even offer me a discount to replace it. Because it cracked in so many places it cant even be repaired so now I have to replace the entire windshield AGAIN after only a few months. Not only that the person was straight up RUDE on the phone. WORST PLACE.

Absolutely awesome service! Not only was my new windshield $200 cheaper than other quotes I received, but I called at 8pm on a Thursday night, and they came out on Saturday afternoon for me and replaced my windshield with a better windshield that originally came with my car. Plus, the guy was super nice. I will never use anyone else for glass replacement on my car again!

Bridgeport Auto Glass replaced the original front windshield on my 16 year old Jetta while I waited. Friendly, fast, professional, and affordable. They take pride in their work and it shows. What more can you ask, I would highly recommendEdit: They just replaced the windshield on my 17 GTI through insurance using their mobile service and again did excellent work. Was a bit hesitant due to rain sensor and complexity of windshield, but they were in and out in half an hour looking as good as new. Would now highly recommend

My son was throwing rocks and completely shattered the back window on my oldsmobile aurora and it was expensive. Everywhere I went it was 650- 1200. Bridgeport auto glass did it for about 160 and came to my house with the proper window with the defroster and did it properly. I gave him a 40 dollar tip it was worth it.

Commercial shops such as Safelite are overpriced by hundreds. Bridgeport charged 180 for a full replacement. They were prompt and quick!

Absolutely horrible and inconvenient. Had an appt scheduled for 10 am she calls at 12 pm and says the drivers are in a Stamford they will be to me late afternoon. Because I had already cancelled my other appointment with Safelite I agreed. She calls after 5 stating theres traffic she doesnt think theyre gonna make it 😡😳 I feel like she completely took advantage of the situation because she knew she was giving me a better price. Only $50 cheaper! Im big on professionalism. I booked with safelite and got the services I paid for !
