Dont use Metro just use TMobile you will get a better plan for about the same monkey long story short I broke my phone they refused to sell me a new one went to TMobile started a better plan with better phones for less then this pos was selling me went to cancel my Metro plan and they will not let me cancel everyone keeps given me the run around the Brigham city metro manager so she said she is is rude unprofessional about the whole thing screaming and yelling at me over cancelling my plan I got it on video I will be letting people know

Worst customer service imaginable! Went in excited for my new device and left so mad I was shaking. Not only was the lady not willing to resolve my issue but upon my leaving the location she proceeded to make gestures and throw what looked like a tantrum towards me from inside the building. I will be looking for a new phone service!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!I went into this MetroPCS two times today and both times the lady sed she only had one phone and I need two of them. But yet in the window it set they were giving away two phones but they dont even have them. So I pretty sure that is false advertising. I believe that they should be shut down for that. The lady told me to come in tomorrow but like what makes her think Im going to try and come in again when the first to times they didnt have any phone. I think someone should report this MetroPCS. Im a paying costumer. I was so disappointed. My day was so shot down.

I came in on a Saturday at about 3 PM the door was locked and sat in the parking lot for an hour.. then gave up... Why not be open during hours posted???

Its 2:30on Friday and the door is locked. The sign says they are open until 7:30pm this is the 3rd time this has happened at the Brigham city location.

The new owners are friendly and helpful!

The website for Brigham store says they open @ 9:00 am the door says opens @ 10:00 am sitting in front of door waiting !!

Horrible customer service, never open the hours that they have posted.
