The new boss / owner is a sophisticated jerk, and makes his employees act the same. I ordered a pecan hard ice cream on a waffle cone for my mom. The lady who took my order asked me if I wanted the caramel or butter version, I wasn’t aware there was two versions. I chose the caramel one and when I gave it to my mom she tried it but didn’t like it. I asked if I could get instead the other flavor/option or even get a refund for that ice cream. But the owner was saying no and he had the nerve to say it’s not my fault you picked that one & paid for it. So for example if he tried a dish at a restaurant but he didn’t like it, how would he feel if the owner told him it’s not his fault he chose it?I even saw him numerous times talking sarcastically to customers who were just ordering politely. And my dad too, who takes a bit to order was getting rudely rushed by this owner who took his order. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else and hope other people see and realize how rude and impolite this boss is.

I asked for strawberry cheesecake and coffee oreo to go they never asked if for here or to go when they give it to me I tell them it’s go and both workers got mad and on top of that it wasn’t coffee oreo or was peanut butter flavor didn’t realize till I got home first time they ever mess up but I barely seen those workers there

I am in love. I mean I havent seen a place like this since my child hood. They have anything you can think of. I am taking anyone and everyone that comes to visit. Great costumer service as well. They where very patient with my large order. Lol

This is a good place to come during the summer. All their ice creams are delicious and the staff is very good.

I asked for a chocolate chip milkshake which was supposed to come with chocolate syrup, chocolate chip cookie and whipped cream as it shows in the picture and i asked (kindly) if it was supposed to come with whipped cream and the guy stated thAt i was supposed to ask for it when in the description it says it comes with it, and then he just slammed the window..

Great place to grab a quick Ice cream cone or slushie. Open until late and always very friendly, ready and willing to please all customers.

Extremely rude staff, and they overcharged my card 2x the amount according to their menu and I was never given a receipt I didn’t find out till later when I checked my bank app. Beware and ask them how much before you give them your card.

Very unprofessional service. The employees and managers are extremely rude (Kimberly). The Creamery offers “Student Discount” but in my attempts to use it I was denied. I would not recommend coming to this location. The service was sub par and the employees used no mask or gloves while serving the ice cream. If I could give a NO STAR review I would.

All kinds of flavors and different desserts. Im a fan of a the vegan cookies and cream ice cream and I usually pick up a sundae & ice cream for family members. The line movies fast & the staff is friendly. People are socially distant and wearing masks in line.

Open all year round till 11 pm. During the winter months they build an outside semi-permanent structure that has adequate heating. Try the wet walnuts with pistachio ice cream.

Horrible place. Customer service is really bad, they dont know how to treat customers. The guy in the register was very rude. He kept slamming the window so hard after taking our order and giving us the ice cream. Also, the ice cream was not that great and not worth the price, cold stone is much better and cheaper. Dont go there and waste your money.

One of my favorite local spots to get ice cream. They have a wide selection and also the option to customize your order which is a big plus. The service is pretty quick and the people that work here are pretty nice. I’ve tried a lot of things from the menu and I have no complaints about the ice cream as it always meets my expectations.

The kids enjoyed their ice cream choices but i ordered the sugar free strawberry ice cream it had that nasty ice burn taste like its been sitting frozen forever. I couldnt eat it. Disappointed but at least the kids enjoyed their treat

Customer service needs work but the ice cream is great. The male workers can be very unfriendly or even rude, the young girls are very sweet and kind. The ice cream is unparalleled in the area so we still go but I wish the entire staff was as sweet as the treats.

My go to when I visit is the extra large chocolate shake.......IT IS AMAZING! The best milkshakes and Ice cream come from here and they boom in business. Give them a try they are open all year I have been going to their establishment every week for a year and a half now! So I really take my time before writing reviews. A year and a half later I never got disappointed once they are always active and ready.As for prices they are VERY GOOD for what you get. The extra large chocolate shakes is about $7 and the portion is like a the size of my head no joke. They have over 40 different hard ice cream flavors (I think its 40 there were alot to count.) Stop by and give them a try even when there is a line its fast so dont feel intimidated. They are one of the most popular spots for a reason :)

Ive never seen an ice cream parlor with so many flavors, and they just recently added about five more. The prices of their ice cream seem more ideal to me when Im in the mood to buying a larger size. They have about a dozen parking spaces at their location.

$5 for a sundae with no bananas, no nuts, no sprinkles. Thry are cheap. Dont waste your time and money. Go to stop n shop instead cheaper and better.

I stumbled across this place during one of my journeys and it was one of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever had.

I love Main Street Creamery, you can even order your favorite ice cream in pint size or quart. My favorite is the banana pudding ice cream with pieces of real vanilla wafers mixed into it.

Calling this place a dairy or creamery is a complete misnomer because they dont make any ice cream here. All they do is scoop out ice cream thats already been made by someone else or add the flavoring of your choice to soft serve ice cream and squeeze it onto a cone. There also appears to have been a management change at some point, and the new people are much more interested in talking on the phone then paying attention to the customers. If youre going to spend the calories to have ice cream I would recommend Timothys or someplace of similar quality.

The employee taking orders should really be better at taking special instructions from the customers. I asked to not add as much fudge and caramel on my ice cream bc they over load it with it, when I saw him adding the normal amount I went to cashier and ask about it and she basically did nothing or neither made the attempt to stop him.
