I called them this morning on June 13, 2021. My car was broken into yesterday on Brooklawn Ave, and I was very frustrated that I had to go into work on Monday with my windows taped not so great. I had done a terrible job taping them. Santos answered the phone, great personality, makes you feel at ease quickly, he gave me a great price for my two broken side windows, and he offered to come over today to tape it better, and vacuum it! I had vacuumed it, but I had actually ran out of quarters, and didn’t get to do a good job like I wanted. Santos was here on time today, and I am so relieved. He even offered to drive to my job, and do my windows there tomorrow. I cannot express the relief that you experience when a business comes through in a time of dire need. I have a Volvo that had a leaky windshield. I called Santos and he promptly told me the cost of the repair and we setup an appointment. He was on-time and very courteous, neat and professional. After missing a day of work waiting on insurance (who didnt even contact me until 2 days after I filed) I called Nexus after business hours, and was answered immediately. My appointment was scheduled first thing the next morning, going so far as to be at the warehouse for my windshield before open to be able to have me on the road as soon as possible. Service was fast, professional, friendly, and he even removed all the broken glass from the previous windshield. I also spent much less than I would have elsewhere. 10/10, might break my windshield on purpose just to have an experience that positive again.

The team at Nexus Auto glass is phenomenal. A neighbors lawn mower picked up a rock and shattered the glass of our minivan. So we called Nexus Auto Glass for the first time and they offered to come out clean the van, removed the broken glass and seal up the window until the replacement glass was available without us agreeing to the service. So from just that gesture alone we were sold on this level of service. The replacement window came when they said it would, and installed it promptly and professionally and them having the best prices around didnt hurt either.
