This is the second time I’ve stepped into this gift shop with the intent to buy something and have left with nothing. Every time I step into this shop the clerk attitude is off putting. Even if I’m there first others will be assisted before me. I’m positive that their disgusting attitudes are racially motivated. There is always a smile for other customers but a woman of color such as myself is looked at with mistrust. To give a quick example : I stepped into the shop the other day and waited while she assisted a middle age Caucasian man with a broad smile. She glanced at me but didn’t say anything. There were other people in the back room but even though they saw there was another customer they didn’t assist. When the man left she looked at me with a sneer on her face and asked if I was ready. No hello, just an attitude. I explained I had a question about an item they sold but the woman was so unhelpful and had such a negative attitude I left without buying anything. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this in that shop. I thought that after a few years their attitudes would change but it seems the same bigoted people are still working there. If I could give this zero stars I would.
