3 weeks ago I visited and received fantastic service. The woman that helped me, I believe the manager, had such am amazing way with all the customers. She demonstrates such a commitment to great customer service, not resting until every remaining customer is helped. Along the way she shows genuine appreciation to everyone patronizing the store and her positive and friendly attitude put me in a great mood for the rest of the day. This will be where I go from now on, even though its a bit further than other auto part stores.

Bought a new battery for my car, although it was late they assisted me. Great customer service.

Wow. Guy at desk was useless. Took forever to look up a common spark plugs for a small Honda engine, and kept tapping the used plug we brought in for ID so we dont know if its gapped correctly or if his tapping changed it. He said they didnt have it in Champion or NGK. We left and got it at Advance much faster. Never again.

Big shouts to the boys at Autozone. Went in to get my battery changed and it only cost $100 with no installation fee. I was quoted $700 at a small shop across the street-and I understand we all need to get by in times like these-but the kids here were super knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining; laughing and having fun. Would highly recommend going here-passion sells.

Very convenient, good service, and has a good variety of car essentials. They give you $5 back for your old car battery and had the new one I needed in stock.

I go to Auto Zone for Everything our cars need but had a terrible experience today with a young disrespectful rep at the State Street store in Bridgeport. He was very unprofessional and has no knowledge of the auto motive industry.

The service was ok except that we have to wait while the rep take calls, prepared invoice and go to get the stuffs.

Terrible customer service, i asked for helped and they ignored me. I waited in line while people cut in line. I should have went to advance auto parts

I bought a new car, and tried looking on Google and my manual for my oil type, and the guy in the front told me exactly which oils would last longer, and which would be better for my car.

Wipers on our car did not work correctly. It was rainy and dark. Found the closest Auto Zone easy to see from road and ample parking. Staff where very helpful and found the wiper blades that worked on our car. I was able to fit them but the staff would have installed them if required.

Got a deal online but couldnt place the order through the website for pickup. It indicated everything was in stock but it was not. They were very helpful and managed to duplicate the offering. Very happy. Oil and filter. 2 different vehicles.

Good and cheap parts for my second car Altima 2.5s, most of the time in stock, if not next day available or even sameday afternoon. Friendly and helpful staff.

The evening manager, JJ, went out of his way to help me install my wiper blades and a couple of lights that were out. It was the end of his day, and he made sure to take care of me. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you!

We exchanged an AutoZone altinator part that was under gold lifetime warranty. AutoZone in Bridgeport Connecticut gave us a new part with no aggravation and we installed it and the car runs great.

I was well greeted when I walked in the door. I was asked for help right away granted it was empty but it was a good to be help with what I needed and sent on my way. And they even offered to put my wipers on for me even though Im full capable to do it myself.

The best service I received was from the Asst. General Manager named Tiffany. She was extremely gracious as she took care of my needs and made sure the store worked efficiently. While she was assisting me she even managed to catch a thief attempting to steal tools. If anyone deserve a promotion it has to be Tiffany!

Had the best experience at this location. Super busy late Sunday afternoon. Staff was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

No real complaints, average store. Associates are friendly but only enough to get the job done, no extra effort attempted. Per the norm, there is only one register open and a wait for someone to help you will occur. 8 times out of 10 youll have up order your part but theyll usually have it within 24 hours or you can pick it upat another store. All ofwhat Ive written is exactly what you should expect from one of these places. Just another wonderful Auto Zone.

The staff is helpful & courteous. They usually have the item I need in stock. The store is neat & clean. The only bad thing is that every time I go in there I have to stand in line anywhere from 5-10 minutes waiting to be helped.

I have generally found these big box auto parts stores to be very hit-or-miss service-wise, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this location thanks to our friendly sales associate, Anthony. He greeted us with a cheerful smile and asked how we were doing. I sometimes worry that asking for a check engine light scan will be met with a scornful glare, but Anthony happily grabbed the scan tool from the shelf and went right out to the car to plug into the OBD port. He quickly captured the error codes, showed us on the computer screen at the register, and provided a paper printout of the diagnosis. All this without one sigh or eye-roll. Thank you for taking pride in your job Anthony!

The guy in there was so nice and he even gave me a great price he was very attentive when I was there I didnt even have to wait in line for a long time I was there for only three minutes and he was there at my car waiting to help me now this is the type of service Im waiting for I will recommend bringing your car here if you need used tires or new tires because they give you great prices and the people there are nice I went to another one on Boston Avenue and they were expensive in the people there was shity

This is the WORST if ANY of the Bridgeport & Possibly Fairfield County or State of Connecticut. I went here to purchase parts for my vehicle. I was given wrong parts. Due to whoever the worker was gossiping on their cellphone. Today I called and was put on hold twice . Once for 8 mins the other for 5 (after calling back from being hung up on). Just to hear after oh.... we dont have it. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS at this particular Autozone. again.

My visit to auto zone is always great great people that work there are well respected and polite and know what you will always need when you tell them what part it is thats going wrong with your car truck or SUV thanks to Auto Zone the place to visit when in need

One of the managers named Carla is very disrespectful to her employees in front of customers and ive witnessed this disrespect on many different occasions. It is very uncomfortable being around them. I feel bad for the employees that work at this facility! She made her employee that was trying there best to assist a customer feel stupid, which is disgusting !!! Besides her I havent had any issues with this autozone.. The rest if the employees are helpful and nice!

Autozone, meh: Employee Carla, Excellent.Autozone is an ubiquitous mega parts store for different vehicles. As such, it can be an impersonal experience shopping at one of these stores. Not at this Autozone. I first called to see if they had the supplies I needed, which surprisingly, they did. Im working on an old Mercedes wagon, and thought the parts too exotic and would be u available.The employee who picked up was an friendly woman named Carla. When I went into the store, it was Carla who helped me. Her knowledge about auto parts is only second to her friendliness. SHE IS AMAZING. She actually made me want to buy more stuff.I will certainly go back not for Autozone, but for Carla.
