We hired them for our wedding on September 4th. Jay created a custom flavor for us and it was amazing. The service was Friendly and fast. Everyone will be talking about our unique dessert experience with this ice cream and Italian ice for years to come.

The ice may be good but I went there for a banana split they never cut the banana or never have them both times I went they either forgot the strawberries or the pineapple but they always forget something. Never again

Velvety smooth consistency free of any grainy ice chunks is always super refreshing on a hot summer day....you will catch all walks of life approach this counter to order a cup of their favorite flavor young, old, rich and poor alike this place holds a special plave in their hearts. Their cherry which is usually my standard go to surprisingly isnt my favorite..but what is you might ask...their out of this world LIME ice...hands down the best lime icee on the planet!! Keep doin what youre doin guys....bless. Next time I know what Im getting.

The ices and ice cream were great. I love the cannoli ice cream and the blue raspberry ices. The staff was nice and quick with the ice cream. I would love to come back again.

Best Italian Ice Ive ever had anywhere in any country. Unfortunately even before Covid, the hours of operation were random and it was difficult to find them open. Ive heard they sell the product at the Stratford Sea Wall in front of the Little Pub, maybe Ill try there.

Delicious, homemade dessert! I had the banana Italian ice... not overpowering on sweetness or flavor. Perfect summer treat! Cheap too! 3 scoops was $3. Bring cash though!

A Bridgeport institution. You dont even feel like summer has arrived until you see that Micalizzi is open. Tasty Italian ices in many flavors are a great way to combat the summer heat. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very good.

Their coconut ice cream is really something. Friendly staff. Ive been on a diet so I havent been to Micalizzi for a few years but my family still go there during summers.

Always a great place for an Italian Ice and icecream. My favorite is the bannana flavor and cannoli. I do wish however that we could still have icecream a half hour before closing. I get out of work later in the evening and cant get there earlier, but a half hour before closing told no icream or sundaes, only ices???? And this has been the case three or four times in 3 weeks. Seems like a lot of gap between that time and closing time. Could be losing you lots of customers that way. I since have been going to the nearby creamery instead since I know they are open later. But dont worry I still love Micallizzi too!!!!
