I saw A & M on Groupon and used their services for an oil change. I forget the name of the man that worked on my car but he was wonderful! My car was also making a loud noise and he was so knowledgeable and fixed the problem in 5 minutes, at no extra charge! My oil was changed quickly and there was no waiting. I have been recommending A & E to all my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks again!

Visited for an oil that I purchased minutes before on Groupon. My car was taken in promptly, the man at the counter showed us what needed to be changed on the car, e.g. filters, timing belt and wiper. He didn’t try to up sell or pressure me into doing the work. Quickest oil change, I’ve ever done. Also I returned two weeks later to have the recommended items changed. Overall great experience.

This is the ONLY place I bring me car for maintenance. They are HONEST, Have excellent customer service and explain everything they do before they do it. Miguel, will and the other gentleman were AMAZING. If you want honest and professional car service I highly recommend bringing your car to them. 5 stars isn’t enough for these guys, they deserve more.

The first time I went there I dealt with Miguel. No complaints. Miguel is very knowledgeable, Professional, friendly and knows how to talk and treat his customers. My second time, unfortunately for me, it was Miguel day off and I had to deal with whom I believe is his partner. This is like night and day. He was very unprofessional and rude. He was not only rude to me, but also to the other gentleman that works there. He really needs to learn how to talk to his customers. He should learn from Miguel. I would only recommend this place if Miguel is there. If Miguel is not there run as fast as you can and find another place or go back when Miguel is there. If I could, I would give Miguel 5 stars and his partner 0 stars. But since I cant, Im going to take one star off for his partner rudeness.

I recently moved to Connecticut and was trying to find a good car shop to take my car and get local care . I read the reviews here and just said what the heck let me give it a try . Miguel was very honest and up front with me . I don’t know much about cars and my biggest fear is someone telling me false information. I didn’t get that here . Miguel helped me Resolve issues that I have been dealing with for a while . I left feeling very happy and would recommend this place to anyone.

I recently had an oil change and a radiator flush done here and the service was excellent. Miguel was upfront and honest about all costs and expectations. He didnt try to upsell me on anything and the service was quick, efficient, and fairly priced. This was my first time going here but it wont be my last. Its really refreshing to go to a place and not be jerked around or told one thing and get another. This is my new go to place for regular maintenance.

Lol watch out.. I called to make sure of an oil change price, they say 29.99 (not Miguel) I go get the oil change.. he rings me up for 39.99 says over if over 5 qts. I have a 08 Mazda 6. Reg oil only 5 qts.. I guess he needed to get a tip somehow. Not from me tho, I had $30 cash. Here/bye, VIP wash and oil change for me in future.. I liked yall too Miguel.. happened on 12/30/20 silver Mazda 🤦🏽‍♂️

A&M Express Car Care is a great place to go to when your car needs anything from an oil change to serious fixing! The employees are welcoming and trust worthy. Their prices are reasonable and worth it! They handle your car with care and never have you waiting! Excellent place !!! I have never trusted anybody with my car until I met the employees at A&M. Miguel is one of the mechanics there and he took care of my car. He valued the price of a Groupon they have available, despite me not having one. He could not have been kinder. I truly felt like he was not trying to drive up the price and suggest things I did not need. I trust him as a great mechanic and will definitely be going back!

I found a Groupon and decided to use it. The Best thing I did.y car is a newer model and there were so many little things I didnt know about that needed to be fixed. Miguel was amazing he talked me through each small issue with my car. That can be fixed. I would if never known about!! I dont know too much about cars but these guys really hooked me up and broke down for me what was wrong with my cars anti-brake system as well as provided me a great deal with an oil change that I was overdue on as well as a tire rotation. Miguel one of the owners broke it down for me piece by piece so that way I understood what was wrong and needed for my vehicle. These guys are definitely the ones that Im going to go to if anything goes wrong my car again thanks guys!!!!

Im horrible with car care. Miguel and his team helped tremendously at really fair price. A place in Norwalk was trying to charge me double for the work. He gave me detailed diagnosis on what else i needed done and explained it well for me cuz I am dumb when it comes to cars. I came for oil change and ended up getting rotors, pads, and calipers changed as well.Highly recommended!
