Work was good, but never called to say the car was done, and was told 2 hours, which turned into 7 hours.

This is the worse place ever to get work done to your vehicle. It was my 1st and last time going there. If I could give negative stars I would or even no stars but they make it so you have to give at least 1 star. Its way too many things for me to write why this place is the horrible. Just know that in every category its terrible.

This place a year ago used to be good. Now they make you feel like its an inconvenience to help you for a simple oil change. There are hundred of places better to go to

Came two days ago to make an appointment for an oil change and a dark haired man took all my information down and I came back for my appointment and they told me I had no appointment yet they took all my information down the day before thanks Firestone!! ❤️

I normally have a great experience here and have filled out the survey several times to compliment. Today, it took 2 and a half hours to get an oil change, WITH an appointment. No one followed up to let me know if there was an issue or why my car was taking so long. Just a bad experience today.

There were awesome ordered my tire Saturday it was there Monday morning I was in and out in 30 mins the guy at the desk was very nice and courtesy I will be back there for all my tire needs!!!!!

Only the worse customer service experience ever. The manager did not apologize or acknowledge the fact that his employees failed to complete a simple oil change correctly I had to return in order to get the job done correctly. I was then called undermining names by the manager who had ask my name earlier in a previous conversation. No one has time for this type of experience. Seriously!! Be aware!!

Great people took care of me right away ... the only problem is that they did not have my tire in stock so they had to install a snow tire for which I had to pay 310$ only to be able to drive for my Memorial Day week-end.

Very good and straight forward people to deal with.

Took my dodge journey in for a oil change. And I knew I had some other issues so I asked them to do a check.. apparently they didnt notice I needed new struts and shock tie rods and ball joints..well they noticed one ball joint and a control arm. Also needed 4 rotor and breaks .. their inspection wasnt done well. I guess Ill look for a different shop to fix my issues

Highly recommend speaking with Manny. Well mannered person and he was able to break down all the issues, prices, and recommendations. My car had problems with the Throttle body and a few sensors were going bad causing my car to break down often. Amazing work done by the mechanics as well, job was done right away and car rides smooth with no problems now.

I was extremely happy they were open on a Sunday. And better yet customer service is extremely important and Darryl went out of his way to reach out to me on progress of the vehicle and make sure everything worked out. I most definitely will come back here.

First off customer service needs improvement but one apology given. Secondly, I had my car serviced only for tire repair and new battery. When I picked up my car the brakes were gone. It’s now making a loud grinding noise that wasn’t there before I had the car brought in. Not sure how the car brakes needs repair...but I mean now the car isn’t drivable.

I came to this shop with a car that I was considering purchasing from a dealer down the road. I asked for a complete vehicle inspection to make sure the dealer wasnt trying to sell me a car that needed costly repairs. I received the inspection and was told that everything looks good- and that I should consider changing the tires next summer before the winter. Fast forward 1 month later, and I am dropping close to $1K on new tires and brakes for the car, which I am told have likely not been replaced since the car was made.

Had my car serviced for a Check Engine light and a Service StabiliTrak message. Turn around time was quick, I dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready the same day. I stressed that I needed the Service StabiliTrak message checked, they could not reproduce the issue after they made the repairs for the Check Engine light. It`s been about a week and neither messages have come back. Let`s hope it stays that way!

WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. This location ripped me off by using the cheapest quality brake pads and rotors not specific to my car, which is a Toyota Avalon. I paid over $600 to now have a crisis on my hands. I took my car to another Firestone after I heard consistent brake noises for a week. The new location told me this location used the cheapest products they had, not meant for a Toyota Avalon. They actually have to order the parts that are not stored at the store level. This is a an enormous waste of money, but more importantly my time. I had to take time off work to take my car in to be serviced. Do not take your car here.

I scheduled an appointment the day before due to a flat and i specifically asked to get the screw driver that was in the tire 4 different times. Also I was sitting there for 3 to 4 hours for just a flat so when i needed a new tire the man was trying to sell me a tire they didnt have in stock so that means I would have to come back the next day and I was already on a donut. So i told him i drive my vehicle far for work and out of nowhere they have a tire in stock and 2 days later my vehicle was making a knocking noise. from the new tire, turns out they gave me a tire meant for a regular vehicle. my SUV takes specific tires and they knew that because i have an account with them for years. Would of been there longer but the store was closing so they rushed me out the door. I will not come here again because I felt cheated, and i wasnt getting the help i needed

I put my car sienna they toll me censer change they took my $ 300.00 and next day same sine coming i am going ask him they different story and more charge anther problem issue i am tried last 4 day going but not proper fix i am 2011 to customer first time i have bad experience i tell every body dont go they took money and no fix issue i hope my fix car no big issue

This was one of the few places open on Sunday morning when I got a bolt stuck in my tire. Bad timing, as I was on my way to a hair appointment for a wedding. I was told the wait time was 2-3 hours, but Mitch was really understanding of my situation, as I had no one to come pick me up right away. He asked Orsan, the technician, if he could quickly patch my tire. I was in and out in 30 minutes, making it on time to the wedding. You guys saved the day!

Bad customer service

I have a 2001 Trans Am Ws6 with a full adjustable suspension and I’m lowered 1.75 inches. Abel knew exactly what to do and he also made some wooden ramps so my longtube headers would not hit the ramps. Thank you!

Service manager, Pawel (pronounced Paul), is very patient, willing to work with you to fix your vehicle to your satisfaction. If its not worth doing, hell tell you and let you decide, not there to rob you. They will not fix stuff on the vehicle if it doesnt need to be fix, i.e., if you dont need a brake job, they will not try to force it on you. If the repair is going to take a day or two to complete, they have a agreement with the closest Enterprise Retal Car to get you a great deal on a loaner. If you have a Firestone credit card, you get 6 months to pay off the repair without interest charges, long as its over $299. Turn around time on your vehicle mainly depends on what needs to be done, but is usually decent.

This place is awesome. Fast friendly service.

Tried this place out twice, horrible service, didnt do anything that i asked them to do so they didnt charge me but that doesnt make up for the ignorance. Inexperienced, bad tempered, fight with customers every time i went there just all around a bad place and makes all other Firestones look bad. Just replace everyone there truthfully, either way Im never going back.

Great service.No complaints.On firestone complete care near archer & central guy on desk told me that I need new tpms if I put different wheel size..I was sure that I dont needed,but also I was sure that I dont want leave my car to people who dont know what are they doing.Go on Firestone on harlem..they didnt ask me anything when I say I am going with bigger wheels..use old tpms and put in new wheels.Works great.Highly recommended..on Harlem ave!!

I changed my tires in here a few months ago and its been a bad experience, they messed up my rims they even broke one of them, and wouldnt even seal the tires well so I had to go back like 3 times. Really I wont go back again. So disappointed!!!!

Horrible service first of all they told me to come in 30 min when I called and I waited an hour after I came so took 3 times what they said and rims came back scratched up as If it was done by someone whos never done this before and when I confronted them about it all I got in response is its not us man and that its brake dust that has accumulated over time funny because before I came it wasnt there and it doesnt come off so I do not recommend this place to anyone who cares at all about their rims

Showed up at 6:20 for an oil change. All signage and online hours read open until 7 I was turned away due to short staff.

When you charge dealership prices on after market parts, and your labor is more expensive an hour than a volkswagen dealership, Ill just go to the dealership for oem and save money.
