After previously going to their yard and finding material I needed was unavailable, today I called them. Very pleasantly, Jim said he would check availability and call me back. Within minutes I learned it was in. Went in and happily picked it up. The entire staff is super personable. The way life should be.

This lumber company has been performing poorly with their sales department. They through you back and forth. They tell you one thing and then another. They want you to come in and wait in line to get estimates. Ive tried even by email and its a terrible service. Costing me time.

They put up great customer service to sell and once you have spent the money, do not offer any support in case you have a problem!! Not only do they not support, they give you the constant run around. Promises they never keep - telling you multiple times that they will come over to your home to help solve the issue and never show up. I waited 6 months in the hope that they will keep their word and stand behind their sale, but never happened! Don’t spend your hard earned money with them, they don’t deserve your business.

They seem like a nice company but the Corona virus has made most companies give their customers bad service. When a contactor orders wondows and doors with azek frame and gets wooden frames on everything from Brosco Quality millwork products then has to put azek on himself and bites the loss, thats not good!! We all suffered during the shutdown!

If Santa’s workshop were in Bridgeport CT this is what it would look like. Everything is perfectly organized, and spotless. The lumber is perfectly stacked and neat, there’s no clutter at all, everything is exactly where it should be. Pulling boards from the stack there’s no sorting through piles of warped stock to find the good pieces, every piece of lumber is perfect. You won’t be picking up wood that you have to wait for weeks for it to dry before you can use it. Their selection of other building products is amazing and they have higher quality for better prices than any home improvement store.The salesmen are knowledgeable and know where everything is. They won’t sell you junk or steer you in the wrong direction. Given how good they are, they are busy. Don’t go in expecting to browse. Know what you want, have a list, and prepare to have them exceed your expectations.

Ive been buying materials from them for over 25 years without a doubt the clean is lumberyard in the country also the salesman at the counter takes your order and brings you personally to each Supply building then loads your truck and sees you off greatest system I ever experienced. Wish all other lumber yards were half as good.

A fantastic lumber yard. The level of organization is amazing. The yard is free of ANY trash or debris. And to top it off- THE EMPLOYEES ARE IN A GOOD MOOD ALL THE TIME! Im not sure how they have created the great culture within the employee pool, but it works.They are what any other company should strive to emulate.

West end failed to place an order for Anderson windows correctly. Either the sales rep never placed the order in August or they just completely kept lying. They were supposed to be delivered every week after week starting from early September. It is now November and the windows have finally come in to their lumber yard and were supposed to be delivered today. They refuse to rectify this problem and get the windows out of the truck for delivery on the stated delivery day. They wont even get them out so WE can go pick them up. I will now be waiting ONCE again for another delivery. The home addition project is severely behind and has taken water damage due to West Ends failure. It is a very simple task to place the order for windows and deliver them with in a reasonable time of stated delivery. Anderson has been notified and is disappointed also. They are trying to help rectify the situation
