Owner has NO CLUE how to treat a customer and badly needs a class on business conduct. Withholds items already purchased. Throws temper tantrums when a customer complains that an error was made and does not own up to it. BUYER BEWARE.

On May 10th 2020 Everlee Addison Boutique advertised a clothing Mystery Bag . This was advertised to include 3 to 5 clothing items. On May 22nd I decided to purchase a mystery bag. On May 29th the Mystery bag was delivered to my home. The package included 6 total items all packaged together. I ordered a slimming tank top separately and it was shipped with the mystery bag. (Even though I paid for shipping separately and was not reimbursed for the extra shipping). So, 5 items for the mystery bag. Plus the purchased tank. I was happy with my order and went on to order two more shirts from this business. However, before the two shirts I paid for were shipped to me. I received an email from Everlee Addison boutique on June 11th, nearly TWO weeks after I had received my mystery bag. This email stated Hey there, Amanda! In your most recent package, there was an extra shirt and a lounge set that was included that belonged to someone else. Would you mind to ship those back? I have sent you a return label to your email! :) Very confused, I respond to the email stating I was under the impression these items were all apart of my mystery bag and have already worn them since it had already been two weeks since I received them. The owner (Amber) decided since I had worn the items her team sent to me by mistake that I must pay over $70 for items I never ordered. She also stated that instead she would simply keep the two shirts I had already paid for in exchange for the clothes they sent by mistake. After going back and forth and coming to no fair solution. I am out almost $70 and will not receive clothes I paid for through her business. This is very unfair. No customer should be made to pay for a businesss mistake. TERRIBLE customer service.
