Love, love, love. Every womans dream store. I can wander around in here for hours looking, oohing and aahing at all the beautiful products. Smelling and testing new things. Spent a $50 gift card plus a little extra in no time flat. Easily could have spent 10 times that!

Some of the sweetest people! They made sure I left with what I had came in for.

This place is great if you like being asked if you need help 100 times in 5 minutes!The employees are very annoying and wont let you enjoy time shopping and looking.

Everyone at the pinnacle seems to allow dogs in their stores. Just wanted to shout out to those that are true dog lovers and say thank you for welcoming guests and their families (dogs)!

My hair was an absolute nightmare. I tried to give it my best shot when COVID hit and just destroyed myhair. My own knowledge of ‘hair expertise’ just didn’t pan out for me and I ended up having a weird orangey -pink color. Misty at the salon really did the most to get my hair looking healthy and pretty again. I absolutely recommend.

Love the place but so pricy

I love Utah. The staff is always so helpful. However yesterday I did not find everything I needed because I could not track down an associate to help me find anything. AND when I did manage to find some of what I needed, like Stila lip stain, the stock was was ridiculously low. I knocked over the testers trying to find my color. I STRUGGLED to fix them...still no associate. Ghost town in there.

Such a pleasant experience! Coming from out of town and looking for refills on my go to items I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Andrea navigated me through the store to help me find what it was I was looking for! Glad this is my store home away from home!

One of the cleanest, nicest Ulta stores Ive shopped at. The only problem is that they dont hve a lot of good things in stock. Very nice & helpful employees.

Love the ULTA app and the store. The cashier even gave me mascara for half price cause their price tags were all over the place and hard to tell the prices. I will always shop at this location for my makeup and perfume needs and essentials.

LOVE ULTA Beauty.. Especially the deals they have during the Christmas Season.. Only 4 🌟 because of the lines. The workers where so helpful& friendly yesterday& I LOVE the fact they werent afraid2say MERRY CHRISTMAS instead of Happy Holidays(thats a major Plus2me) ...... They could use more people working the front during the Holidays. Other than the wait at the check out everything was Great!!

Really not worth a star...I would give less than 1 star if I could. They are totally overpriced way too expensive!! I was desperate for a perm and haircut and I couldnt get in anywhere else so I decided to give them a try. I asked for a curly perm and paid $155 for a some waves and a few snips!!! I will NEVER be going back there!!!

The lady who unlocked the door at 10am on 2/14/20, short, petite, sandy blonde hair, rudely opened the door, I said hello, she completely ignored me and my husband, TWICE, also, didn’t help me with my request looking for something, but did however, immediately help the gentleman who was preparing to buy 200$ worth of perfume for his wife.She was so unprofessional, and very snarky and rude. Point of the story, I’m just as willing to spend money at your store, but you should really treat everyone equally. Not just the ones who look wealthy. I won’t be going back, it hurt my feelings and I’d rather do it online.

I had my first facial done here with Natasha and she was AWSOME! She was very informative and she’s great at what she does. I’ll definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family. :)

Store is always clean and always smells great. Only reason I give it a 4 is because you have to practically beg for help usually because the employees on the floor are doing their own makeup. Once you finally get someone to help u they are always nice

I was color matched by Clarissa to the Estée Lauder double wear...she was very friendly and not pushy at all when it came to buying the product. She gave me a sample, and told me if I liked it, I can always come back in to sample something else or buy the full size. We had a nice conversation during the process, and she did a very good job accommodating my needs. I appreciate the time she took to educate me, and not force me to buy anything. Her makeup is beautiful and she was very well dressed and put together! Because of her I went and bought the full size. I will definitely be returning and looking for her!

Pricey but expected when you have so much help making decisions which is what I received today from a woman who was awesome! However I was interested in applying for their credit card. And asked the young salesgirl. She set it up for me to apply...then told me I put in the wrong information according to the response she received. She was very nice but did not offer the free gift so I asked and got a tiny clear polish which I returned and asked for the eyeliner and then was told you only get it if approved. I am honest and put in the correct information...if I typed something wrong it was a mistake and thats fine. But is Ulta doing that just to get my information???!! The eyeliner was something I would have bought eventually if I liked the sample. Im not upset but out seems like a bad business practice to advertise on a giant sign and not honor it. I thought about it a few minutes and returned my purchase...Its easier and cheaper to buy online anyway. Not going back

I have booked SEVERAL hair and beauty appointments at the Ulta Salon and have been either double booked for the time slot or the stylist wasn’t even there to perform the service! I was literally told that they couldn’t perform my hair service because someone else’s color was taking too long and they said, “Well, you know how that goes right?” Um, no. I definitely won’t be using the Ulta Salon ever again!

I went in the other day to look at some make-up and the makeup was in such disarray that I just walked away. Other items were in pretty good shape. But no one offered to help me either. I will say it was very busy that day at the time I was there.

Women in the store were very polite. Answered all my questions and were glad to help. Even the girl at the checkout was super nice.

Lots of selection of makeup and all health and beauty products. So it perplexes me as to WHY they dont carry hair color?! Also, prices are a little steep!

I had a service for the first time at Ulta. I had a facial and I enjoyed it so very much. Rachel was my clinician and see was knowledgeable and made me feel totally comfortable. I would do it again. In fact I rebooked. Enjoyed my experience very much. Was treated with much kindness.

Love Ulta- especially their own brand and the essence brand. Great quality for the price. The only item that Ive purchased there that I didnt care for is the plastic eye pencil- love the color - but hate sharp plastic near my eye!!!

I took my daughter in here to let her spend her bday money and the women kept staring at us but never asked if we needed help. I know we looked out of place because I dont wear makeup but we should have been assisted the way the other people there were. We will NOT ever go back here.

This store tends to be better stocked and well displayed. But it is further from my home than the Kingsport store. So I dont visit it often.

Out of all the ulta stores Ive taken my wife to they were somewhat helpful. .but not eagerly.

Waste of time. Asked for help with the color of the make up I wanted. Clerk insisted that I buy other 2 brands instead. Would never help with the product I wanted so I walked out.

Terrible sales staff. Trying to get someone to help was way harder than it should have been. The girl I finally got to acknowledge me acted very put out. I put the product back and left.

My wife loves this place. Any kind of makeup you can imagine. Or any product or item for any kind of dress up. She bought some really pretty eyelashes here. Men, make sure you go in with her or she will come out broke. Lol

I usually never have an issue here but I had to pick some foundation and I came in with my son and the tall blonde girl kept giving me and him dirty looks and huffed about having to ring our order up. I’m sorry honey but I can still be a mom and do makeup. If she hates her job that bad then someone please help her find a new job. She does not need to be there.

This is my first negative experience at Ulta. We dont normally go to the Bristol location, but we were in the area and stopped by. I was over charged for an item and didnt notice untill I was about to walk out. The cashier was extremely rude when I asked her about it. She wouldnt even check. She called a manager and she was rude as well. I asked about my bonus gift that I saw on a sign while picking up a few items. I walked her back to the sign after they both told me there was no free items. There was another customer that came up to ask if the cashier was still holding her items and the cashier rudely said, Yeah, I know I am. We were shocked from our experience. 😪

I lost a bunch of points because the clerk didnt mention it at checkout. The clerk today did but it was too late for me. I think it should be standard operating practice otherwise what do u do return everything and check out as gain to claim them...

Great place to go for any beauty supplies, a little pricey but great quality.

Poorly stocked once again. I have literally never been to this location and even able to leave with everything on my list. Whoever does the inventory is not on top of it.

I give it 3 stars because I do love the store itself, its the employees that are the issue. I shop at this particular ulta because its the only Ulta within an hour of my house. The employees are very young and snobbish, they either do not acknowledge you at all or they act completely clueless about everything. I went in for a foundation match and the girl who was supposed to match my shade simply smeared the foundation onto my face and stood there staring at me! She didnt give me any input or feedback, didnt say if the shade was too light or dark... she just stared at me and said nothing at all. Any time that I purchase certain items that are supposed to include free samples the employees act like they have no idea what I am talking about. When I ask for a sales paper to prove it they always say that they dont have any sales papers! Really?? It seems kinda convenient that they refuse to give you the free items you are supposed to get, and suddenly have no sales papers either! What store has NO SALES PAPERS? maybe next time I will bring the ulta magazine that I get in the mail, so they cant deny it. Im not trying to sound stingy, makeup is expensive!

Very crowded at the checkout. I put my stuff away and left. Nobody has an hour to wait in line to make a purchase.

Most rude customer service I have ever delt with! This makes twice that I have had a negative experience in this store. Its like pulling teeth to get someone to assist with questions. I approached two employees who were standing around talking and they acted like I bothered them. I will not be back!

Terrible customer service. Had to hunt a employee down for her to tell me to go by the eyebrow bar and wait. Stood at their eyebrow counter for 15 minutes when I had a scheduled appointment and no one acknowledged me. Every time I go, there are multiple employees talking with each other but no one actually on the floor to help you. I’d rather make the drive to Sephora than go back to Ulta.

Hello my name is Kathleen. Yesterday 2/20/19 I bought a BarePro foundation at the BareMinerals store in Gatlingburg - unfortunately it was not what I needed and had my face a yellow tint. Since Ulta sells Bare Minerals I called to see if I could just exchange it there so I could save myself the drive and I was informed that I could do that. Therefore I drove 30 minutes to the Pinnacle to exchange my item only to be informed after I stood in line that this was not the case. I then informed the cashier I was informed that is something I could do only or her to roll her eyes and say she was sorry. I came home and called back to Ulta to file a complaint and the lady that answers informed me she was the shift leader and only could apologize and then asked if I bought the foundation at another Utla after I was very clear I bought it at the BareMinerals in Gatlingburg I had to explain this twice to her and I am unsure where the disconnect is and I will no longer be loyal to Ultas products and possibly no longer BareMinerals either where they are a long distance away.

Staff is super friendly, lots of great deals, and very organized. Definitely the nicest one Ive seen around here!
