I planned my day Saturday on the fact Sallys was opened until 7 like the online directory states. Well its not and the rudest lady who works at the store told so. Which would have been fine if the store didnt lie to me in the first place. Please update your times.

I purchased a product which did not do as I had hoped. The product required, another product to make it work. I asked to return it and to purchase what I usually purchase (for the past 15 years)Each time you make a purchase. They ask for your phone number and log your purchase in your ‘file’.When I asked the cashier to see the manager, I was told that she was at lunch. Mind you, total item is $7 at best. I just wanted a return and was prepared to purchase two more items. I was asked to wait, I did. Wel past any lunch hour I’ve ever had. No one tried to remediate the situation. I was left standing in the front of the store. I’m furious now. This is not the first time I’ve felt disrespected by Sally’s of Bristol but this is the last. I will share this affront with friends. 15 years!!!!! Sally.

I looked for what I needed said they had and could do in store pick up. So I went in myself to get said items. Didnt have one item. Asked if they had it. One lady left me to help someone else. Then I thought the other short blonde lady was looking in the shipment for the one last item I needed but then she comes out telling the other lady the other things she didnt feel like doing today left me standing waiting. So I ask do you have it she says I dont know I have more boxes to go through but now shes at the register on her phone and to busy to show my daughter the belly piercings just pointed in the direction. So to busy on her phone to help customers. Ill keep my 50+ order for a diffident Sallys.

Manager there is absolutely horrible, does not have any experience about hair and does now to function a store, Id rather shop 15 more min out of my way than to be treated the way I was at this store....

Went to the store. And my card was charged twice. They told me inhad to wait 8 business days for the transaction to clear. But it actually never cleared out. So my account was charged twice and i didnt get any returns or refunds. The worst experience in my life... Be careful when you swipe your card. They just might charge you twice smh.

They need to train their employees on how to interact with a customer with a service animal. We were very humiliated and were told false information. The employee assumed they knew the laws about service dogs and also acted in a very discriminatory manner. We were kicked out of the store because the dog did not have a vest on. Service animals do not need to be marked but the employee assumed they did.

Is only letting white people in the store to shop and kicking everyone else out and refuse to sell me a product horrible and I called in advance first to collect this item. This was in the Bristol sallys by the way, on 99 Farmington Ave ct

I went into this store asking for a direct dye. I was directed to a semi-dye which I was told had NO bleach in it, which I told the girls when I entered the store that the dye could NOT have bleach in it. I got home today and I started to dye my hair and instead of the purple color they told me I would get, I got bleached hair. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. The employees clearly know nothing about what theyre talking about. I i will be returning what I purchased and not going here ever again.

I found most employees to be very nice and helpful in my experiences, and have gotten some great products and advice there. If you do your research and follow directions your project will come out fine!

Treated us very poorly. Then stood there speaking Spanish (which we dont understand) and stared at us. I work in a gas station so I know customers can be difficult. We were polite. Even when they treated us poorly! If you are not happy with your job find another one! There are plenty of kind, patient people out there looking for jobs to support their family. Let them have your job. It is VERY unprofessional to speak a language your customers dont understand in front of them.

I called today to see which hair straightener I should get when I come in and which one is the best to not damage your hair. The lady said they have so many to choose from. After I told her I want the best one and emphasized I really want one that isnt just ceramic plated and metal underneath, she got frustrated with my questions, was really rude and hung up on me.This isnt the first time I got really bad service form this store. My friend and I went there a few years ago to get hair dye to cover her blonde hair. We told them we want dark auburn, red hair color. They gave us a color that turned her hair purple-ish red. Yuck.This store and their service sucks. Even when Im in there, I feel like Im being suffocated with people trying to help, but really know nothing about beauty.Definitely going somewhere else for the hair straightener.
