It’s July and there are barely any Large T-Shirts of any brand, was prepared to spend some hard earned $$, clearly wasn’t meant to be

I ordered online and Im a size 9 but I ordered a size 10 because most DC shoes fit small. The shoes were the best shoes I ever worn, seen, owned frfr. Thank you so much Surf and Dirt!!!

As if life isnt difficult enough right now for everyone..... we began to walk in the store Christian rudely cut us off and informed us the store was closed. There were clearly 7 or 8 people still shopping in the store. Looked at my watch it was exactly 4:59. Didnt realize closing was 5pm or wouldnt have even gone in. We didnt notice... especially with so many in the store. I respect peoples time, how we were spoken to and treated is horrible customer service. Thought you should be aware of the culture in your store.

Every brand I love! If u r missing Pac-Sun then I found your solution. Not to mention a dozen different kinds of KAVU bags at great prices. Only store in the tri-cities thst carries Billabong brand clothing. Love this store!!!!!!

The staff here at the pinnacle are very young and judgey. As soon as I walked in, they looked at me the whole time. They also stood around and talked the whole time in a little group instead of helping customers get shoes.

I ordered some stuff from them online. I was concerned about quality because I NEVER buy stuff online. The shirts were great and they shipped it out quick as hell.

Everything is way overpriced. Even Vans that are on sale at most stores are full price and then some here. Not a single deal in sight.Update, 1.20.20I went in with the intention to learn as much about chacos as I could. The attendant was more than helpful bringing out at least 12 pairs that me and my friends could try on. I learned that Im a size 11 in Nike but a size 8 in chacos 🤷‍♂️ . Im glad that I was able to get her advice and learn about the warranty program that is lifetime on the sandals. Just choco sandals. She even informed me that I would be best to order them online, saving me money. I thank you for that. Im sure surf and dirt would have rather me purchase them at the store but when they cost $140 plus tax and theyre only $70 online its a no-brainer. I would come back here and spend more money if things were on sale more often but theyre not. And the cool skate shoes back in the day that they used to have no longer exist for some reason. I like this store I like what they sell but I think theyre still trying to hit their target and they havent hit it yet. I think with the upcoming music festivals in the area this place would do good to focus on that. With the only brick-and-mortar store that sells some of these hippie sandals I think you can bring them in with the sandals and then sell them everything from Camelback water bottles to tents and tarps. If I had to guess surf and dirts main Target would be people who ride dirt bikes and people who enjoy board sports. Those kind of people also enjoy being out in nature and need supplies for that. We dont always want to go to Dicks sporting goods. Thank you for reading my rant. remember to always be friendly to the people that work here because they are extra friendly and helpful.
