We are older and active in our professions but quasi techno literates. Certainly not fluent. My husband conducts his business almost entirely on his android and I am a visual art professional who goes from Mac to iPhone. Pablo was very helpful on many levels.

Pablo was a great help in getting us out of Sprint and into Verizon. He was patient and firm and wouldnt let them jerk me around to get my number unlocked. I was there for 2+ hours, but it was well worth it. Brittany was the other associate there and she had great interaction with the customers she was taking care of. Both put customers first!

Ohk so let’s just say I gained a new friend at Verizon. Pablo did amazing and helped my family out a lot. He was honest and attentive when working with us. When it was close to the closing time, we wasn’t rushed or anything he made sure he took care of all of my family problems. Employees were friendly and greeted me right away. I was there to drop off equipment but being in retail 20+ years, I notice things as I wait my turn. None of the display phones had any signage whatsoever (no price, no description, nothing) how would I know what Im even looking at? Also noticed a bill pay kiosk that is touch screen. While I waited in line I saw 3 different people come in and use it and no one sanitized it. My transaction was quick and polite. Nice people, store needs some direction though.

I spoke with a manager Brittany she was so kind and quoted me with a few different plans.
