Conveniently located right off Harlem with other Arab dining nearby. They have a decent selection. I’ve never seen them busy though the store is usually empty but it’s been around for a while now. Got some baklava after lunch down the block it was ok nothing wow, will try out some of their other sweets in the future. Typical monotone customer service but the guy was nice.

I like their baklawa but don’t care for the chnafa unless it’s khishna. I would have gave them a 4 out of 5 because I think the place can do better with its decor for guests and create a better atmosphere other than a few tables and chairs. But we always order their mixed platters and they are good desserts to share with others. Also they make the best Turkish baklawa in the Bridgeview area.

Hands down the best Arabian sweets place in Chicago! Their knafa kishna and pistachio based sweets are my favorite and are absolutely divine-they have some Turkish style sweets that are phenomenal. Always a big hit at work when I take them-people ask if this place deliver to their homes in the because of how great they taste. And turns out, they do offer delivery!Go here, you won’t be disappointed!

I know my sweets and this place definitely isn’t a good place for sweets.This place needs some glass cleaner and a mop for sure, it’s not busy they can’t clean the front up especially during this pandemic when nobody is even dining. How in the world did they make a mess . I’m the guy that walked in and walked out. I did notice sweets behind the sticky smudged glass but it looked like they were half way put together and they skipped a couple steps added some Syrup and magically made something they can fool a hungry person that has no knowledge of what there eating. Sir who’s ever reading this, your on HARLEM AVENUE !!! Lil Palestine. You want the locals support then get it together.

I wasted my time and money coming here. One of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The owner was so rude. The food is avarage. Kunafe testes like cooked sour cheese. I dont think thats the right cheese for kunafe. The pistachio baklava was good. I felt very uncomfortable about how I was treated by the owner. Luckily there are multiple bakeries in the area that provides better service with delicious goods.

Worst experience I ever had ...I ordered the kunafa kit from on line and he never send try to reach out to him 5 times thinking that it was a mistake and he would tell me hes going to check then he never gets back to me. Be careful

Oh how I wish I could give a zero star this was the worse experience ever the owner is rude we drove 13 hours to try knafe when we walked in we weren’t greeted the owner walked away while my husband was ordering what a trashy place no wonder it’s empty even if the knafe is good which we didn’t get a chance to try it’s not worth dealing with such a nasty human being horrible horrible service very disappointed don’t waste your time and energy like I did what a joke of a place

I have been going to prince sweet for several years and never had a problem, today we ordered Knafeh from them and it wasnt good, Knafeh was so thin, even I asked for extra cheese, I called the place to see what went wrong, who ever answered the phone he said that he was the owner, unbelievable he had a very bad attitude, he was like fighting on the phone, its not about the money, its about his attitude and the way he handled the situation. Im sure I am not the only one had this problem with them, I know one thing none of us are going back there .

Friendly staff and amazing sweets. Their katayif are so good and I would recommend them for any dinner party! It’s my favorite go to place, as the sweets are always ready and are aesthetically appealing. Never disappoints!

Great middle eastern dessert place! They have a great variety of sweets. You can order a mix and match everything, no limit :) Recommended for out of town people and small groups. Everytime Im in the Chicago area, I just HAVE to visit this place! 👌

Im very upset because I love the sweets... but the gentleman working NEVER SMILE and rush you out the door! Went in two days ago for my favorite dessert. I get plate number 2 (along with multiple others). My plate was filled and I left. Went in today for the same dessert in the same plate. It Was HALF FILLED with two pieces on top of one another and I was rushed out again. Why? Smile... its Ramadan! If the gentleman didnt rush me I was prepared to buy three moe plates of sweets!!! As much as I live this place. I will not return sadly.

I ordered some knafeh to take home came next day to pick up they made the wrong knafeh. We waited fr 1/2 hour so they can make a new one. We were traveling out of state. We were delayed. Very unfriendly. Place not kept clean. Very poor service. When we got home was very disappointed with the Sweets. Hardly any cheese or nuts on top. So basically it was the dough and syrup. I don’t recommend this place. Very disappointed.
