Had an appointment scheduled through a third party. AA Hearing. AA Hearing Aid Center was aware that the appointment was being booked through Start Hearing, a company they had been affiliated with. The day of the appointment the Doctor very rudely informed us they were no longer participating in this program. They were aware when they booked the appointment that it was through a third party provider. They should not have accepted the appointment or called us prior to the appointment that he was no longer participating. The Dr was rude with no apologies. Went to a different provider the same day in Brookfield with amazing results. I would avoid AA Hearing Aid Center at all costs!

Dr. Ogilvy is thorough and extremely helpful.I needed hearing aids and he fitted me with hearing aids in June 2019.I returned for a few adjustments and each follow up visit he was on time, and extremely pleasant and professional.I highly recommend this hearing aid center.

Had to change hearing aid offices due to a change in my insurance coverage. I can’t give Dr Peter enough praise for his compassion, professionalism and service. Really happy to say AA is my new place.

Overpriced! Underqualified?I got my first hearing aids from this place more than 10 years ago. It was shortly after I moved to United States, so I still didnt speak English, and used translator. He priced Widex Senso Diva, I purchased from him at $8,000. I purchased another Widex (Widex Unique) this year (2017) for half that price.Also, I had my molds made there not long time ago, he priced that at over $600.00. Molds costs way less than that. So, I want to warn others to be careful when they decide to go to this place, and to do their research, as they will end up paying 50% more than what they would pay at other places.In addition, I dont know how qualified this audiologist exactly is? When he did my ear cleaning, my ear was hurting and bleeding for two weeks after. The ear is never supposed to bleed after cleaning. I still am scared from that experience and dont get my ears cleaned as often, even thought now I go to different place. So again, please do your due diligence when choosing correct Audiologist, and dont make same mistakes as I did...
