Worst place to leave a computer in just for them to diagnose it 1 week and still counting, front desk dont have a clue of what their doing. Every time i call the store, they supposedly have to call the tech for status of the computer and dont ever call back until i call back again very poor customer service, hopefully i get my compuer back the same way i brought it in

I had a problem with boost mobile he got on the pho e sent over an hour with them try to get my service restored even offered to pay them again because my phone because it was a medical line or life alert for my aunt and we had a nurse at the house till it was restored and boost did nothing it was their error and they made it clear that they didnot care but pat went up and beyond what have i have seen anyone do for a custmer andd that ment a lot to me i will nerver forget that and i would like to thank him aga8n i have bever seen bet customers care any where eles i dont normally post reviews but i felt this was necessary with a nurse stuck at my aunts house till my service was restored coat us over 2000 dollars for the night and boost mobile did not care but he did and thank you again for all your help

I was very impressed with the service at this location! I had to have the battery changed on my daughters phone. They were very helpful. I spoke with Isaiah when I called and he is also the person who took care of us when we were there. They don’t sell good phone, all there iPhones are referbished .. and they Lie and say there New so you can buy them.., and they treat the customers after you buy there phone like garbage.. I will never ever buy anything out of that place again.. and the Owner of the store lies too.. he’s Awful..

Thieves! I left my phone for a simple repair and they lost it. Sure anyone can make a mistake but they wont make me whole or offer any compensation whatsoever. Ive been told to come in and meet him and hed give me a phone only to be stood up both times. So frustrating dealing with unreliable unscrupulous neighbors. They certainly give small businesses and the neighborhood a bad name. They deserve to go out of business bankrupt.
