Excellent alternative to the other box store. Never as crowded and has very good personalized service. Store needs updated and self check-out would be nice. But, here are better deals here than other places at times, so its worth a look and you get a break from the crowds.

I appreciate the variety of items that Shopko sells. They have a great store manager that makes himself available for questions or comments. It sure is nice to have a choice of where to shop.

Great customer service! They were about to close, but I needed a pair of pants with wide bottoms, as I was having double foot surgery the next day and I needed something to fit over the walking casts. They were very helpful and nice even though they were closing, and I found what I needed.

We found exactly what we were looking for. Plus a beautiful king size blanket for $19.99. When we got to a register there was a line forming, the cashier called help and immediately 2 more opened. Great service.

Prices arent great. They try to do that thing where they post an outrageous price and then claim its on sale for half off. Good place for higher quality shoes in Brigham though.

Prices were higher than Ive ever seen it sales were joke. Considering theyre going out of business I used to shop there a lot with good prices today they were really high

Misleading Sales: This store continually posts sale signs on items that are not on sale, you only find this out when you get to the checkout counter and they tell you sorry this does not apply to the item you have. This has happened 3 times to my wife and I in the past month, they take no effort to correct the problem and continue to perpetrate it. Except for prescription drugs and Eyeglasses we are pretty much done with this store. Also their selection of some items is limited or nonexistent.

Optical department. Ordered glasses and went in to pick them up. There should be someone at the optical desk at 3:30 in the afternoon. Instead found 4 people waiting and waited myself for over 15 minutes until the desk person even arrived then another 15 minutes. Ridiculous that in the middle of the afternoon the desk is left unattended with a note that says that the Optician is out. Im pretty sure that desk lady is NOT the Optician.

Brigham store sometimes have products in the size needed. Makes it worth extra jaunt.

They have some great sales!! The regular prices are kind of high. Its a bit chaotic and disorganized inside. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Its okay for a Shopko. It has anything you could want in a Shopko as this is a rather large one however it is also really old. Its not as clean and polished as the others but it gets the job done and I was able to find what I needed

Management treats employees with no respect. The prices are high, even after the fake high PERCENTAGE discounts.UPDATE: I have noticed that management has been treating their employees with respect now. Maybe I missed something before. Ive seen their employees really helping customers. The pricing is still misleading, with there percentage sales gimmick, but have gotten a lot less fake extreme discounts.

Shopko in general is a sham dont believe that everything is really on sale the sale price is the real price compared to other stores dont be sheep. this is more or less sanction towards the LDS community and older generation of people. That have the money and dont care what they pay, I guess you could say. Brigham City Shopko is disturbingly judgemental and profiling. If your a young cat know that youll be followed watched and not able to shop with out somebody in your corner LMFAO God bless.Ps- its 2019 young people have jobs and money to now dont be a fool you baby boomer generation War-propaganda.

The employees are friendly. There very helpful. They are good people and helpful. Shopko is place to go.

I love shopping there and I got senior discounts also that day. Very glad indeed.

A decent variety of goods, but hard to find help in the store and prices tend towards the high side.

ShopKo is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I have never had the checkout be fast, so expect to wait in line. No other place in Brigham City has the sales like ShopKo has, and the quality of their clothing is vastly superior to Walmarts.

Cashier was friendly, and I found everything that I was looking for. They generally have good sales on clothes.

I ordered a pillow and a comforter on line. Both said they were in and it would be delivered to the store. I just got an email that said your order is here and then right after I got an e-mail that said part of your order has been canceled. What?! I called the store and they said its because they dont have it...how did I order it and pay for it and everything was fine and now they dont have it?! Not impressed at all.

Its great to have another alternative to Walmart here in Brigham City.

We get our prescriptions here. The pharmacists are always very helpful and they answer our questions so that we fully understand possible interactions.
