Tried to pay my bill with a gift card that they provided. The clerk seemed annoyed that I would even ask for help or that I would even think that a Verizon retailer would be able to help with a gift card provided by the same Verizon Store that provided the card. She would not so much as look at the card number or the PIN number on the card. Very dismissive and seemed annoyed. Once you get your phone, I guess they dont have any obligation to assist you. No commission in it for her, so I guess she felt like I was wasting her time. Very short experience that will have long lasting effects of how I feel about the people that work there.

I bought a screen protector plan for two years on three phones. My two years is not up until Dec. I went in to get a screen protector on a phone and was told they don’t have screen protectors in and won’t be getting them in any longer. So basically I paid all this money for a service they will not provide? They said there is nothing they can do. Horrible service when you steal money from customers when they paid for something you can not provide.

Stay as far from this store as possible!! My family and I started service with Verizon in late July. Was told of very specific promotions and what everything would cost. All details were written down as explained to us. Waited a week for phones to arrive at which time we were told that we didnt qualify for the promotion and we would no longer be getting the promotion that was discussed with us in the beginning. Supposedly the promotion ended 2 days BEFORE we were told we qualified for this same promotion. Since the end of July its been lie after lie after lie after lie and passing the buck left and right.Its been an absolute joke! On and off the phone, EVERY SINGLE part of the promotion that we were told we qualified for has not been fulfilled. It is VERY apparent that we were lied to from the very beginning to get us locked in.Also, they gave us the run around for nearly two weeks until our return window had passed. When we did talk to them about returning the phones and cancelling the whole deal they wanted to collect a restocking fee of $35 per device AND Makala wanted to charge us $50 for each screen saver she put on our phones claiming they were free when we were signing up.Absolutely TERRIBLE place to do business. If I were joining Verizon again it would be worth it to drive anywhere but here. Its not worth the hassle. On and off the phone, constantly being lied to since the end of July. Again, stay far, FAR from this place!

What a pleasant experience! David sat with us the entire afternoon getting things worked out. He not only helped with getting a replacement phone but went over our bill and ended up saving us $40 on our monthly bill. He was extremely patient and easy to work with. The other employee was so nice as well I didnt catch her name. I will only go there with all my wireless needs from now on. I wish there was a higher score to give.

David C. at this store again spent a lot of time helping my mother and me. I bought a phone from this store. David helped me set up everything and answered questions about my phone. I went in a couple of weeks later to ask more questions about the new phone and also to get a couple of things changed on my mothers phone. David helped us with everything. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. We could not have had better service! Makes us want to continue with Verizon for the forseeable future.

Was lied too about a service and told oh well. Don’t waste your money, it’s a short drive to a Verizon corporate store that won’t try to rip you off.

It was an awesome experience switching. I came in and they were able to start the switching process within minutes. I was not pressured to get anything I didnt want. Nicky was friendly and made sure that we got in and out with our new phones really fast. Would reccomend. Plus you get good signal everywhere with Verizon. Literally max bars on top of the mountain.

When I came into the Brigham City store Nicky helped greeted me. I had a very pleasant experience. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me get all set up and ready to go. I would recommend this store to friends and family.

Blake and Nikki got me exactly what I wanted when I came into the store. They made sure I understood all the terms of my agreement and got me set up quickly, all while being very pleasant and agreeable. Even though they were offered to me, I felt no pressure to purchase extras like I have other places. Altogether a very positive experience!

Got new phones. Kaylie was the main one helping us but several others did as well. Excellent service. Far better than the other Verizon dealer in town

I go here monthly to pay my bill, but six months ago was when we got our new phone plans and new tablet for opening an account. We got one phone free as well. (I think). We have gotten much better service with Verizon wireless than we did with TMOBILE.

I highly suggest getting the unlimited glass screen protector service from this business. They talked me into it when I got one for my phone. One time fee and as long as I have my phone they will replace the screen protector. At the time I felt like Id wasted my money because Ive only had one screen protector slightly crack ever. Well less than two weeks and just had to have it replaced. Walked in and had it changed in less than ten minutes. GREAT service!

Loved my experience. Nikki helped us answer all our questions and wasnt pushy at all! Found a phone I love, an update from what I had but my bill is less each month now!

Nikki helped me switch over to Verizon because my previous provider did not have good cell coverage. The switch was easy and was quick. Love Verizon and glad Im back.

They were very helpful. Nicki and Blake answered all of our questions, many of the questions were asked several times. We were treated very respectful and with a friendly attitude. I will return to the Brigham City for any other questions or help.

I never need to go back to Logan to get phones any more. Kelton is the guy to talk to really knew his stuff and super upfront. They did not try to over sell me on junk. I got a great new 4g phone, he even gave me a good deal on my case and screen cover. This is my new Verizon store!

Went in to buy 2 of the iPhone 7 Pluss. When we walked into the store the employees were waiting on other customers, so we walked over to the new phones. I saw a new pixel phone and was comparing it to the iPhone. At that point I overheard one of the employees excuse himself from the customer he was helping, an asked us if we know what we wanted. I told him, I have a few questions about the Pixel and the new iPhone 7 plus. Out of the blue he went into a discussed attitude, and said if we didt know what we wanted, that we needed to come back the next day, when someone else could spend the time to explain how a phone works, and then turned around to the customer he was helping prior.The store looked nice and inviting and all new, but we never returned, and purchased our 7-plus phones at the other store in town.

The staff is great. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is they never seem to have the phone I want in stock.

Had to update my review. My daughters phone died but it was time for her upgrade so we went in and due to the deal they had for Thanksgiving we came home with 4 phones. We planned this anyway but the deal was great. Anyway, we got great service from Makali even though it was a busy day (black Friday). Then because my daughter and I changed our minds we needed to go back and swap for different phones. This was just the next day. Makali again provided exceptional service and was helped by Tyler. All of this took a lot of time and they never looked frustrated or like I was wasting their time. Thanks for the help!One last note, I went in last night (11/29/18) for one more thing and Makali (again! do you live there?) and one other person helped us but I cant remember her name. She too was greatNicky was great and explained everything thoroughly . Best experience getting new phones!-2017

What a pleasant surprise! This Verizon franchise is awesome! When the sign said premium retailer they meant it. Customer service is their key. I was not pressured with a pushy sales approach, but was assisted in making a purchase. Teyler rocked the customer service, making sure I got the rebate available, felt good about the deal and even texted me a few days after the sale to see if I was happy. I will definately recommend people in Brigham to go to this store despite being in an inconvenient location at 1100 South. It was well worth it!
