Worst place you can ever go to this metro never haves a manager or somebody that can really try to understand the situation i would say this metro pcs 3710 main st in bridgeport Connecticut should be closed of my experience that they just give me over 4 new lines portins and we didnt even get the best phones and we didnt get a choice to pick what we wanted and the one of the phones came with a error with the chargeing port and never switched out my phone and its on been 3 weeks from today july 31 2019 i just recommend to stay away and have them put of business.

I never really had an issue with customer service. So I cant knock them. The only issue i have is the monthly payments. Like for instance, I pay my bill on the 2nd of every month and if I decide to pay on the 10th why is it that I only get the service until the 2nd of the following month. It makes no sense. Its supposed to be a monthly thing and no contract. Their excuse is that I opened the account on the 2nd so thats all your covered for. So why is it, i have to pay the gull amount and a fee because of late payment?? IDK i think its crazy. But I still give them a 5 because Ive been a member for a long time.

The manager here Stephanie is a scam artist charging my mom 150 for a phone that is only 99 with an upgrade and claiming she gave a free case and screen protector would give 0 stars but I cant due to having to choose a star I recommend anyone going to get a phone go to the metro PCs in Trumbull mall and getting it there awful service
