Nice friendly and efficient services! Interest could be better but overall nice experience and they work with clients to get you into a vehicle fast! Unfortunately it is too fast while they do work on selling you a vehicle they don’t bother checking the mechanical issues that could come up, my vehicle I drove for 30 min away from dealer and a/c stop blowing cold air no windshield washer fluid don’t know if that don’t work either! I had given this place a 4 star but unfortunately after this issues abd me calling back and never hearing from them and it’s been a week then I have to rate a 1 star! As far as mechanic stuffs sales Rick was great!

Unprofessional. The guy Mike gets more money than asked to put down. We test drive. Come back to tell him the back up camera doesnt work. He says hell get it fixed. Nope. Now that out of pocket for me. Windshield leaks. This caused the motor to burn out on the sunroof. These will also not be fixed. More out of pocket money after $5k down on a vehicle. Barely got it June 14. We were told and promised it would be fixed. They had the vehicle for a week for nothing to be repaired. This place just wants your money and their commission. I do not recommend this place or to speak to Mike ot Don. Both were very rude and unprofessional. Didnt offer any help to repair the things that were said and promised to be repaired.

I bought my car on 4/27. I had a great experience with Rick. Had some problems with the car 2 months in but after being the squeaky wheel, it is getting fixed, under the warranty. The only suggestion I would make is if the service is overwhelmed and cant get to an unexpected repair, contract with a reputable shop to take your overflow. And, make it easier to find out how to access towing, car rental under the warranty. I fully understand that I bought a used car and that things can go wrong, but make it easier for the customer to navigate the unexpected.I like my car very much and want to make sure it lasts a long time.

I believe these cars are lemons… I’ve been under the hood twice I got the car July 8 first it was the starter now the throttle body went out unfortunately none this stuff is under warranty I’m paying a car note and can’t drive my car or get it fixed bcuz they are super backed up I feel like ive been bamboozled.

My appointment date was August 9th and I still don’t have my car. I’ve been paying my way and trying to maintain a car note for a car I’m not using. I was called and told my car was finished I got to the location paid 300$ and my car was still not fixed so I left it there. I have never in my life been so disgusted.

Horrible HORRIBLE DONOT SHOP HERE very rude rick and don make promises they cant keep. they cant even keep up with the lies then deny everything. kept the down payment as well and tried to guilt trip me into still purchasing the vehicle i had not seen. i urge u please especially if this is ur first time getting a car do not i repeat DO not come here. they want a down payment u cant get back before u can even see the numbers. i took the loss of $1400 and when i tried getting another vehicle from their lot and the gm DON very rudely said no that is a waste of HIS time. Then he proceeded in hanging up on me. i really hope karma gets them i decided to not deal with the headache and never coming here or any of my family and friends. i just know if i ever catch these guys outside their work place..uff and that is a fact.
